What is she hiding? I thought as I stared her down.

I know she hates others making eye contact as much as being demanded but I need answers.

I guess she thought the same since she let both slide.

She sighed and got her remote. "Why don’t you see for yourself" she stated pressing a button making the screen appear.

On there about 20 red dots and one black dot. "What is this?" I turned to her confused.

"Last night, that agent wasn't the only one killed" she stared at the screen.

"You mean-" my eyes widened. They couldn't have killed them all.

"They were all killed last night" she turned to me "and one of them just happened to be lucky enough to track his attacker” she chuckled.

"Did anyone....." I started.

"Survive?" she finished and I nodded "nope" I drew in a sharp breath.

It still amazes me how cruel and uncaring she can be. "I didn't know this because?" I turned to her.

"It wasn't so important since they didn't leave any leads" she shrugged.

"You know you are very cruel" I stated through gritted teeth.

"Oh trust me, I know “she chuckled.

"Any more questions?" she looked at me expectantly.

I rolled my eyes yet asked anyway "what do you know and how do you know of the conquerors’ plans."

"Well I've been tracking their movements, I never thought they would grow and cause this much trouble. " she mumbled the last part.

Ok I’m confused. "Wait if you knew about them why did you seem surprised?" I looked at her confused.

"Like I said, never thought they would grow and cause this much trouble" she shrugged "besides their name still baffles me" she chuckled.

"Why’s that?" I raised an eye brow at her. This girl is so confusing.

"Seriously, their name is conquerors its way cheesy especially with their plan." she chuckled.

"What is their plan exactly" I crossed my arms in front of me.

She suddenly stopped chuckling all amusement gone from her eyes.

"They want to conquer the world" ok now I see why she was a little amused. Their name's conquerors and they want to conquer the world.

"They have human allies and I bet they don’t even now their true attentions" she chuckled but it wasn't humorous.

"What do you mean?" I’m much more confused now.

"They will take over the world, yes but not in the way their human allies think." she stated.

"They’re going to make humans their slaves and the only ones standing in their way......."

"Are the societies" I finished for her.

"it was a challenge before and they only killed lower ranking agents but now not only do they have a carom that cancels out our powers but a poison that actually affects us." she stated.

"Their getting dangerous so for our next mission were going to have to stop that delivery." she sighed.

"How do we do that we don’t even know when or where they will deliver it" I ran my hands through my hair frustrated.

"The delivery will be in two weeks that’s what they said" she sat back down. "As for where I will be tracking whatever come in or out of our states through my super computer, nothing will get pass it." she said as she was typing something in the keyboard.

"What do we do till then?” I asked.

"Well till we get anymore leads I guess we just get some days off but be on guard" she stated. I stood there not knowing what to do after a while.

"Go on" she waved me off. I just shrugged and walked out of her office.

I got to the lobby a d wow even at 2AM it’s very active. Some stopped and stared and I heard them whispering.

"Chris!" voice called out before a familiar brown hair jumped me hugging me.

"Whoa calm down Lee" Phil said as he came towards us.

"Are you kidding me, he came back alive!" she said enthusiastically then started checking me over "and in one piece" she jumped up and down.

Phil chuckled at his sister’s behavior "glad your back man" we did a manly hug.

"So how was it?” she asked.

"Come on let’s take this to my room" I yawned and walked back to my room Lee and Phil following me.

"You didn't get lost, that’s a bonus" Phil joked.

"Oh shut up" I mumbled opening my room. "Wait here" I went inside my bathroom to change. Not before putting away my weapons though.

I took a quick shower and put on some black pants and went out shirtless while drying my hair with a towel. I saw Lee blush a little when she saw me. I smirked a little at that.

"You’re not hitting on my sister are you?" Phil asked in a dangerous tone.

"Course not, not my fault she sees something she like" I wiggled my eyebrows and Phil just laughs while Lee was mumbling to herself. Something about egoistic men.

"Ok so what happened" Lee pat the spot on the bed between the two.

I sat down and explained everything.

"Whoa intense" Phil stated after I finished.

"Yeah" I yawned.  I looked at the clock and saw it was now almost 3:30AM.

"Well we'll leave you to rest" Lee walked out.

"See you later dude" Phil walked out closing the door behind him.

I played down on the bed.

Before I gave in to the darkness I wondered.

How will this mission end?
