It been years since we've even seen each other. I am here on Thanksgiving by myself. My grandpa is in Egypt and Joey Tristan and Tea all are with family. I am here by myself with my millennium puzzle piece around my neck. Its nothing but a painful reminder of the thing I loved the most.

Yami

Even his name sent waves of sadness over me. He was the one person I could go to and tell everything to. I never had to worry about being judged because he was always so understanding. I just wish I could've told him how much I loved him before he had to leave.

The turkey is in the oven, which I will eat by myself, and the fireplace is crackling. I sit in a comfortable brown leather lounger chair with a cup of hot chocolate and watching TV.

I hear the ding and set my mug down on the end table beside me to go pull the turkey out of the oven. Yes I know how to cook, I picked up that skill shortly after Yami left. I open the door and I'm overwhelmed by the scent of deliciousness. This was going to be good, and last me a week or more with leftovers.

I heard something like footsteps in the living room and went to go check them out. When I got there, no one was to be seen, so I decided it was my imagination and went back to the kitchen. Once I was there I all but screamed.

There was Yami standing in front of me. He had a smile on his face and his hands crossed in front of him. I didn't know wishes came true, but I could've passed out on the couch, and this could be a dream.

"Yugi. This isn't a dream. I came back to check up on you. I must say you're doing well. But you're all by yourself. No one should ever be by themselves on a holiday" he said walking over to me.

"This has to be a dream. You're in the afterlife, you can't be here right now. My mind is just playing tricks on me because this is what I wanted for Thanksgiving" I said backing up into a wall.

"I was able to travel from the afterlife to the living world in order to be with the one that needed me. My hikari needs me and I need him. And you wanted me for thanksgiving? That's sweet" He said coming closer to me.

"N.....n..... No. I just.....just didn't want to be alone" I said as he was now dangerously close to me.

"I'm sure that's what you meant" he said as he was right in front of me. His hands went on either side of me on the kitchen counter.

The room started spinning and my legs started wobble. I felt arms latch around me as I fell. I never smacked the ground but instead I awoke on the chair in the living room.

The only problem was I wasn't actually on the chair. I was in Yami's lap, and chest, while he sat in the chair. I was curled up while his hands went through my hair in a soothing way. I could've fallen back asleep like this, because this was my dream come true.

"You've awakened" Yami said as he stopped with his hands.

"Yeah, I have. Do you want to eat the turkey?" I ask getting up.

"Yeah, but there is something I want to do first" Yami said in a seductive tone.

I turned around questioningly and asked "What might that be?"

He then grabbed me and pulled me closer to him. He then planted Hus lips on mine and I was shocked by this and stayed paralyzed.

He broke apart and he just kinda smiled while a blush spread across both of our faces. I did something then that I never saw myself doing. I jumped onto him, and planted a kiss on his lips. He was shocked but then kissed back. We started to really start making out when I remembered the turkey was getting cold.

"Yami, we should eat while the turkey is still warm" I said walking toward the kitchen.

"Whatever you say, Yugi" The way he said that sent a seductive tingle down my spine.

We ate the dinner then proceeded to kiss and make out. He led me into the bed room, and since I was so emotionally spent, I passed out as soon as I hit the bed.

I work up with Yami shirtless and an arm wrapped around me holding me protectively. I snuggled into him and he just snickered.

"So what is it you wanted most of all?" He asked as I could sense a smile at on his face.

"I just wanted you back" I said as I placed another kiss upon his lips.
