Third Person POV

Weiss, Ruby and Yang are all sitting in the living room. Waiting for a show to start that Ruby, Weiss and Yang love to watch as does Summer, who is also watching on the couch. Mettaton shows up on the stage for his cooking show.

(Also imagine he has black cat ears on his head)

Mettaton: OH YES! Welcome beauties and gentlebeauties to Cooking with a Faunus Robot!

The live audience cheers.

Mettaton: I hope you have your ovens and cake pans ready because today we are going to bake an absolutely fabulous cake to celebrate my show's 5th anniversary! And stay tuned because there's a contest at the end of the show that YOU can win!

Weiss, Yang, Ruby and Summer all gasp while Y/N is asleep like usual with Zwei laying on his lap. The show continues from there and ended up making a pink strawberry and chocolate cookie cake that Ruby absolutely drooled over.

Mettaton: Now, I said that there will be a contest and here it is! One lucky fan will get to take themselves and their family to see my show live and appear in the show to help me! And if you have an experienced hunter or huntress in your family, that person also gets to fight me live on stage! And if you can beat me, you'll gain an additional mystery prize!

The audience cheers while the MTT Fans in the living room look at each other, fantasizing about the idea of winning the contest and their mom defeating Mettaton.

Mettaton: Just call this number right now darlings! The contest ends in an hour so act fast! See you in an hour beauties and gentlebeauties! Goodbyeeeeeee!

Mettaton's rocket legs launch him off the stage as Yang, Ruby, Weiss and Summer both grab their scrolls and also Y/N's so they have a better chance of winning. They both call and it says that they have entered the contest.

(TIMESKIP AN HOUR LATER)

Weiss, Yang, Ruby and Summer are biting their nails as the show starts. Mettaton walks on stage.

Mettaton: Welcome beauties and gentlebeauties! Before the show starts, I have the winner of the contest in this envelope!

He says as he shows a pink envelope, loaded with glitter.

Mettaton: So, let's see who won!

Mettaton rips it open and grabs the paper and folds it open.

Mettaton: And the winner is...Summer Rose!

Everyone in the living room except Y/N and Zwei gasp while Summer is just left speechless. Weiss, Ruby and Yang all hug her as Summer falls on the couch from the added weight and hugs her daughters back.

(TIMESKIP TO NEXT MORNING!)

Summer, Y/N, Ruby, Weiss and Yang are waiting outside for the train to take them to the MTT Studio in Vale. All of a sudden, a pink fancy looking train rides into view. A panther faunus bodyguard steps outside and looks at a picture in his hand and back at the family.

Bodyguard: Are you Summer Rose?

Summer: Yes.

Bodyguard: Come inside.

He gets into the train as the family also enters. And they see this.

(Just imagine the couches being pink, the walls being silver and floor being made of marble.)

But the most shocking thing for them is that Mettaton is on the train. Summer, Ruby, Yang and Weiss are trying to hold back fangirling while Y/N just found a place to sit and take a nap there.

Mettaton: I assume you're the Roses? What are your names darlings?

Summer: I-I-I am S-Summer!

Yang: Y-Yang!

Ruby: Ruby!

Weiss: F-Frost! My sleeping brother is Sans.

Mettaton: Nice to meet you. Come, have a seat!

Mettaton sits down on the same couch Y/N is sleeping at and the rest of the family sits down.

Mettaton: By the way, no need to be shy. I understand that you're a fan but there's no need. We're all friends here.

The family nods.

(TIMESKIP TO THE FIGHT!)

Mettaton: As I said, thank you for coming along Rose Family! Now then, Summer, you're an experienced huntress, so how about a fight that if you win, you'll win 10,000,000 lien and a million lien coupon for a weapon shop of your choice!

The entire audience gasps and the weapon loving Ruby falls on the ground.

Ruby: Pinch me!

Mettaton: So Summer, what do you say? There's no reason to NOT fight me because you don't get or lose anything if you're beaten!

Summer: Let's do this Mettaton!

The audience cheers as the stage transforms into an arena.

(Music starts. We don't know Summer's weapon so I gave her a scythe that turns into an assault rifle named Full Rose)

Mettaton: LIGHTS! CAMERA! ACTION!

Mettaton begins his attack by charging at Summer and attacking with several kicks that Summer dodges as she jumps to the side. Mettaton then goes for a couple punches that Summer dodges but when she tries to jump over a punch, she gets a devastating kick to the gut from Mettaton, the titanium boots Mettaton has adding to the power. Summer rolls on the floor and then gets up and sees the ratings at 3751. Seeing that she's on the air, she does a dramatic pose.

Summer: Might as well put on a show.

Mettaton then sees the ratings rising because of Summer. He smirks as he sends out several square robots that come flying at Summer.

Mettaton: Warm-up's over darling! Time for the main event!

Summer dodges the robots that explode when she dodges them, robots fly by and shoot heart shaped bombs at her. Summer grabs her scythe and cuts the bombs in half. When she sees two coming right for her, having not enough time to slash them, she dodges as they explode around her and she does a dramatic pose as she lands, making the ratings rise as she does and making the audience cheer loudly.

Mettaton: Let's see how you deal with close combat darling!

Mettaton uses his rocket legs to charge himself forward towards Summer. Summer ducks under him and uses her scythe to slash him several times. Mettaton lands and does more kicks as he sends more square robots at Summer. Summer dodges all of his kicks and slashes the robots before they can throw their bombs. Mettaton then throws bombs at Summer that hit her and launch her back but she quickly gets up and uses her speed semblance to get straight back into the fight as Mettaton continues to throw kicks that Summer dodges. She ends with a dramatic pose and so does Mettaton, making the ratings figuratively explode.

Summer: Easy! I can get through your next attack without being hit once!

The audience gasps and Mettaton is suddenly above Summer and does a diving kick that Summer dodges whilst doing a backflip, what she didn't expect is for Mettaton to rocket his legs forward and kick Summer, hitting her several times before they come back to Mettaton and reattach to him.

Mettaton: You've got a big heart darling! I can feel it! So, let me show you mine!

His heart shaped core flies off Mettaton and into the air as it launches electricity all around the arena. Summer dodges by break dancing around the arena and the audience cheers even louder than before if that was possible. As the core gets back into Mettaton, Summer continues to dance, Mettaton eventually dancing along with her in some sort of mix between waltzing and break dancing.

Mettaton: The audience is loving you darling! But this is still a fight!

Mettaton kicks Summer's jaw as she finishes dancing, launching her against a wall. Mettaton releases his core again and Summer gets an idea. She turns her scythe into an assault rifle and shoots at the core until it shatters. Mettaton then drops to the ground, huffing and puffing.

(Music ends)

Mettaton: Looks like you win darling!

Mettaton stands up.

Mettaton: Everyone! Give a round of applause for our lovely guest Summer Rose!

The audience and Summer's kids cheer loudly and Summer smiles.

(TIMESKIP TO AFTER THE SHOW!)

Mettaton is talking to Summer backstage.

Mettaton: That was great darling! Here's your cheque and the coupon and a little something extra since I love your family!

Summer takes them and thanks Mettaton as she returns to her family. On the train ride back home, Summer checks the envelope Mettaton gave her and inside is a scroll number. Summer decides to call it.

Mettaton: Hello?

Summer: Y-Y-Y-You g-gave me your scroll number?!?

Mettaton: Indeed I did! I love your family to bits and want to hang out some more if that's okay with you.

Summer: Of course it is!

They eventually arrive home. Y/N flops down on the couch, Ruby and Yang are playing a video game and Weiss is singing beautifully in the garden. Summer also decides to go to sleep.

Summer: What a day this was!
