Manjot's POV
"21 pe PhD?" Shub asked, I nodded. "Nhi yaar, Mahi Bhai fenk rahe the" He said. I chuckled.

"Par haan, Pragya paranormal activities pe research kar rhi hai" He said, I hummed.

"Ham dono tere ghar aake dekh lenge kya chakkar hai" He said, I nodded. "Jitni jaldi ho sake utni jaldi yeh kaam karna hai" I said, "don't worry, ham aaj shaam hi aa jaenge" He said.

Shubman's POV
"Mere bareme kisi ko batana mat" I said to Pragya, she understood what I meant. "Isme bura hi kya hai?" She asked, "Pragya" I said. She sighed and nodded.

Mandy came to welcome us and took us to the entrance. Pragya held my hand as soon as we stepped in, "did you feel it?" I asked her, "I did" She replied looking around.

"Chalo tumhe sabse mila deta hu" Mandy said and introduced us to everyone in the family, except of one person.

"Aur woh kon hai?" I asked, "kon?" He asked, "arey jo Bandana Bhabhi ke saath khadi hai" I said. "Abhi to bataya, woh Sameeksha hai" He said.

Pragya tightened her grip on my arm, I looked at her, "woh iss family ka hissa nhi hai" She whispered.

"Shit" I cursed in a low voice. I've met one already.

The lady standing next to Bandana would have been in her 80s at the time of her death.

"Kya ham ghar dekh sakte hai?" Pragya asked, "aaiye, me dikhati hu" Aarushi said.

We followed her. She was showing us every corner of the house.

"Yeh mera aur Sumedh ka room hai" She said opening the door.

We saw someone sitting on the bed, he looked at us when we entered. Aarushi's behaviour was saying that she wasn't able to see the man, meaning he was a spirit too.

I could see lust in his eyes. "Aarushi, chalo yaha se" I said. The man gave me a death glare. We left the room and went to the living room, where everyone was waiting for us.

"Ghar ka mandir kaha hai?" Pragya asked. We went in the mandir, "hame ghar me do log mile. Ek buzurg aurat Bandana ke saath khadi thi, aur ek aadmi Sumedh aur Aarushi ke room me tha" Pragya said.

"Aarushi woh aadmi tumhe theek nazar se nhi dekh raha tha. Tumhe bachke rehna hoga, woh kucch bhi kar sakta hai" She explained.

"If you guys don't mind, hame yaha rehna hoga jab takk ham sab theek na karde" I said. "Koi baat nhi, tum log itna kar rahe ho wahi boht badi baat hai" Abhay said.

We went home to bring our clothes and settled in guest rooms.

Pragya and I were sitting in my room. "Jo frequency mujhe mili hai, uss hisaab se yaha kisi aur ko bhi hona chahiye tha" Pragya said.

"Aur bhi hai? Do kaafi nhi the kya?" I asked.

We heard a knock, "come in" I said.

"Doodh...Manjot Bhaiya ne bheja" She said. "Aap kon? Pehle aapko nhi dekha" I said, "me Nivedita. Yaha kaam karti hu" She said.

"Aapko kisi aur cheez ki zarurat hai?" She asked, "nhi thank you, we're good" Pragya smiled.

She turned to leave. I was about to drink the glass of milk when my gaze fell on the mirror in the room. I looked at Nivedita.

"Nivedita" I called her, "kya chahte ho tum teeno?" I asked directly. She lowered her lashes.

"Aap dono boht acche hai, lekin yaha aapka koi kaam nhi. Please chale jaiye yaha se" She replied. So my guess was right. Her reflection was not visible in the mirror, which made me think she's a spirit.

"Lekin tum teeno iss ghar me kyu ho? Kya chahte ho?" Pragya asked, "me aapko warning dene aai thi, abhi bhi time hai, chale jaiye" She said and left.

"Doodh mat pina, pata nhi kya milake laai thi" I said.

"Yeh teeno chahte kya hai? Kese pata chalega?" Pragya said frustrated.
