Third Person POV

(TIMESKIP.)

Almost everyone is dead. Everyone except Ozpin, Y/N, Yang and the maidens are dead. Ozpin and the maidens are in a evacuation chamber with Y/N at the front door. He has his regular outfit but he's also wearing Weiss' ice blue cloak. Yang has got severe depression but she believes that there's still some good in Ruby.

Yang: Hey Sans...

Y/N: y/n.

Yang: Huh?

Y/N: we...we used fake names when we came into the family. my real name is y/n.

Yang: Oh...Anyways, if we're about to die...I just wanna say that...I have always loved you. Ever since we were kids. And for the big flirt that I am I never had the courage to ask you out. You're hilarious, kind and caring. You may be lazy but that also gives you a chill personality. That's what I love about you.

Y/N: heh. I feel the same way.

They lock lips and for Yang, it feels like a dream come true. They release when they hear Ruby's footsteps. Her scythe's blade and her clothing is stained with blood and she looks like this.

Yang steps forward.

Yang: Ruby! Please! I know there's good in you! Just...Just drop your weapon! We can still fix this! Don't you remember me?

Ruby looks down and cries. She drops her weapon and she runs up to Yang and hugs her. She hugs back. Y/N is slightly suprised until...

Ruby: Hihihihi!

Ruby stabs her hand through Yang's chest and her arm pierces through her body, holding Yang's heart in her hand before crushing it in her hand.

Yang: R...Ruby...

Ruby releases her hand from Yang and she drops to the ground.

Yang: S-Still...I...I love you sis...

She draws her last breath.

Ruby: Hahahaha! What now Y/N?

Her voice is demonic and sounds slightly distorted.

(Music starts.)

Y/N: heh...it's a beautiful day outside...birds are singing...flowers are blooming...on days like these...kids like you...

His semblance activates.

Y/N: should be burning in hell!!!

Y/N uses his telekinesis to slam Ruby on the ground right into some bones and then launcher into mor ebones and then he fires a Gaster Blaster. Killing Ruby.

Y/N: phew. i did it. sorry rubes.

Suddenly, reality begins glitching everywhere. Ruby is suddenly standing there.

Y/N: so you were the one that caused all the resets. heh alright then. let's go...you dirty sister killer.

Ruby charges at Y/N but he dodges easily.

Y/N: what? did ya think i would just stand there and take it?

He turns around amd fires a Gaster Blaster at Ruby and it hits. Y/N then raises his arm and Ruby stands on a platform. In front of her are other platforms and below her are sharp bones. Ruby jumps but she just misses and falls into the bones, impaling her. The timeline resets once again. Ruby dashes again at Y/N but he dodges.

Y/N: look, you can't understand how this feels.

He launches several bones at Ruby, some hit but most of them she blocks with her scythe.

Y/N: knowing that one day, without any warning...

Ruby turns her scythe into it's sniper mode and starts shooting at Y/N and he easily dodges by teleporting away form the bullets.

Y/N: it's all gonna reset.

Y/N spreads his arms and six Gaster Blasters appear on both his left and right side and they all fire at diffirent times at Ruby and they hit, killing her. Another reset. Ruby uses her semblance this time to slash Y/N but once again he dodges.

Y/N: look, normally i don't care about your kind.

Ruby goes for more slashes that Y/N dodges, eventually he teleports above Ruby and uses a Gaster Blaster as a platform.

Y/N: everything turns out fine usually.

He creates a square box around ruby made of sharp bones pointing at her.

Y/N: but this time...it's different.

He then uses his telekinesis to slam Ruby into the bones multiple times, eventually killing her. Amother reset.

Ruby: Don't you see Sans?!? You are fighting a losing battle! I am going to win eventually! So why not just let me kill you?!?

Y/N: heh. well unlike you, i still got people that care about me. people who watch on from the afterlife, hoping for me to avenge them. i know that i'm gonna lose this eventually. but for now, i'll fight for their sake.

Ruby: You really ARE a idiot!

