Chapter 3: The Honeymoon

I woke up to Dylan rubbing my leg and saying, "Sweetie, wake up. We have to leave to go to the airport in an hour."

I slowly opened my eyes and yawned. Dylan was sitting at the end of the bed and rubbing my leg under the blankets. I sat up and looked at the dresser next to me to look at the time, it was 5:00 am. I then saw there were bride and groom Mickey hats. My eyes widened and I said, "Dyl, are we going to Disney!"

"Yes we are," he said with a huge smile across his face.

I got out of bed and sat on his lap. "Oh my gosh, Dylan. You're the best!" I placed a kiss on his lips and ran my fingers through his hair. I then pulled away and embraced him. "I love you, Dylan."

"I love you too, Nicole. I'm happy I made the right choice for our honeymoon."

"It's perfect, just like you," I said and kissed his cheek. "We should probably start to get ready."

"Yeah, we can get something at the airport for breakfast and eat it on the plane, if that's okay," Dylan said.

"Sounds good to me!" I said and got off of his lap. "I'm going to take a quick shower and meet you downstairs," I said as I got a towel out of the closet.

"Okay, wear something comfortable because the plane ride is about two hours and thirty minutes."

"Alright, thank you so much again, Dylan," I said and kissed his cheek and then got into the shower. I already had my things packed, so I didn't need to worry about any last minute packing. After about ten minutes, I got out of the shower and changed into a pair of sweatpants, a gray v-neck t-shirt and put on Dylan's leather jacket. I still wear it because it's so comfortable and it makes me smile.

I got out of the bathroom and I left my hair the way it was. It was still somewhat straight from the wedding yesterday but there were a few light curls mixed in.

I went downstairs and I saw Dylan standing by the front door wearing his groom Mickey hat and the luggage was  next to him. In his hand was my hat and he handed it to me.

"You're so cute," he said as I put it on.

"You're even cuter," I said and that caused him to laugh a little. He kissed my cheek, and then we walked out of the house and we put our luggage in the trunk of the car. I hopped into the passenger seat and Dylan got into the driver's seat.

"We're going to Disney!" I said before he turned the car on.

He leaned over and placed a quick kiss on my lips. "Yes we are!" he said.

We then pulled out of the driveway and within a few minutes, we were at the airport. We got out of the car, and got our luggage. Once we entered  the airport, we walked over to the luggage check.

We gave the attendant our luggage and continued to walk through the airport to the security.

After about thirty minutes, we were by the gates and there were shops everywhere.

"Do you want to get something to eat?" Dylan asked.

"Sure, lets look in that bakery over there," I said and pointed to a bakery that looked like it sold bagels.

On our way there, two girls came up to us and said, "Oh my gosh! Its Dylan O'Brien! Can you take a picture with us!"

"Of course!" he said. I took a step to the side so I wouldn't be in their way, but one of the girls said, "Congratulations on your wedding! Nicole, can you come in the picture us? And I love your hats!"

"Sure!" I said and stepped into the picture. After the girls talked to us for a little, Dylan said, "I would love to continue talking, but our flight is going to leave soon."

"Same with us, thank you so much!" one girl said and they hugged Dylan and walked away.

"Aww, that was so cute," I said to Dylan as we walked into the bakery.

"Yeah, I wouldn't be where I am now without my fans, and you."

I blushed a little and he wrapped his arm around my waist as we waited on line.

A minute later, we were at the cash register, and Dylan ordered two bagels for us. He paid and we walked to our gate.

"Did I mention we were sitting in first class?" Dylan said cheekily as we sat by the entrance to our gate.

"No! Are you serious, oh my gosh! Wow, Dylan..." I couldn't form any words. Dylan has pulled this trip together all by himself and it keeps getting better. "Thank you for everything, Dyl," I said and rested my head on his shoulder. He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and I was so excited to see what else he had planned. After ten minutes, they started to allow people on the plane. Dylan and I were first since we were in first class.

The stewardess scanned our tickets and said, "Enjoy your flight!"

Dylan and I walked through the tunnel hand in hand until we got on the plane. We took our seats and there was so much leg room and there were huge TVs on the back of the seats.

