Chapter 1
Elsa POV
"Now it's just you, and me," I said evilly to Anna. She widened her eyes, backed up, and then started to run. These past few days we've been having more fun then ever. She suggested it of course, and I couldn't say no. I haven't had this much fun since the "accident." I shut her out for a long time, I think she deserves at least a week of fun. At this point, I had created the biggest snow ball ever. I was chasing her around the halls and up and down stairs. We almost ran into our maids. "Oh, I-I'm sorry, let me help you with that," I said as I knocked over a tray of dishes that landed on the floor.
"Your Majesty, my, I'm sorry for making a mess, I will clean this up, go have fun," she said. But I insisted, then when we were done cleaning it all up, I have her the rest of the day off. I hate making them work, they are not slaves, and shouldn't be treated like ones. I try to give them off days, but they won't take them.
I was ready again. I had my snowball ready. I had to find Anna first though, she had hidden from me. "Anna? Anna? I ate all the chocolates," I said. It always works.
"WHAT?!? Oh no...." She said realizing it was a trick. The snowball hit her and we both fell in the access snow. We sat just laughing for about 20 minuets.
"Okay, okay, time to go to bed, it's already 10:30, and if you don't go to bed soon, your going to be grumpy in the morning." I said. It's true, she turns into a sleep monster of she goes to bed late.
"But-" she protested. "No buts, bed." I said sternly.
"Okay, mom." I rolled my eyes at her. She giggled, typical Anna.
"Goodnight Anna, see you tomorrow morning," I said walking in my room. I heard her mutter goodnight before falling asleep. I had left my door open, so I walked over to close it. I heard a noise behind me, it was the noise of ice, I knew it well. I turned around and saw some of my window turning to ice. "What has gotten into you Elsa?" I asked myself. The thing was, I wasn't even remotely close to the window. Which means it wasn't me, making that frost. So, if it wasn't me, who was it?
"Who are you, and what do you want?" I asked sternly. I clenched my fists, ready to strike at any moment. Nothing was getting through me, and no where near Anna.
A snowflake landed on my noes. I thought about what my mom told me when I was younger. That there was a Jack Frost, and if I wasn't careful, he would nip my noes. Suddenly, a man appeared behind my window. He scared me, and I accidentally shot ice at the window.
"WOAH," the man said as he dodged the flying ice darts. I looked down at my hands, I was losing control, no, I can't lose control, I can out everyone in danger. I looked at my hands, then back to the shattered window, then back to my hands.
"I-I'm s-so sorry, i-i didn't-" I said, trying to pull myself together. I turned to face the wall and started pacing. Snow started falling from the ceiling. "Conceal, don't feel, conceal," I said over and over again.
"Are you okay?" The man asked. I looked up at him. He had piercing blue eyes, white hair, and he was wearing a blue hoodie. He also had dark brown pants on. I also noticed, that he wasn't wearing shoes, and I found that peculiar. "Hello, are you okay?" He said, waving his hand in front of my face.
"Y-yes I'm fine, who are you?" I asked. He seemed familiar, but I don't know where from.
"I'm Jack Frost, nice to meet you," he said holding out his hand. At this point he was standing in the middle of my room.
"Queen Elsa, of Arendale."
"Oh, so your a queen huh?" He asked with a grin.
"Yes, that would be me." I said. He took my hand and kissed it.
"It's a pleasure," he said. I blushed a little. I still wasn't used to things like that, but I needed to be.
"Jack Frost, how did the guardian of fun, find its way to the castle?" I asked politely.
"I was just passing through, and I saw the castle and to wanted to check it out, then I saw you. May I ask, how can you see me? Only people who believe in me can see," he said.
"Well, when I was young, my mother would tell me story's about you," I said. It was the truth, I would always find comfort in my moms story's. They were the things I looked forward to every night.
"Queen Elsa, are you alright?" He asked worried. I hadn't realized that I was slowly crying. I quickly wiped away my tears. It wasn't right to see a queen cry.
"I'm fine." I said pulling myself together. I made the snow stop falling with the flick of my wrist. I also cleaned up the window and put the pieces back together.
"Are you sure your alright? You just started crying for no apparent reason," he said curiously.
"I told you, I'm fine, just remembering things that are in the past," I said. I don't lie, only when it's needed.
"Okay," he said.
"Would you like anything? Water, a snack?" I was being polite like a good queen. Or at least trying.
"No, I'm good." He replied.
"Okay, well you can come with me if you want, I'm just going to make hot chocolate." I said calmly walking out of my snow flake designed door.
"Sure, I don't have anything else to do at the moment," he said following me to the kitchen. Olaf came running up to me , something was wrong.
"Olaf, what is it?" I asked worried.
"Something-- chasing-- me--" he painted as he hid behind me. I got in my ready position, making sure nothing got passed me or near my family. I could hear something coming. It's was picking up speed. It finally came from across the corner. It was... Anna? "Anna? What are you doing?" I asked relived it wasn't something harmful.
"Iwasjustgettingsonechocolteformyroomtohide..." She said with her mouth full and holding a tray of chocolates.
"Oh no you don't," I said taking the tray.
"But-" she said.
"No Anna, you'll be up all night, maybe you can have some tomorrow," I said. She looked down disappointed about my decision.
"Fine..." She said as she went up to her room. She walked right into Jack. Like, she walked through him. I gasped. My eyes wide open.
"Wha?" I said.
"She can't see me, she doesn't believe in me, and so, she can't see, hear, at feel anything I do unless she believes in me, it sucks but that's the way it has to be," he said.
"Oh..." I said astonished. We finally arrived at the kitchen, and I made some hot chocolate. There's just one, tiny problem, it's cold chocolate, not hot. With ice powers, you freeze almost everything you touch. I touched the cup and it turned into solid ice. I gasped, though it was nothing new. I needed my gloves.
"I'll be right back," I said to Jack. He looked at me weird, then nodded. I ran up to my room to get my green gloves from the drawer. I ran back down to the kitchen and then made another cup, this time, it will be hot. Once Jack had saw the gloves, he questioned me.
"What are those for?" He asked, pointing at the gloves.
"Oh, umm, they help with my powers, I pretty much freeze everything that I touch, so when I go out, or to the kitchen, I wear them so I don't hurt anything or anyone." I explained. He asked,
"What do you mean, hurt anyone or anything?" So, I explained everything that had happened the year before. (everything from Frozen) He then nodded his head,
"Cant you learn to control it?"
"You don't think I've tried that? All I can do is that easy things like mugs or tables." I said with tears starting to build in my eyes. I felt something cold all around me. I looked up and saw now starting to fall lightly from the ceiling. "Conceal, don't feel it, don't let it show, conceal," I repeated under my breath.
So, yeah, that's the first chapter, btw I own none of the characters unless I make them up, I didn't do the front cover, and, yea, so... Lol idk what to say, bye!!
