"Woh Neil kahan hai?" Cried Avni, as she screamed in pain holding her stomach.

"Puttar Neil is just on his way. Just breathe and calm" Cried Shweta.

"Prakash try to call Neil please" Cried Bebe as she attempted to console Avni.

Prakash nodded and kept trying to call but to no avail.

Avni looked up and said "Please Bhagwan. I just want my Neil back. I want to see him before my last breath. I want to apologize and make him promise things to me".

Shweta noticed blood coming from Avni and cried in fear. The doctor ran towards Avni and had a face of fear implanted. "Its expected.. we need to do a emergency c section to save the babies".
