hotel
Yoohee found herself tossing and turning as growing noises became a disturbance to her attempt at some sleep. She had finally managed to settle in to the foreign bed, but was rudely awakened by the ruckus coming from the halls outside her hotel room.
She groaned, wondering why anyone would even be awake at this time. She lazily reached for her phone on the bedside table to check the time.
7pm.
It shocked her at first, but then she remembered the 16-hour time change. It was messing with her brain. In California, it was already 3 am and she hadn't had a lick of sleep yet.
Suddenly, a chorus of knocks were heard from her door. Too tired to bother getting up, she ignored it thinking it was probably housekeeping or something.
After a minute or two of unbothered silence, the knocks came back. This time more harsh and rushed.
"Aish," Yoohee sighed out, as she scratched her head and sat up on the bed.
Sluggishly, she walked to the door and threw it open carelessly, showing her displeasure to the strangers standing behind it.
There were three men. One of them seemed to be in his 30's, while the other two were young adults. Yoohee's vision was too foggy to make out any other details about the men.
They eyed her, surprised at the sight of someone in the room. She blankly stared at them. The tallest of the three, his name being Namjoon, nudged the older one, Sejin, and whispered, "I told you someone was in here...", earning him a glare from Sejin.
Sejin opened his mouth to speak, "I'm sorry mam for bothering you. There must be a mix up with the rooms or something because-"
He stopped himself when he saw Yoohee, with a blank expression, turn on her heel, whip her hair in their face, and walk back into the room. The men hesitantly took a few steps into the room, thinking she motioned them to follow her, before freezing once they saw her jump onto the bed and cuddle into the sheets.
The men looked at each other, with confusion written all over their faces. The younger ones looked with wide eyes at the girl. They had no idea what to do.
Sejin fake coughed loudly into his elbow in hopes of getting the odd girls attention.
"What?" Yoohee drawled out the word, making her sound like a whining child.
"This is suppose to be our room," a higher-pitched voice, that belonged to Jimin, claimed. Yoohee rolled over in the bed to face the owner of the voice, who she noted as the smaller of the three.
"No. This is my room. I paid for it. I'm sleeping here." Her attitude was so straightforward it made Namjoon and Jimin shrink, but Sejin stood his ground.
With a fake smile plastered on his face, he changed his tone, "We seem to be getting off on the wrong foot here. Let me introduce myself. I am Sejin, manager of BTS."
They looked at Yoohee, awaiting a reaction, but instead they got,
"What the fuck is a BDS?"
Sejin's happy expression fell at the words. He was hoping that maybe she would have been more open to giving up the room knowing she was in the presence of celebrities, but she had no idea who they were.
Instead of answering the question, he chose to ignore the statement, and continue explaining, "We really need this room since these two, Namjoon and Jimin," he gestured to the others stand next to him, "are performing at the Olympic Arena tomorrow and really need to rest for it. This whole floor was suppose to be reserved for our members and staff but it seems the hotel must have made a mistake. If you could find it somewhere in your heart to lend us this room, we would truly appreciate it."
"No. My room. You leave." She yawned, blinking hazily at the man who was growing impatient with the childish teenager. She was so close to falling asleep she couldn't make full sentences.
"If you couldn't already tell, these boys are important to the awards night they are having tomorrow, so we really need this room. The hotel is full so the boys can't-"
"If the hotel is full, what makes you think I'll give up my room?" Yoohee sasses back. She became more awake as the entitlement of the manager grew, "All of my stuff is settled into this room and I am not packing everything up again to move when I'm not even sure I'd get another room. This is your problem, not mine."
Yoohee took one last time to squirm around and settle into the bed before closing her eyes and instantly falling asleep.
The men were still in her room.
"Excuse m- Excuse me!" Sejin's voice grew far too loud, so he took a second to compose himself. He stared at her for a solid minute, with no response eliciting from the sleeping girl.
Sejin began to panic. He pointed to Yoohee and continuously turned from Namjoon to Jimin, "Did she ju- Did she really just- just fall asleep on us?"
Namjoon and Jimin looked worryingly at each other due to their managers state.
Sejin was breathing heavily, trying his best to keep his composure. After a long day of prepping for BTS's performance, this was the last thing he needed. Namjoon patted his back, trying to calm him down, "Don't worry about it. I'll just bunk with the hyungs, and Jimin can sleep with the maknaes."
Sejin took a moment to ponder the idea, his face still expressing dissatisfaction toward the situation. In the end, he nodded his head in agreement. Quickly, Namjoon led him out of the room, trying to leave before Sejin got any more stressed out.
Jimin stood there, with his arms crossed, staring at the girl in disbelief. He thought it was ridiculous that she was able to fall asleep while three men- who were complete strangers- were in her hotel room. They had the power to do anything to her and she just brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. How much of an idiot could she be?
He scoffed, rolling his eyes with a smug look on his face from his mind praising himself and dissing the idiocity of the stranger. He left the room and closed the door behind him.
Jimin knocked on the door of the hotel room right next to Yoohee's. Taehyung was behind the door when he opened it, his face going from 0-100 in a matter of seconds.
"JIMIN-AH!!" Taehyung yelled as he harshly embraced Jimin in a hug. Jimin stumbled back a bit before adjusting to the newly added weight. His stressed out expression melted into a laughing one.
Jimin carefully walked into the room, still carrying Tae, "Guess I'm with you guys for the night."
"Really?" Jungkook emerged from the bathroom, the words were muffled from the toothbrush hanging out of his mouth, "I thought you were rooming with Namjoon."
"Yeah I was, but somehow our room was taken, and the rest of the hotel is full so..."
"Yikes" was all Jungkook could say before rushing into the bathroom.
