I was about to bring my hands down in full force.

Then I heard that wonderful sound.

The sound of stretching rubber.

I thought that maybe Luffy and Zolo and Nami and everyone had come to save me. I quickly tried to remove the chain from around my neck and stood up. I could hear screams of agony, the sound of bodies smacking into each other, swords clashing, and... laughter.

Amidst the sounds I heard the venomous, ice-cold laughter of Captain Snake. I shrank back from the door and cowered against the wall. Eventually all the other sounds were drowned out by the laughter of Captain Snake and the rest of his crew. I began to shake as I heard the footsteps of Captain Snake. He dragged his feet in a way that was almost a slither, like that of a snake. The door opened and he walked inside.

"Were you expecting someone else?" He said in his snake-like voice.

"Uhm... actuallly, no I wasn't..." I answered quietly and breathlessly. I almost felt his eyes burn with fire as he looked at me.

"Don't get smart with me..." He kneeled down to my heaight and yanked my chin up to his face. His yellow snake eyes turning into slits and he smiled darkly.

He brought his face close enough to mine that I could feel his breath on my lips and smell him. He smelled like blood, poison and roses.

"You know... there are a lot of things I could do to you... especially now that you're older..." He purred in my ear and held my hands in his chest bringing me closer to him. I began to uncontrollably shake and I could feel tears slide down my cheeks as he kissed me.

I heard the sound of footsteps running down the hall and Captain Snake stood up and looked annoyed.

"What is it?" He hissed to the crew memeber, his scaly, green hair shining brightly. His crew member seemed flustered and surprised and all he did was point when Captain Snake hissed and slithered towards him.

Captain Snake looked down the hall and ran out when he heard the sound of Luffy's voice screaming "WHERE IS SHE?!" I smiled and stood up. I felt cared for.

Like I belonged.

I tried to run forward, but the chains held me back. I heard footsteps down the hall and I knew that I was going to be saved. I was going to fight against Captain Snake and gain my freedom. I heard the footsteps grow closer and I smiled and I cried and at the top of my lungs I yelled, "GUYS! I'M IN HERE!"

But the man who stood smiling at me in the doorway was not a friend of mine.
