Simon didn't say anything he just let Seth continue, "That day, he told me that he planned everything, he was the one who told Irene to abuse the butler to hate me, and he was the one who had asked Sapphire to kill Irene."

Simon gritted his teeth, "Did he say this all from his mouth?"

Seth nodded, "That man is pure evil, he killed the woman who loved him so much."

Simon closed his eyes, "If you are lying."

"Why are you here if you are convinced that I will lie huh? aren't you here for answers? and I am not lying I swear in Irene's name, the woman I love so much."

Simon didn't say anything and walked out of the prison, his theory was correct Zhan can control the minds of the people who drink his blood.

Irene, sapphire, her family, Dylan and Elijah, so many people. Zhan has killed so many people.

Simon suddenly stopped when he realized that Zhan has been distributing his blood as Emerald's medicine throughout the kingdom, Simon covered his mouth, what is he planning to do now?

When Simon got out he saw the carriage standing outside and he quietly sat in the carriage.

The whole ride he was quiet, his heart hammered against his chest, all along Zhan was planning all of this.

Simon was filled with rage because all these years Zhan hid everything from him and did everything on his own.

When he reached home he saw Zhan standing in the middle of the hall probably waiting for him, "Where were you, brother...I was so worried about..."

Zhan stopped when he saw Simon looking at him with rage, "I want an answer as yes or no Zhan, and if you don't answer me today then I am going to leave."

Zhan frowned, "What are you..."

"Did you control Irene's mind and force her to become evil?"

Zhan became quiet and looked at Simon.

"Did you ask Sapphire to kill Irene?"

A-Xiang and A-Yuan also came to the hall.

"Did you kill Baron by controlling his mind?"

Zhan looked down.

"Did you kill Adeena's mother?"

"Did you control Raymond's mind to commit treason?"

Zhan was quiet while Simon grabbed his shoulders and asked, "Zhan if today you didn't answer honestly then I am leaving this place."

Zhan then immediately looked at Simon, "Brother I..."

"Yes or No?" Simon's eyes were red and he looked straight into Zhan's eyes he was dead serious today.

Zhan shivered and couldn't bring himself to lie anymore, so he said in a very slow voice, "Yes."

Simon let go of Zhan and looked at him with horror.

"Brother I..."Zhan could even complete his sentence Simon slapped him.

The sound echoed in the halls and A-Yuan and A-Xiang covered their mouths.

"HAVE YOU GONE MAD!! YOU KILLED SO MANY!! SO MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE!!"

Zhan placed a hand on his cheek and his eyes were widened when he looked at Simon, "Brother I had a reason..."

"FUCK YOUR REASON I DON'T CARE ANYMORE AND I WILL NOT ASK ANYMORE, I AM DONE WITH YOU."

Zhan'e eyes widened, "What are you saying?"

A tear slipped from Simon's eyes, "I gave you so many chances, Zhan so many chances! I asked you over and over again I asked for ten years, what was wrong why are you like this what is making you cry.

What is making you cry in sleep but every time, every time you would say that I won't understand, That it's nothing."

Simon took a deep breath, "From today I will not ask you anymore I will not bother with you anymore, do whatever you want I will not ask you anything anymore, I don't even want to see your face."

Simon said while tears slipped from Zhan's eyes, "You promised me that you won't..."

Simon grabbed Zhan's collar and pulled him, "If that day I knew what a monster you are I wouldn't have said that."

Simin said slowly and pushed Zhan back, before walking past him but Zhan grabbed his hand, his tears won't stop, "Brother please give me a chance please, listen to me, I will, I will tell you everything, Please I promise I will tell you everything!!

Please just give me one chance. There was a huge reason for everything I..."

Simon yanked his hand from Zhan's grip and looked at him with cold eyes, his eyes were red and wet, "I.dont.care. I have given you plenty of chances and you wasted them all.

I will not give you any more chances and I don't want to listen to anything, you never considered telling me anything, and killed so many people; keep on doing that, go ahead I will not stop you I will just go away from your life."

Zhan's eyes were wide and his mouth was agape, before he went on his knees in front of Simon, "Brother please, please!! just listen to me."

"If you want me to listen then I will give you one last chance," Simon said in a cold voice, "give up everything and come with me, we will not live here any longer."

Zhan became quiet and his grip on Simon loosened, "What's there to think so much just say yes or no Zhan."

Zhan gulped before slowly saying, "I can't...I can't do that."

"Then I also can't stay here," Simon said and proceeded to leave for his room, Zhan was in shock, how come things went like this?

Zhan's eyes went cold and he stood up from his place, and went to Simon's room where he was packing, "Halt, brother."

Simon who wanted to ignore Zhan suddenly stopped, his eyes widened when he tried to move his body he couldn't do that.

"What have you done?" Simon asked with anger.

Zhan only smiled, but this time it was a cold smile, he sat down on the bed as he looked at Simon who was standing beside the bed looking at him with anger.

"Brother, I cannot allow you to leave, not when things are going to be a mess and not when I am so close to winning."

Simon clenched his fist, "What have you done huh? why can't I move my body, I haven't drunk your blood I am sure of it."

Zhan sighed, "You are right you haven't drunk my blood that's why I cannot control your mind but I can control your body."

Simon laughed, so he never really knew the true extent of Zhan's power, "Zhan stop with your games and lets me go...I will..."

"I WON'T LET YOU GO DON'T YOU GET THAT!!" Zhan suddenly yelled and Simon flinched, "All these years the only things keeping me sane was you, Prince and master, and now you wish to leave?!!"

Zhan suddenly laughed while tears slipped his eyes, "I didn't everything for...."

"I don't want to know it, I don't want to hear it, I don't trust you anymore. I gave you last chance to come with me and you rejected that by your own will."

Zhan sighed, "I am sorry."

"Too late for that."

"No, I am sorry because I don't want to do this," Zhan said and took out a tiny bottle Simon's eyes widen when he saw that and he looked at Zhan he tried to move but couldn't.

"I never wanted to do this but you leave me with no choice." Zhan said and raises the bottle towards Simon, "Drink this."

"No!" Simon said but his hands move on their own, he tried his hardest to struggle, "Zhan this is not right, you are going too far."

But Zhan's eyes turned red and Simon could feel no control over his body anymore he felt like a puppet, "ZHAN!! I SAID ENOUGH!" But Zhan didn't say anything, and Simon grabbed the bottle before drinking it.

Only then did Zhan smile, with his red eyes, "I didn't do anything brother, you drank it on your own."

Simon was so angry that he wanted to slap Zhan, "Now, let me tell you one thing, you are not going to leave this place and not try to run away from this place till I say so.

I will not control your mind or erase your memories, or force you to support me but you are not allowed to leave till everything is over.

I will tell you everything myself and if you still don't understand then I'll just erase your memories."

Simon clenched his fist and felt his control over his body, he slowly sat down on the bed and glared at Zhan,"this is..."

Zhan smile, "go to sleep brother no need to think anymore."

Simon felt his eyes go heavy before he slowly went to sleep, while Zhan covered him with a duvet.

"Sweet dreams."