His mouth was overflowing with foam from his toothpaste.
"It isn't 'yikes'. He gets to play with us and not have to deal with that snoring monster. It's a win-win!" Taehyung exclaimed, throwing his hands up in the air in excitement.
Jimin dropped Tae as he walked toward the bed to lay down. Jimin's left arm fell over his forehead as he closed his eyes.
"No," Tae complained, "Don't sleep. Let's play a game!"
"But I'm so tired and we have a big performance tomorrow."
Jimin peeked through one eye to see Taehyung already gathering supplies for the game. "Just one game of hide and seek?"
"How the hell do you play hide and seek in a tiny hotel room?" Jungkook asked as he reentered the room, finally prepared for bed.
"Easy, you'll see."

Yoohee was awakened, once again, by a loud bang from the room next to her. She stood awake for a second, before closing her eyes again since the sound seemed to stop. Right as she did this, another bang could be heard, but this time against the wall.
Yoohee grumbled as she tossed herself to the other side of the bed, hugging the pillow tightly. She wasn't scared, just angry and grumpy, and she took that energy out on the pillow.
It was silent, and her grip around the inanimate object loosened as she started to fall asleep again.
But then she heard something again. They were soft noises but noticeable enough to bother her.
Giggles.
As time went on, the giggling turned into monkey laughs. Yoohee grabbed the pillow under her head by both ends and pressed it against her ears in an attempt to block out the noise.
It didn't work and Yoohee was growing impatient. She looked to her phone and saw that it was 1 am.
What the hell would they be giggling about at 1 am?
Yoohee settled herself back into the bed comfortably in hopes of trying to leave whatever was going on next door alone and get some well-needed sleep.
But once again, it didn't work.
The laughing just kept getting louder and louder and more obnoxious.
"Aish what are these idiots doing..." She said to herself as she got out of bed for the second time this night, and walked over to the noisy room.
"YAH," she shouted as she banged on the door, "OPEN UP."
Jimin whipped his head toward the door as he heard the familiar voice, a mischievous smile creeping onto his face.
Taehyung slowly wrapped his arms around the nearest person to him, which happened to be Jungkook.
"Who is that?" Taehyung whispered into Jungkook's ear, sending shivers down his spine. Jungkook pulled the tie wrapped around his eyes and immediately pushed Taehyung off of him. He then proceeded to throw air punches at him for being so intimate.
Jimin neared the door and looked through the peephole and it was exactly who he thought it was.
"No." Jimin answered in a smug tone. The door being a defense barrier for the raging volcano on the other side.
"OPEN. UP. NOW." The last word boomed through the halls, scaring Jungkook and Taehyung even further.
"You can't make me." Jimin sang in a teasing way.
Yoohee wasn't amused. She was far from amused. She was cranky, grumpy, angry, and most of all, tired. Anything and everything was setting her off her rocker.
"I swear to god if you don't open this door right now I'll-"
"You'll what?" Jimin questioned as he abruptly opened the door. A big smile appeared on his face as his mischievous side was getting the best of him that night.
The rest of the guys looked at Jimin with wide eyes.
Why the hell would he let a scary stranger into their room?
Yoohee was furious, steam was practically fuming out of her nose and ears.
In the blink of an eye, Jimin found himself being pushed into the room. Taehyung screamed like a little girl as Jungkook ran to Jimin's side in an attempt to stop the savage attack.
In a matter of moments, Yoohee had managed to have Jimin lay down on the bed, with her straddling him. She held him down by his wrists. Jimin was too shocked to even move.
She shot a look to Jungkook who was about to pull her off Jimin. Jungkook stopped in his tracks, swearing he saw the devil in her eyes.
"Don't. Move." Yoohee sternly commanded to both Jimin and Jungkook. Jungkook had no response, but Jimin quickly nodded his head, wincing as soon as her strong grip was released off his wrists. He was scared beyond his wits, since this whole situation did not play out the way he thought it would.
Yoohee walked toward her next target; Jungkook.
Jungkook started to back away, with his hands up in the air. She jumped and grabbed his arms, pulling him down to match her height and dragged him onto the bed. She tried to pin him next to Jimin, but Jungkook was wriggling around in an attempt to escape.
She glared at him, with a more intimidating glint in her eye this time. With eyes like that on him, Jungkook didn't know what to do.
Yoohee tightened her grip until Jungkook groaned in pain. She let go of him and stood up, looking proud of herself. He pouted up to her as he rubbed his wrists, but she paid no attention to him anymore having won their fight.
She was already turned, facing Taehyung.
He was in the corner of the room, curled up in a ball, and staring at her with fearful eyes. He got onto his knees, his hands clasped and in the air for her to see.
"Wh-What do you want from us? Take whatever you want, just please don't hurt me..." Taehyung begged.
"Ok. Let's make this easy. You know the drill," she tossed her head to the direction where Jimin and Jungkook were laying.
Taehyung got up, and slowly walked to the bed in shame. He climbed onto the bed, and squeezed himself in between Jimin and Jungkook. They all held worried expressions, expecting the worst.
"I want you to stay like this all night. No moving. No talking. No noise. No anything. Just sleeping. It's already 1 am and I can't sleep if I constantly hear giggling from this room."
"What?" Jimin asked in confusion, struggling to comprehend what she was saying, "This was all because you couldn't sleep?"
"I've had barely 3 hours of sleep because I keep getting waken up by you obnoxious idiots. If I hear so much as a peep from this room, I will literally murder all of you," she stared deeply into each of the boys eyes as she said these words, making them tremble. She crossed her arms, looking proud of herself, and walked out the door in a confident manner.
Jimin's eyes followed her until she was out of sight. His mind clouded with only one thought.
Goddamn that was sexy.
