Chapter 13, Meeting the Guardians

Chapter 13

Jacks POV

As Anna let go of her tight hold on Elsa, I looked out the window. A few seconds later, a portal opened, and we were all thrown into a bag, and into a portal. This was North's workshop. Once we landing, I opened the bag.

"Again? Really?" I asked, looking annoyed.

"Yes, again," North laughed.

"Anna, stay behind me the entire time okay?" I heard Elsa whisper to Anna. She nodded. I got out, and helped Elsa up. Anna got out as well, but she was hiding behind Elsa, and you couldn't see her that well.

"This must be Elsa!" North said.

"It's a pleasure to meet you-"

"North,"

"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you North." Elsa said, curtsying.

"Well well well, I sense elegance, your a queen." He said.

"Yes, I am," she responded.

"This is bunny, the Easter bunny, tooth, the tooth fairy, and sandy, also know as sand man." He said, pointing to each of them. Tooth had moved behind Elsa, undetected.

"Who's is this?" She asked with a stern voice, gripping Anna's wrist.

"Anna, please let go, this is Anna, my sister, you brought her with us, please let her go," Elsa pleaded. Tooth looked unimpressed.

"Your going to have to do better than that," she said.

"Please. Let. Her. Go." Elsa said, gritting her teeth.

"No," tooth said.

"Elsa, calm down, calm down," Anna said, trying to calm her sister.

"What are you-" tooth was cut off by Elsa freezing her feet into the floor. She immediately let go of Anna. Anna ran behind her sister.

"Elsa, unfreeze it!" Anna commanded. Elsa did as she was told, and unfroze tooth. Tooth looked bewildered.

"You- you control ice?" Tooth said, star struck.

"Yes, now please forgive me, but you weren't letting go of my sister." Elsa said, a pain of guilt in her voice. Tooth looked as she had seen a ghost. She flew over to North, and whispered in his ear. He nodded and continued talking.

"Queen Elsa, of Arendale, Daughter of Able Black, Who controls Ice and Snow, The Guardian, of Freedom." He said introducing her. My eyes widened. Able Black? The guardian of ice and snow. The one who can control the seas, the ice, the snow, the weather. He is the King of Ice and Snow. Tooth bows, followed by the rest of us. Even Anna bows.

"Princess of Ice and Snow, or Winter and Summer, of Seas and Oceans, we bow to you," North said. Now her eyes were widened.

"I-Im the princess of Ice and snow?" she asked timidly.

"Why, of course, so is your sister, Anna." He said. Anna gasped.

"I have powers?" she said standing up, as everyone else.

"Yes, your powers have started forming. Elsa's have been since she was born. Your needed to kick in," Tooth said.

"H-How do you know?" she said, still flabbergasted. (A/N yes its a word)  Tooth held out her hand, and tiny pieces of crumbled ice were in her hand.

"When I grabbed you, your body was trying to fight back, by sending ice shards into my hand. I am, however, wearing feathers, which stop this from happening." she said.

"Did you know about this?" Anna said, looking to Elsa.

"I found out about all of this yesterday," Elsa said putting up her hands.

"And you didn't tell me?" Anna said, a little pissed.

"I-" she was cut off by another voice, from the back of the room.

"I told Elsa not to tell you, until the time was right, for it may have killed you," He said. I realized who he was.

"King Able!" I said.

"Right you are, Jack Frost." He said, flashing a smile. He went to Elsa and Anna.

"Hello girls, how are my lovely darlings," He said.

"I'm confused, Who is this?" She said, pointing to the king.

"Ah, you don't know me, that makes sense. I am Able Black, you and Elsa's father. You are the princesses of Ice and Snow. You both have powers over ice and snow of some sort." He said.

"How can I believe you?" she said, suspiciously.

"Give me your arm," He said. She gave it to him, and they both had the same birthmark. Elsa rolled up her sleeve, and they all three, had the same one.

"Oh," Anna said.

"I'm here as well," a woman said, going up to the king. Elsa started to cry, and Anna soon followed. Anna ran to this woman. She hugged her. Elsa stood, crying softly, looking at the woman in speculation.

"B-but Y-you," she stuttered. "You died," Elsa said. There was pain in her voice.

"I know, and im sorry for that, but it had to be done." The woman, who I guessed was the Queen. Elsa paced.

"How could you do that, to me, to us! Do you know how much pain I, we, went through? How many days I wanted, no, needed, you to be there. Never once did you come to see us. Never." Elsa said pointing to Anna. She was strong to say those words. She held back her tears.

