POV ~ Clazer Oath narrating the past to Doctor

England College of Business has its status and prestige in England, the college I was admitted to months ago. All I did in the starting months was bunking lessons and sticking around with Sirania all the time extracting more and more information about her mom Mrs. Deroz.

But before I could plan my next move, the exam was scheduled from 12th October to 18th October, with a preparation leave from 1st October to 11th October.

I didn't mention it before, mom had trained me in studies for a couple of Academic years ahead, ever since I was 3.

When she passed away, I was distracted, but then Ruder helped me get back. The only thing I used to do was study.

I looked around and every student was ready to work hard for exams. Extra books, night reading sessions in the library. Doubts solving class that always had attendance below 10 students, had more than 50 now for your information I am not taking any of these lessons

Me and Sirania worked hard during those days. We reduced our meeting hours and even stopped visiting cafes.

So now it's time to remember another character from the past.

Name Jacob Smith, age same as mine,
He was more popular than my imagination. He was called the Heartbreaker because apparently, he had once broken the heart of a very popular girl at College

He was my classmate, a native of London from a middle-class family and I was surprised to see him in this expensive college, later I realized his family owned a bakery in London which was exceptionally popular.

As much as I remember, our first paper was on 12th October 2021.

The tension was everywhere except for me (I am smart).

Sirania texted me early in the morning wishing me the best of luck for the exam. I did the same. We could not meet in the morning because I was late due to traffic.

I rushed through the corridor, looking for my seat in another classroom. The exam had already begun. I spotted my seat in the corner of the exam hall after great difficulty. I moved into the hall and sat on my allotted seat.

I wasn't comfortable at the start due to sweat and panic then I realized stupid me lost my pen somewhere, but I remember that I brought it with me. What should I do now? I wondered.

A voice came from behind, "Mr. Hot, take this." I heard a deep voice coming from behind. I turned around to look at the boy sitting behind me, I remember that he was from my class. He was holding a pen out for me.

"Take this, I already have an extra set," he said with a smile offering the pen. He was handsome, just didn't take much care of himself, or had not yet discovered his true self.

"Thank you very much, you are a lifesaver! Nope, you are God!" I replied with a smile too.

Exam began. Looking at the paper, I smiled that was easy, after the exam was over, students began to chit-chat and began to discuss the paper.

I turned back, "Hey! Thanks for your help, otherwise I would have been in some serious problem."

"My pleasure, Mr. Hot." He said looking at me.

I laughed out loud, "Why are you calling me that? My name is Clazer."

"I know that Mr. Oath, but girls prefer to call you by this name, and so do I."

I chuckled, "Really, I didn't know that. By the way, what's your name? Maybe you are that Heartbreaker, girls talk about."

He laughed at this, "You knew that story, little me clarify she was a stalker so I had to reject her and she cursed me to stay single forever, I am Jacob Smith by the way. How was paper?" he was totally ready to take the conversation ahead.

"Really good, the questions were what I had predicted. How did it go for you?"

"Perfect for me too. Do you actually understand what they teach here? I thought you will suffer the most academic damage coming here in the middle of the year."

"No, nothing to worry much about.  It's rather easy here."

"Oh, see you tomorrow Clazer. Damn, it sounds so boring, Mr. Hot is good."

"Okay, Heartbreaker..." I chuckled.

Jacob walked away. As far as I can remember, it was him in the HeartPool Cafe, he had a close eye on that waitress I helped that's Vinneta

I was in a rush and missed meeting Sirania again.

13 October 2021

The day of the second paper.

I entered the class early today. Sitting on my allocated seat in the exam hall, I turned around to see Jacob just behind me.

"I didn't forget my pen today, Heartbreaker," I said showing him my pen.

Jacob replied with a smile, "Good, but I think someone is waiting outside for you."

"Oh yeah? She must be Sirania, I forgot to wish her and did not even meet her yesterday, I will be back in a minute."

"Yeah, enjoy!"

I rushed out of the Class.

"How was your first paper?" She asked hugging me tightly, her grip getting tighter every passing second.

"Paper was perfect, sorry about yesterday... I was late, and then you left early. Why were you in a rush yesterday? You didn't wait for me."

"Cristina was admitted to hospital as she had a fever."

Suddenly, the bell began to ring and the heartbeat of students also began to increase.

"Is she okay now?" I was concerned about her.

"Yeah, she is, bye, see you after the paper."

"Yes, best of luck!"

Cristina had an upset stomach and was admitted to the hospital, so she had to skip the exam.

Every day was almost the same...
Last date of the paper, 18 October 2021.....

I walked toward Jacob, "Hey, Jacob Smith, the Heartbreaker, are you free today?"

I made my next move.

"Not at all. But for you, fucking Yes, why all of sudden though?" He changed his expression really fast.

"Umm.......Will you show me some good places in England. I am stuck around very common places and I am bored with them."

"For sure, my place is quite famous around here, want to start from there?"

"Yes, boss!"

"About your girlfriend, Ms beauty, won't she get furious over you? She already hated that I was talking to you in class or during the exam."

"Don't mind her Mr.Heartbreaker, So girls call her Ms. beauty?" I asked him.

"Boys call her so, and she is."

I nodded my head positively, I was surely using her for revenge.

"Tomorrow at 4 o'clock evening.
Just tell me the location, I will be there at on time. And Sirania is busy as her sister is admitted to the hospital."

"Done!"

"Sounds like you got a BFF in England..." the doctor remarked.

"Can't say...." Clazer replied avoiding eye contact.

"Jacob sounds very polite in nature....."
