You explore with your new grab pack...you get a key for a   Electricity room. You restored power then you see an arm "H-hello?" You mutter suddenly...you see Huggy with sharp teeth...you didn't know what to do but you were scared until you hear someone call out "Huggy Mr. Wuggy! That is clearly a child!"