"Oh, I know what you went through, I saw how you went through Edgard's journal. He wrote all those horrid things. I was protecting you. I was always there. You couldn't see me, for you no longer believed in me," The queen said. She held her arms open, for a hug. Elsa ran into her arms, full tears streaming down her face. They sat on the floor, while Elsa and the Queen rocked back and forth.

"Im sorry to break this beautiful moment up, but we have an issue." North stated.

"I'm fully aware of your issue. Its being handled. My brother will be punished. Pitch knew what he was doing, now its his turn to be afraid. He went after Elsa and Anna, now im going after him." The king stated coldly. He walked over to the globe.

"Show me Pitch Black." He said. Elsa got up, and gasped.

"P-Pitch is our Uncle?!?" She said alarmed.

"Yes," Her father replied. "He's going to pay for what he has done," He said. He was about to leave when Elsa desperately tried to stop him. She pleaded and begged him.

"NO! HE DESERVES WHAT HE'S GETTING!" Her father shouted. All the sudden, A wall of ice formed. "No, I will not allow this. He's family. Even if he seems to be a bad person. People can change. Let me go. If he tries anything, you know I can handle myself. He has seen my power, he cowers over it, you know that. Let me talk to him." She said calmly holding him back. He sighed.

"Your to much like your mother, you know." He said. The Queen shook her head. "I will let you go, on one condition." He said.

"And what would that be?" She asked.

"Jack Frost will go with you, for extra support and he has been against the nightmares before, and knows how to fight them." He said looking to me. I nodded my head and stood next to Elsa.

"I wont let her get hurt, I promise," I said, looking to Elsa. She had a big grin on her face.

"I will make sure you keep that promise, Jack Frost." He said. North threw a portal.

"Pitch Black's Palace," North said to the snow globe, throwing it on the floor. The blue and purple portal appeared, and we walked through. It was dark. There were cages everywhere. He was here, I could sense it. Apparently, so could Elsa, because I saw her get into battle position.

"Ah, I see my favorite niece has come to pay me a visit. Oh, and with the always fun, Jack Frost." He said, jumping off a platform down to us.

"I would like to talk to you." She said.

"Ha, you think im just going to talk to you? You really think I don't know that you've come here to try to make me good?" He said laughing. Very calmly, Elsa spoke.

"What about Dawn," She said, looking him in the eyes. He froze.

"What. Did. You. Say?" he questioned carefully.

"What would Dawn think of you right now? She'd probably be devastated that her father is evil, because of her." Elsa said, walking around Pitch.

"What do you know? Where is she?" He said, gritting his teeth. He has a daughter? Her name is apparently Dawn. It would make sense. I could see that.

"We have her whereabouts. But do you think she would really want to come back and see her father like this? A mess? Killing everything in his path? Making dreams into nightmares? Fighting her friends?" She said. When she said friends, he cringed.

"What do I have to do? To know where she is?" He asked, his face turning softer than it was, but not fully.

"Nothing, you just have to stop this." She said, pointing around the room. "Only when you have stopped your evil ways, will you know where she is." Elsa said. "I'm done here," She said. She grabbed my hand, and we walked out. Elsa kept her head up high until we got outside. She took a few beep breaths in and out. "That, was stressful," She said. She giggled. I loved her laugh.

"Do you think he will stop this?" I said.

"Yes, he would do anything for Dawn." She said.

"How did you know about his daughter?" I asked, puzzled.

"Father told me right before we left, he can communicate telepathically with me." She said, pointing to her head. We opened a portal, and we ended at the workshop. We had only been gone about an hour, but everyone was happy to see us. After a few minuets, Black sand appeared. But it wasn't bad black sand. It seemed to make the room feel sad. Pitch soon appeared.

"Please, tell me where she is! It kills me. I know this isnt what she would want, please, tell me where she is!" Pitch said. His eyes were puffy, almost as though he had been crying.

"Show me Dawn Black." The king said. The globe glowed, and then one dot shined brighter than the rest.

"We, will take you to her. Do you want to go now, or in the morning?" Elsa said. She seemed as though she had rehearsed this over and over again, and knew exactly what to say.

"N-Now, I want to see her now." He said, wringing his fingers.

Omg, this chapter was so stressful to write. I know that there is like, no jelsa in this. Next chapter will have jelsa, I promise. I needed to use this chapter to set up next chapter. Byeeeeeeeee :)      --Maddie