"This is amazing so far, I can't thank you enough," I said and held onto his hand.

"I'm glad your having a good time so far, I can't wait for you to see what we are going to do tomorrow," Dylan said and winked at me. The plane took off, and Dylan and I ate our bagels. I decided to take a nap, so I interlocked my fingers with Dylan's and fell asleep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"We are going to land soon," Dylan said and gently shook my shoulder.
I opened my eyes and yawned. "Thanks for waking me up, I can't wait to see the view!" I replied. "Oh, and I've never been to Disney World before..." I said.
"Really! Now I have to make sure you have the time of your life," Dylan said and rubbed his thumb back and forth on may hand.
"I can't wait!" I said and looked out the window. "Wow! This view is amazing! Can you see okay?" I asked wanting to make sure Dylan could see the view too.
"I already see the best view every single day when I see you," Dylan replied.
I looked away from the window and at Dylan and said, "Awwwww." My eyes started to water and he said, "No, no, don't cry," he said and pulled me into a hug.
"I just love you so much," I said and a tear fell down my cheek. I pulled away and Dylan cupped his hands around my face and wiped a tear away with his thumb. "I love you more," he said and placed a kiss on my lips.
After a safe landing, we got off the plane and walked to the luggage carousel. Once we got our suitcases, Dylan and I put on our sunglasses because it was extremely sunny. We were still wearing our hats, and I thought Dylan looked so cute in his.
He held my hand, and we walked to the bus that would bring us to our hotel.
"Which hotel are we staying at?" I asked once we took a seat on the bus.
"The Beach Club," he responded.
The whole ride, I rested my head on his shoulder and held onto his hand.
Once we got to the hotel, we took our luggage and walked into the hotel.
"Wow! This is amazing!" I said upon entering the hotel.
"I'm glad you like it," Dylan said and kissed my cheek.
We walked to the check in counter and the employee behind the counter asked, "What's your last name?"
"O'Brien," Dylan said.
"Here are your room keys, and your suite is all ready, enjoy your stay!"
Did I hear that correctly? Did she just say suite?!
I followed Dylan towards the elevators, and he pushed the 'up' button.
"Dylan?" I asked. He hummed in response. "Did that employee just say suite?"
He nodded and a cheeky smile spread across his face.
My eyes widened and I said, "Dylan..." I couldn't find any words to describe how I felt.
He turned to me and put his hands on my arms, "It's okay, Nicole. It's all worth it since I get to spend it with you." Then the elevator doors opened and we walked in. He pushed the '8' button and the elevator went up.
Once we reached our room, Dylan slid the key through the slot and he opened the door. He let me walk in first and I was shocked. There was a huge king-sized bed with rose petals on it and there was a balcony with the most amazing view of the castle. I heard Dylan close the door and I turned around and ran into his embrace. "Thank you, Dylan..." I said as my eyes started to water.
"You're welcome, I will do anything for you, Nicole, anything." He pulled away and held onto my hand and led me onto the balcony. I leaned on the bar, and Dylan wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed the back of my neck. "I'm so glad I'm spending this amazing experience with the person I love the most."
"I'm glad it's you, Nicole. I can't imagine this moment with any other person."
I turned around and noticed Dylan's eyes were watering. I crashed my lips into his, and I lifted my legs and wrapped them around his waist. Without our lips separating, he walked over to the bed and placed me on it gently and pulled away. Dylan put a few rose petals in his hand and blew them at me and I laughed and said, "You're such  dork, but I'm glad you are," and he winked at me. He took off my hat and placed it on the dresser and did the same with his. Then I laid down on the bed and Dylan got on top of my and kissed my neck. He always sent chills up my spine whenever he did that. I ran my fingers through his hair, and tugged his roots a little when his kisses were getting deeper. Then I pulled him towards me so our lips crashed together.
After about ten minutes of that, we decided to get room service because it was practically dinner time. Dylan ordered something, but I couldn't hear what he was saying because I was looking at the view from the balcony.
I then felt his hands move up and down my arms and I turned around and rested my head on his chest. Dylan and I stood like that until we heard a knock on the door and someone called, "Room service!"
Dylan pulled away and opened the door. A man with a silver cart came in and said, "Enjoy," and closed the door behind him.
On the cart was a picnic blanket and Dylan laid it down on the floor in front of a big window so we could see the view. I lifted up one of the lids and everything looked delicious.
After we ate, we decided to crash for the night, so we put on a movie and fell asleep in each other's embrace.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The next morning, we woke up at 7:00 so we could get an early start to the day. I put on a pair of capris, a t-shirt. I put my hair in a braid, and wore my bride hat and my sunglasses. Dylan wore a pair of shorts, a t-shirt, and his groom hat.

