Ruhaan's pov:

Zara..This name is not leaving my mind after that night we spend together. The only question that running is Why? Why wouls she give herself to me? Did she still have feelings for me?

I wanted to talk with her but she left as soon as we got back. I am worried. Today we are going back and I can't be more happy than this. I am missing Zara. Strangely Ruhaani as well. I feel kind of connection with her. May be because she is Zara's daughter.

When we reached Sameer Uncle's house My eyes are searching for her. I know she will definately be here. After all she is daughter-in-law of this house. Finally I saw my angel. She looked so beautiful in green Saree. She looks so tired and dull. Her spark in eyes is missing. Her smile from her lips is missing. What I have done to her? I should not have asked Arham to marry Aarzoo. He has no time for Zara. I never expected this from him.

I have to talk with her but it felt like she is purposely avoiding me.

Ammi asked me and Adira to stay with them for few days. How long do I have to love this lie? I wanted to say no then I got to know Zara is also staying with Zaan Uncle for few days. This is the chance I was looking for. I agreed.

After ceremony me and Adira picked luggage from hotel and shifted to our house. Papa is not talking to me. He was not even there to welcome us. Mumma told me that he will understand. He is hurt and it will take time.

We had dinner together with everyone on dinner table. Zaan Uncle, Zara and Papa they are avoiding me like plague. I can't believe this is tye same in which I have been brought up. I felt like unwanted guest now.

Once everyone dispersed to their rooms I went Zara's room through balcony as usual she left it open. How much ever you scold her. She loves keeping balcony open. She can sleep peacefully with the fresh air coming into the room. I got inside her room. I saw Ruhaani sleeping peacefully in her baby cot. I looked at Zara who is sleeping by a picture. Is it of Arham? I slowly removed it from her hands and turned it around. I was startled to see our Marraige picture I mean the one which we took when we went on date before I went to London. Why she is sleeping hugging our picture? She is looking so beautiful even in her disvelled hair and night suit. Arham is so lucky to have her. I kissed her forehead. I sat beside her on bed and caught hold of her hand. Why is it so hard to just hold her hand?

I don't know when I fell asleep on her side.

Zara's pov:

I am feeling thristy so I opened my eyes and tried to move my hand to fetch the jug but My heart almost burst when I felt someone holding it. Unknowingly A scream left from my mouth but in seconds that person placed hand on my mouth.

He said,"Shh...Don't shout. It's me Ruhaan."

Ruhaan? What the hell is he doing in my room?

I pushed his hand and said,"What are you doing in my room at this hour?"

He switched on the light and said,"I want to talk to you."

I said,"I don't want to just leave from here."

He said,"I want answers Zara. I am not leaving before I got them."

I said,"I don't want to answer anything just leave from here Zaan."

He said,"Do you love me Zara?"

Tears welled in my eyes..yes, I love him but he doesn't. I remembered How Adira slapped me that day and the despicable words she said to me.

I pushed him away from me and said,"Get out before I scream and everyone comes here."

He smiled and said,"Scream. Do whatever you want. I am not going before you answer me. Do you love me?"

I said,"No. You got your answer. Now leave."

He said coming closer to me,"You don't love me."

I nodded...he slowly nuzzled his nose on my neck. He kissed at the junction of neck and collarbone..I shuddered at this contact.

He looked into my eyes and I got mesmerized by his ocean blue eyes. I love them.

He kissed me on my forehead, cheeks and then his lips moved closer to my lips.

I closed my eyes anticipating the kiss but It never came. I felt his withdrawal.

He said,"You are lying Zara. You love me. You still have feelings for me. If not then you would have never allowed what happened between us that night and today. I know you more than yourself. You love me Accept it."

I want to but what Adira said to me. I can't forget that.

Are not you ashamed of yourself for sleeping with someone else husband when you are Married. I have not seen more characterless girl than you in my life. First you snatch your cousin's love and get married to him and now you want to snatch my husband. Listen to me carefully Zara I am not Aarzoo to sit and watch you play your game. Ruhaan is mine and always will be mine.

I said,"Ruhaan just go from here. Please.."

He said,"I love you Zara..come to me. Leave Arham. He is happy with Aarzoo. I will love Ruhaani as my own daughter. I will keep you happy. Please come to me."

I said,"I don't trust you Ruhaan. After what you did to me last time I don't trust you. I have no strength to go through another betrayal. Just go away."

He said,"I will prove it to you Zara. I will show you that you can trust me. Just give me one chance."

I said,"But Adira-"

He said,"Leave her to me. I will not force you. I will gain your love and trust back. Give me one chance."

Once Chance. He deserves atleast on chance. I looked at Ruhaani. Definately he deserves one chance and my daughter to be with her father.

I said,"Okay."

I hugged me tightly and said,"Thank you. Thank you Zara. You have no idea how much happiness you have given to me."

I said,"Now go to your room. We will talk tomorrow."

He said,"No, I am going to stay here with you. I will leave early morning before Fazr time."

I was about to oppose, he said,"Don't say no. I want to be with you. Anyway don't you think it's good to have me for real than embracing my photo."

Blush crept on my cheeks. He got to know about this. I didn't say anything and I slept in his arms. From that day he everyday sneaks into my room at night. In the morning we act like strangers and every evening I go to park in pretext of taking Ruhaani to park then Ruhaan picks us and take us to some place to spend quality time. Ruhaani has gotton so attached to Ruhaan that she loves to stay with him whenever he is there. He also loves her. I can see in his eyes how his eyes sparkle and smile curve on his lips whenever he is with Ruhaani. May be we can be a family but what about Adira? Am I breaking her house?

I tired many times to ask him about our wedding day. How he left, why he left? He always avoids the topic. I don't know what to do.

As usual he came to our room at night. I slept in his arms. I have not slept this peacefully ever like I am sleeping from past week. I love being in his arms. Seeing his face before sleep and first thing when I woke up.

At mid night I felt thirsty. The jug is empty so I went to kitchen to get water. I was filling jug when I get startled bearing Adira's voice.

She said,"How do you feel by sleeping with someone else husband?"

I tried to avoid her but she kept blocking my way.

She said,"Do you think I don't know with whom Ruhaan stays everynight? How Shameless are you? Stop this before it's too late. Send him back to my room now other wise you will not like the consequneces"

She left from there and I quickly ran to my room. Once I entered the room I locked it. Tears left my eyes. I looked at Ruhaan who is sleeping peacefully. What should I do? I don't want him to go to her. I don't. Ruhaan woke up to the sounds of my sobs. He immediately was on my side. He wrapped his arms around me and said,"What happened Zara? Shhh Don't cry."

He took to the bed and gave water to me. He wrapped his arms around me again.

He said,"calm down. Now tell me what happened?"

I shook my head in no.

He said,"okay okay Don't say anything. Let's sleep for now. We will talk tomorrow."

We both laid on bed. He took in his arms and slowly ran his hands through my hair. He kissed my forehead and said,"Sleep Angel. Everything will be fine. I am here."

I slowly drifted to sleep. I woke up when I heard tab on my door before I can do anything it got opened. I got shocked to see my whole family standing there along with Aarzoo. I looked at Adira who smirked looking at me.

What should I tell him that why Ruhaan is in my room?