She dashes forward but Y/N launches several bones at her. Ruby blocks them with her scythe but Y/N uses his telekinesis to slam Ruby into the ground. She dies but of course, she resets.

Y/N: ya know, i could also just wait until you give up. we'll be here forever until you either kill me, or you give up.

Ruby turns her scythe into it's sniper form and shoots at Y/N but he uses a Gaster Blaster to block it. He jumps into the air and makes bones rise from the entire floor. Ruby uses her sniper to launch herself into the air only to be met with a Gaster Blaster aiming at her and obliterating her. Yet another reset.

Ruby: Heh. I thought you would be more predictable with your attacks or follow some sort of pattern.

Y/N: ya kidding right? if i did that, you would adapt and dodge all my attacks.

Y/N makes two bones stab into Ruby's feet. He makes bones burst from the ceiling, stabbing her. Yet another reset.

Reset #84021

Ruby dashes forward at Y/N but he teleports behind her. Ruby turns around and fires a bullet but Y/N is not there. Bones impale her from behind.

Reset #1000000

Ruby jumps into the air and Y/N follows by teleporting and using a Gaster Blaster as a platform. He is huffing and puffing from all the fighting. Ruby takes the chance and uses her semblance to dash at Y/N and slash but he just dodges.

Y/N: ya know rubes...if you keep fighting...i'll have to be forced to use my special attack.

Ruby: Heh. Guess I'll have to kill you before that happens!

Y/N teleports into the air and makes Gaster Blasters follow Ruby around and constantly blaster at her but she cuts the blasters in half before they can fire.

Y/N: in three more attacks, i'll use my special attack.

Ruby goes for another slash but Y/N dodges. He slams her into the ground and impales her with bones and makes Gaster Blasters surround her. Ruby pulls herself off the bones and jumps into the air right when the blasters fire. Ruby dashes to Y/N in mid-air but he sidesteps and fires a blaster at her. But she dodges and then, Ruby stands still.

Ruby's Mind POV

Ruby: PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!!!

Salem: You've asked a million times now. You know what? Fine!

Ruby smiles and gains control.

Third Person POV

Ruby drops her weapon and falls onto her knees and starts crying.

Ruby: I'm sorry...I'm sorry...

She continues to say 'I'm sorry'.

Y/N: heh. didn't think i'd ever get you back. c'mere buddy.

Y/N spreads his arms for a hug. Ruby runs at him and hugs him. Y/N hugs back. All of a sudden, Ruby gets impaled by bones.

Y/N: geeettttttt dunked on!!!

Ruby's Mind POV

Ruby: NOOOOO!!!

Salem: Don't you see?!? He doesn't love you anymore! He thinks you're a monster!

Ruby: Please...Just let me try this!

Salem: Alright. Fine. Just know that nothing will change and he'll keep doing that.

Third Person POV

And so, Ruby kept sparing Y/N and kept gettig dunked on. This happened millions of times until...

Y/N: how many times has she tried this? could it be that she is actually back? alright, i'll bite.

Ruby hugs Y/N and he hugs back and they stay like that for a few seconds.

Ruby's Mind POV

Salem: Yes! Now kill him! You have the prime opportunity!

Suddenly a text box appears.

You won! You earned 0 EXP and 0 Gold!

Salem: WHAT?!? No!

Third Person POV

They release from the hug.

Y/N: alright buddy. all you need to do is reset. just one more thing.

He whispers something in Ruby's ear and she nods. They both press the RESET button at the same time and Salem seems to be getting erased.

Salem: WHAT?!? What is happening?!?

Y/N: don't you see it salem? you're being erased!

Salem: PLEASE! DON'T! I AM A GOD I CAN GIVE YOU ANYTHING! MONEY! FAME! INFINITE POWER! YOU'RE OWN GALAXY!!!

Y/N: listen bitch, you made one fatal mistake salem, you messed with my family.

Salem is being erased from existence.

Salem: NOOOOOOOO!!!!

Salem has been erased and the timeline has just reset. Y/N is back in the womb of Willow again.

Y/N: this time, it's gonna be a whole lot different.
