Villain name: Recluse
Gender: Cis male
Personality: He is a very shitty person. He holds a belief in white supremacy, and as a child he was always a little twisted. He does not believe in any social conventions like ethics. He finds them to be extremely subjective, and through this definition he justifies the shit he does because it's morally right to him which in turn means it's ethical to him.
Powers: As he is based loosely off of a brown recluse, he has the ability to destroy things. As I don't believe necrosis can happen with non living things, he can destroy metals and other things with his touch, but with human beings he has the ability to cause necrosis. There are special glands in his hands that control the enzymes that would make necrosis and destruction possible. He is able to control what he secreats from his hands, so he doesn't go around destroying shit all the time. After all, it wouldn't be fun for him if he could not mess with people before causing necrosis.

Other: He grew up in a fairly well off house hold, and as a child he often tortured animals, bullied kids. He would appear gentle at the first meet, but soon after he showed his true self. He hated being surrounded by certain children for no other reason than how they looked.
When he became older, he was looking towards a science major because he thought that was the best way to further his asshattery. He often tried immoral experiments, never deterred by how much pain he caused to something. It was in grad school as a chemist that he figured out a way to "enhance" his dna structure. He then proceeded to give himself the power to destroy things through corrosion, but that didn't satisfy him. He added necrosis to watch the horror on people's faces as their cells died.
Currently, he is age 25. He still attends college I suppose as causing havoc full time is not his thing yet, but it most certainly will become his addiction.
He has read Nietzsche and interpreted his meaning as to grab all the power because that is the ultimate form of empowerment.

I think this might be too dark, and he might look generic as shit, but this idea is something I really wanted to stick with.
