Sunbeam and Storm Clouds 🔞

Except the burden came falling right back on when Axar pulled away quickly, cheeks flushed, his smile awkward now, like he'd done something wrong.
It was over before Krunal even realised the implications of that feeling of Axar's lips on his.
Krunal stood there in shock.
His heart pounded, his mind scrambled to understand what had just happened. But before he could even form a sentence, Axar turned on his heel and ran off, leaving Krunal standing in the balcony, bewildered and alone.
In the following days, Krunal couldn't get Axar out of his mind.
He tried to focus on his routine, but the strange moment kept replaying in his head. He wanted to confront Axar, ask him about that kiss , but every time he tried, Axar avoided him.
At first, he thought maybe Axar had been distracted, busy with something. But days passed, and the pattern remained.
Axar didn't meet his gaze, he made excuses to avoid the nets and to avoid any space where Krunal might be.
At meals, Axar would deliberately sit on the other side of the room always surrounded by the other players.
When Krunal walked into a room, Axar would suddenly find something important to do in the opposite direction.
Whenever Krunal tried to talk to him, Axar would smile awkwardly and make a quick excuse to leave.
He was avoiding him.
Krunal's patience wore thin. He wasn't the kind of person to be ignored, especially by someone who had just kissed him.
That was not a minor detail.
What was going on?
Why was Axar suddenly treating him like this?
It wasn't like Krunal was asking for much—he just wanted to know why Axar had kissed him and then acted like nothing had happened.
Krunal felt a bitterness creep into his chest; it was anger but also jealousy.
Axar was so comfortable around everyone else — he'd watch Axar laugh, joke around, and have fun with everyone else.
Everyone except him.
It was like Krunal didn't exist.
That was it. Krunal had enough.
He decided to act on it.
The hallway was quiet, empty except for the muffled sound of footsteps at the far end. Axar was heading toward his room obviously lost in thought, unaware of the storm brewing behind him.
Krunal followed him with his footsteps firm and steady. He didn't hesitate for a moment.
When Axar reached for the door to his room, Krunal's hand reached out and grabbed Axar's arm. With surprising force he pulled him into his own room.
The door slammed behind them and the air was mixed with unspoken tension.
Axar looked up, his eyes wide with surprise but before he could speak Krunal pushed him up against the wall with his hands pressed firmly against Axar's chest.
"Why are you avoiding me?" Krunal's voice was low, almost dangerous, but there was an edge of hurt beneath the irritation.
His breath slowed down as he glared down at the man in front of him.
Axar's heart skipped a beat.
He swallowed hard, his eyes darting around as if searching for an escape.
But there was none.
He was trapped, caught in the intensity of Krunal's gaze and the words that followed slipped out before he could stop them.
"I was scared." He murmured, his voice low almost a whisper
"Scared?" Krunal repeated, his tone softening. "Scared of what?"
Axar's gaze flickered to the side, his cheeks burning. "Scared that... that I might ruin everything," he murmured.
"Scared that I might be too much... or too little for you." He continued but he couldn't look Krunal in the eye.
Krunal's breath caught in his throat, the pieces were falling into place. Axar had been running away because he was scared—scared of something that had clearly meant more than a fleeting kiss.
Scared of his own feelings.
Krunal didn't need to think twice.
Without another word, he stepped forward, closing the distance between them until their lips met in a kiss that was urgent, fervent—a kiss that carried all the emotions they had been bottling up for days.
Krunal's hand cupped the back of Axar's neck, pulling him closer as if to erase the distance that had formed between them in the first place.
"You're not too much," Krunal said quietly, his voice rough. "And you're definitely not too little."
Axar looked at him; doubt shining in his big doe like eyes.
"And I will prove that to you." Krunal announced before scooping Axar in his arms.
He placed him on the bed, before attacking Axar's neck leaving a trail of hickeys and fire underneath his lips on his skin.
In a blink of the eye, Axar's shirt was tossed across the room, while Axar played with the hem of Krunal's shirt trying to bring him closer ; if that was physically possible.
Krunal attacked Axar's chest next; he playfully rolled his nipple between his fingers while he nibbled the other one lightly with his teeth leaving Axar gasping for breath under him.
Krunal finally undid all their clothes, taking his own sweet time. Instead of touching where Axar wanted him to touch the most, he decided to play around.
He touched his legs while kissing and nibbling on his inner thighs; Axar's patience was running out but this was his punishment for all the days of ignorance that Krunal had to endure.
Krunal prepared him, too slowly for Axar's liking. Axar scratched his back, creating his own marks as he felt Krunal's fingers fill him up.
He wanted to feel Krunal inside him, he whimpered as Krunal sucked his sweet spot unable to hold back anymore.
"Touch me, please Krunal bhai." Axar muttered, his breathing ragged.
"Bhai?" Krunal stopped
"I don't think bhai is the appropriate word for me anymore, darling." Krunal whispered seductively as he entered inside him.
Axar turned beet root at the nickname; his pain turning into pleasure as Krunal thrusted into him.
All the frustrations, misunderstanding and ignorance finally disappeared as they both reached their high together in each others arms.
As they lay in the bed together, tired from all their activities ; Krunal couldn't help but look at Axar with a smile on his face.
For the first time, Krunal didn't mind that there was a little sunshine in his life after all.
