Causing the flames to shoot up

You desperately search for the reason
Why did it start and who's the arsonist?
Suddenly everyone seems to be evil
The heat makes you lose your mind

You imagine yourself screaming
Standing between the burning ruins
And you wish everyone was seeing
How the smoke slowly suffocates you

If the window's closed and curtained
You only hear the crackling of the fire
