A blizzard started to rise up and it was hard to see through the blizzard as everyone had woken up and started to continue their adventure. 

"I think we should find some shelter to wait out the storm." Cuphead said as the wind was blowing against everyone who were pushing through the blizzard. 

"IT'S A BLIZZARD, CUPHEAD!!! AAHHH!!!!!" Mugman shouting the correction as he was sent flying up in the air and everyone looked in shock at what was happening to Mugman. 

"Mugman!!!!" Gracie shouted as every single person was sent flying up in the air like Mugman and was going in circles in a snow like tornado. 

For Jamie, Loki, Thor, and Gracie, they felt like they were going to throw up as they were going in circles in the snow like tornado. 

"I'm going to puke!!!!" Jamie shouted placing her hands over her mouth. 

"You're going to puke? We're going to puke as well." King Dice said placing his hands over his mouth as well and human/inanimate objects body functions confused Amethyst and Bismuth a little bit since they didn't know how the functions of the human/inanimate objects worked. 

Once the blizzard started to settle down, everyone started to fall down to the ground as Gracie was sent into the direction they were walking in and fell into the snow. 

The group groaned in pain at what had happened and they all got up after falling down from the blizzard that caused the trouble. 

"Is everyone okay? Is everyone here?" Loki asked as everyone nodded in response when the Devil looked around and gasped to see that Gracie wasn't with them. 

"Wait, where's Gracie?" The Devil asked as he started to looking around where everyone was at when Cuphead saw her in the direction they were walking in and pointed her out. 

"There she is." Cuphead running in Gracie's direction as everyone followed him to where Gracie was and found her laying on her right side, not moving or breathing at all. 

The Devil knelt down by her and started to panic a little as he thought he was going to loose Gracie who might be hurt from falling out of the snow like tornado. 

"Gracie, I don't want to loose you." The Devil said placing his hand where her heart was, then placed his hand on her forehead, and checked her wrist to find her pulse when- 

"*Coughs*, *Coughs*, bleh, snow in my mouth," Gracie said coughing snow out of her mouth and stood on her hands and back legs. 

She groaned in pain from the "Ice Sentence" spell while her eyes were still changing from the brown eye color to the blue eye color over and over and the ice spikes on her back grew a little bit more than the size they were before. 

"Gracie!!" Everyone said happily, hugged her, and broke the hug and the Devil looked at her and smiled happily that she was okay. 

"I'm so glad you are okay." The Devil said as Gracie and him put their foreheads together. 

Thor smiled at the father-daughter figure moment and he realized the questions the Devil asked him last night about him having feelings for Gracie. 

The Devil wanted to protect Gracie from being heartbroken again after her first relationship with Flash Sentry cheating on her with another girl. 

Later as the sun started to set, everyone found another spot to rest for the night and Thor made the fire again as Gracie approached him and they both looked at each other. 

"Hey." Gracie said smiling shyly. 

"Hi." Thor said smiling back. 

"Can we talk? In private?" Gracie asked as Thor nodded to what Gracie said. 

Thor and Gracie went off to another secret clearing right next to where everyone was resting. 

Then Thor looked at Gracie, who looked back at him as her eyes kept changing from the brown eye color to the blue eye color over and over. 

"So, what did you want to talk about?" Thor Asked as they both looked up at the starry night sky above them and the trees. 

"Well, first, I wanted to talk you a little about my past and then, if you want to, we can just talk about what's been going on." Gracie said. 

"Sure, go ahead." Thor said as Gracie breathed in and then breathed out. 

(Author's Note: " is when I'm talking and the bolded words are the words I'm speaking for another person in the flashback for the story.) 

Flashback: 

"I was 16 years old when my dad was in debt at the casino the Devil, King Dice, Cuphead, and Mugman worked at while we were on vacation in New York City." 

"He spent the money he got from his job at the casino to make bets with the Devil and King Dice, but he didn't listen well to my mom who begged him to save his money for groceries and other things for the family." 

"One night, he made the Devil, King Dice, Cuphead, and Mugman come to our hotel room to collect his soul for the debt and deals he made at the casino." 

"I remember my dad saying in a pleading voice to them, "Please, don't do this!! I got a family, a wife and two daughters, a 16 year old daughter and a 13 year old daughter." But the Devil brushed off his words about family like he heard it way too many times in his life." 

"The Devil made a contract and a feather pen appear out of nowhere and handed it to my dad and just before my dad could reach out for the feather pen, I stepped in and told the Devil who looked at me in shock for interfering, "I'll take my dad's place. Whatever it takes to get him out of his deals and debt for you four and the casino." The Devil glared at me and made a new contract for me to sign so I could take my dad's place for his deals and debt." 

"Cuphead and Mugman comforted me the best they could while the two of them, King Dice, and the Devil worked at the casino while I stayed in the three bedroom apartment I live in with them and I had to room with Cuphead Mugman who didn't seem to mind rooming with a human teenage girl who made a deal with the Devil to take her dad's place of his deals and debt." 

"The guys made sure I called them when I or my mom, sister, and the whole family felt like calling each other." 

"I was probably still 16 years old or once I turned 17 years old when this happened, I was in a phone call with my mom and sister when my mom told me some bad news. My dad was deported by to the country where he used to lived before coming to the United States after I made the deal with the Devil." 

"I couldn't believe it. My whole world was falling apart because of my dad making bad choices and me making a deal with the Devil himself." 

(Author's Note: The topic about my dad being deported for the things he decided to do that wasn't acceptable and this topic is really hard to talk about because the topic is true about my dad being deported back for doing bad things.) 

(Author's Note Continued: IN REAL LIFE, he DID do some bad stuff and I wasn't sure if I was going to forgive him for his actions.) 

"After 1 to 2 years later, I decided to forgive my dad when I was ready." 

"I just didn't want to have my world fall apart anymore after that." 

End of Flashback! 

Gracie sighed heavily and she looked to see Thor looking at her with sad blue eyes after listening to her story of her past. 

"Uh, Thor?" Gracie said in a confused voice. 

"What's up?" Thor asked still looking at Gracie with sad blue eyes. 

"You're kind of staring at me a little sad like." Gracie said pointing out as Thor blushed deeply and looked to the side in embarrassment. 

"It's okay. You felt bad for what happened in my past life." Gracie said blushing a little and looked up at the starry night. 

Thor glanced back at her and smiled a little as he looked back up at the starry night as well.
