The Khanna Family and the Sukoon ghar kids were celebrating their birthdays with Aliya, AMan and Suneheri and the twins when Avni fainted. She almost fell to the ground until Neil held her. "AVNI" he screamed. His state was numb at the moment. His love had become unconscious and he couldn't see in her in this condition. "Avni! Please open your eyes!" he cried patting her cheeks. "I will call the doctor, while Neil you carry her to the room". Neil nodded and carried her bridal style. "Aman bring some water and DD can you please watch the kids" asked Neil. DD nodded while Aman went to the kitchen to bring water. The rest of the family headed with Neil upstairs while DD stayed downstairs. "Chachu, mumma will be fine naa?" asked Mowgli tearfully. "Areh, Areh don't cry champ. You know that your mumma is lady don. She will be fine" consoled DD. "Heroman, Jaan didi is very strong. I know that she will be fine" explained Jeetu. DD nodded while distracting the kids with some games. Meanwhile upstairs, Neil was tearfully sitting next to Avni with her head in his lap. He was constantly trying to wake her up while others looked on sadly. "Avni please get up. You know I lost you once and I can't lose you again. Please don't leave me" he cried. Then the doctor came. "Neil doctor has arrived. Why don't we leave the room" said Prakash. Neil nodded and left the room with his eyes full with tears. Ali and Riya were trying to console him while others prayed. "Dear god, my sister has already endured enough pain. Please don't give her anymore" prayed Aman. After 10 minutes, the doctor came. Neil rushed to her and bombarded with her questions. "Doctor! Doctor! How is my Avni? Is she ok? Did anything serious happen?" asked Neil. "Areh, areh calm down Mr. Khanna. She fainted due to weakness and right now it's important that she eats and rests especially in this condition" the doctor smiled. Everyone but Neil got that. "Yaar Avni naa. She never eats properly. She never takes care of herself. She will get a lecture from me now" he replied, not realizing what the doctor said. "one minute! Did you say in this condition?". The doctor nodded smiling. "Congratulations Mr. Khanna, your wife is pregnant". Hearing the doctors words made Neil smile immensely. He could'n't believe that his Avni is pregnant! A whole feelings of emotions rushed to him. He was so happy that no words could describe his happiness. He missed out on Mowgli's childhood but couldn't wait to experience this with another child. He promised himself that he would stay with Avni every moment of this journey. He would tend to her cravings and always stay with her every minute of her day. Will never leave her side. "Can we meet her?" asked Bebe. The doctor nodded and left. The whole family entered the room while Suneheri headed down to tell DD the good news and bring the kids upstairs. She went downstairs and saw one of the most beautiful sight. DD was enacting a scene as Crime Master Gogo from his favourite movie Andaaz Apna Apna while the kids joined. "DD" she called. "Kya hai" asked DD in his crime master gogo style. He turned around and bit his tongue. "Sorry Suneheri, I didn't know it was you". Suneheri smiled and told him to bring the kids upstairs as there was good news. "Oh god DD what have you done" he thought. In the room, Avni woke up to see the whole family staring at her lovingly. She started to get a little creeped. "Is everything fine?" she asked. "Yes, why are yous asking?" asked Shweta. "Well no offence but you guys are staring at me and its kinda creeping me out." she said truthfully. The whole family laughed at this while Avni got more confused. "Neil! Tell me what happened" said Avni. "Yaar my tube light wifey, everyone is happy because another addition is coming in the family". "Oh my god" exclaimed Avni. "Riya you are pregnant!" she yelled. Everyone shook their head while some slapped their forehead. "Avni! God after 10 years, your tube light hasn't gone yet. You are the one who's pregnant pagli!" exclaimed Neil. Avni eyes widened and instantly put her hand on her stomach. "Really?" she asked looking at Neil. Neil nodded with tears. "I can't believe this" she cried. "Shh beta. Don't cry. I am so happy that I am getting another great grandchildren. Thank you for bringing this day for me. I am forever grateful to you" cried Bebe. "Now we will get another Tillu ka pillu or pillI" exclaimed Shweta. She went to hug Avni and placed an affectionate kiss on her forehead. "By the way, I must say Neil that you and Avni moved fast" teased Nanno. "Come on Nanno, is that even a question?" asked Aman. "Of course they will move fast as they love each other immensely. Plus Jiju never leave a chance to romance with Di" said Aman, only to get a slap on the head received by Nanno. "Shut up". Aman frowned rubbing his head while Kareena smiled making Aman smile.  "Mumma kya sach mein meri bhai behen aayagi" asked Mowgli excitedly. Avni nodded making Mowgli jump in excitement. "Momma Papa, this is the best gift I can ever receive". He then went to go hug Neil and Avni tightly while they smiled at the love that their son had for them. Every awed at this family moment. "Papa, now I want a sister" exclaimed Aliya. Ali and Riya just blushed while everyone gave them teasing glances. "Beta not now, maybe later" said Ali embarrassingly. "Moi bachi isn't wrong. I think it's time that Aliya has another sibling" said Nanno. "Kya Nanno aap bhi" said Riya blushing and fulling f blushing.  "Bhai enough of this blushing. Now let's the lovebirds sleep and allow others to do their work" teased Bebe looking at Ali and Riya.  Ali eyes widened while Riya looked down. Everyone left the room except for Avneil. Bebe convinced everyone to stay at the house as it was late and started preparing the rooms. As the family left, Neil went to look at Avni who was thinking intensely. "Kya hua wifey" asked Neil. "Woh Neil nothing.." she stammered. "Avni" he said sternly. "Come on tell me what happened?". Avni then hugged Neil tightly tears spilling out. "I'm scared. I'm scared about this pregnancy. I am just scared about what will happen. I am happy. Tremendously happy. But I'm just a bit scared on how going through the journey again will feel you no? It's just a bit of nervous". Neil put Avni head on his chest, consoling. "Avni, shh shh. Its ok naa. Look it's ok to be nervous. I am too but we will go through this together naa? Because I know my wife and I know that she will preserver  because she's my Avni. My Lady Don". Avni smiled and cuddled against his chest, falling asleep. Neil gave her a peck on the top of the head and put her down with him sleeping in a night full of peace.
