i wake up in my apartment.

Y/N: well apartment, we've been through a lot but i have to go to beacon.

i get up and look at my packed bags. clothes and some books, that's all i need. i already told my landlord i'd be leaving so i can just go straight to the bullhead. when i arrive, it's minutes from taking off. while we're in the air, i look around for yang but instead i find...

Y/N: weiss?

deciding that i wanna suprise her, i activate my semblance, turning me into a skeleton version of me with a glowing blue left eye. i walk up behind her and the person she was talking to seemed deathly afraid and runs off.

Weiss: Wait! Where are yo-

Y/N: human...don't you know how to greet an old friend? turn around and shake my hand...

i can feel that she's afraid. i deactivate my semblance, turning me back into a human. i hold out my hand. she turns around and quickly shakes it, causing a fart noise to happen and for me to laugh. weiss seems shocked.

Weiss: Y/N?

Y/N: 'sup sis?

she immeadiatly hugs me and cries tears of joy.

Weiss: I missed you so much!

i hug back.

Y/N: me too weiss cream.

we stay like that for a while. we then release.

Weiss: You have no idea how happy I am to see you again!

Y/N: very?

Weiss: Yes. By the way...I'm not a Schnee anymore, neither is Winter.

Y/N: huh?

Weiss: We left the family after reading your letter. Reading that he beat you for all those years and killed our mom...It made us leave the family.

Y/N: then...who's your family now?

Weiss: Well, now that I can date anyone I want, I can move into their family when our relationship is strong enough.

Y/N: well, i hope she'll treat ya right and if not...

i partially activate my semblance but only to turn my sockets pitch black, i grin. weiss knows that whenever i do that, i am serious.

Y/N: she'll be dead where she stands.

Weiss: I understand Sans. Don't worry, I can always dump her if she hurts me.

my eyes go back to normal and my grin turns into a smile.

Y/N: well that's good to snow.

weiss chuckles. she actually began enjoying my puns and jokes when we were kids. looks like they still put a smile on her face. i then hear the voice of a familar blonde.

Yang: Oh, I can't believe my baby sister is going to Beacon with me! This is the best day ever!

Ruby: Please stop.

i recognize ruby from yang telling me about her in a text message, we then bonded over us both being siblings.before yang can choke her sister from her hug, she releases her.

Yang: But I'm so proud of you!

Ruby: Really Sis, it was nothing.

Yang: What do you mean? It was incredible! Everyone at Beacon is going to think you're the bee's knees.

Ruby: I don't want to be the "bee's knees", okay? I don't want to be any kind of knees! I just want to be a normal girl with normal knees.

Yang: What's with you? Aren't you excited?

Ruby: Of course I'm excited... I just...I got moved ahead two years. I don't want people to think I'm special or anything.

yang goes over to her and wraps her in a one-armed hug.

Yang: But you are special.

i walk over to them, but then i hear the news turn on.

Cyril: The robbery was led by nefarious criminal Roman Torchwick, who continues to evade authorities. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact the Vale Police Department. Back to you, Lisa.

Y/N: it's not easy being a faunus, i can definetly see that much.

the news feed is cut off as a hologram of and what looks like a teacher replaces it.

Glynda: Hello, and welcome to Beacon!

Yang: Who's that?

Glynda: My name is Glynda Goodwitch.

Yang: Oh.

i chuckle.

ruby and other students look through the glass walls at the town below. i then go to approach yang.

Ruby: I guess home isn't too far after all!

Yang: Beacon's our home, now.

i walk up behind yang.

Y/N: how's it yang-ing yang?

she turns around and greets me with a smile.

Yang: Oh hey Y/N! I was just starting to wonder where you were! This is Ruby, I already told you about her.

Ruby: Hi!

Y/N: heya.

we hear a passenger groaning and hunched over nearby, running to the back of the ship.

Y/N: well...i guess the view isn't for everyone.

Ruby: It was a nice moment while it lasted. I wonder who we're gonna meet! I just hope they're better than Vomit Boy. Oh, Yang, gross! You have puke on your shoe!

Yang: Gross, gross, gross, gross, gross, gross, gross, gross!

i laugh, remembering some of the good times i had with weiss when we were kids.

i am in weiss' room, i tucked her in because mom and dad were arguing again.

Y/N: good night sis.

Weiss: Hey Y/N can you...Read me a story?

i smile and ruffle her hair.

Y/N: of course i can.

i pull up a chair and grab her favorite bed time story book. peekaboo with fluffy bunny. before i can get to the end, weiss has fallen asleep. i smile and hug her. i turn around to go to my room. i stop in front of the doorway and look at her.

Y/N: i love ya sis.