"Which park are we going to today?" I asked when we were in the elevator on our way to the hotel lobby.

"The Magic Kingdom," he said and smiled. We then exited the the elevator and left the hotel. We got on a transportation bus that would bring us to the park, and within a few minutes, we arrived.

We walked to the entrance and it was amazing!I took a selfie with Dylan and the castle in the background matched up perfectly. It wasn't too crowded yet because we got there early, but once we got our tickets scanned, we were allowed to go into the park.

"This is amazing!" I said as I took in my surroundings.

"I'm glad you like it," Dylan said and kissed my cheek.

"Just warning you, I'm not a huge fan of roller coasters. I'll go on them, but I might be scared to death," I said and laughed nervously.

"It's okay, there's nothing to be afraid of since I'm here," Dylan said and tucked a loose piece of hair from my braid behind my ear. "Let's go on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad!" he said and wrapped his arm around my waist. We then walked to the ride and got on line. Since we were one of the first people allowed in the park, the wait was only ten minutes.

I could tell it was a roller coaster, and I was starting to get nervous. My hands were getting a little shaky, and Dylan noticed.

"Shhhh," he said trying to calm down my nerves. "It'll be fun, I promise," he said and interlocked his fingers with mine and that caused the shaking to stop. I rested my head on his shoulder and thought, I love how he can comfort me so easily.

Within a few more minutes, we were next in line. When our cart came, we put our stuff down, and took off our hats (so they wouldn't blow away). Then we got in the cart and it started to move.

Dylan put his arm around my shoulder and that made me comfortable.

Then we went up a huge hill and a big drop came. I screamed and Dylan put his hands in the air and yelled "Wohoo!" After the drop came many sharp and unexpected turns, and I screamed the whole time. When the ride was over, we got out of the cart and grabbed our stuff.

"You're so cute when you scream," Dylan said and kissed the top of my head.

"I'm glad you think I'm cute, because I thought otherwise," I said and we both laughed.

The rest of the day was filled with going on fun rides (I screamed on most of them), but overall, I had an amazing experience.

We went back to the hotel at about 9:00 and went to sleep once we reached the room because we were exhausted.

"Thank you so much for an amazing first day of our honeymoon, I love you, Dyl," I said before I went to sleep.

"I would do anything to make you happy, Nicole. I love you too," Dylan said kissed the back of my neck, and then I fell asleep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We woke up at 7:00 again, and Dylan said, "It's going to be warmer out today, high nineties I heard."
"Okay, thanks for letting me know," I said as I put on a pair of shorts. I put on a white t-shirt and left my hair down.
Dylan wore a pair of shorts and a white t-shirt to match mine. Once again, we wore our matching Mickey hats.
When we were in the hotel lobby, I asked, "So, where are we going today?"
"We are going to Hollywood Studios in Disney," he replied. "And I know which ride we are going on first," Dylan said with a huge smile on his face.
"Is it another roller coater?" I asked, afraid to hear his response.
"Nope, it's even better,"  he said, and that got me nervous.
Once we arrived, and got our tickets scanned we started to walk-hand in hand- towards the ride Dylan was talking about.
"What's the name of the ride?" I asked.
"The Tower Of Terror," he said and squeezed my hand gently.
Once we reached it, it looked like an old, run down hotel and from the outside, it looked like a haunted house.
"This shouldn't be too bad," I said as we got one line.
"You'll see..." was all Dylan said as we got in the queuing area. We then got led to a huge set of metal doors and they opened. There were about 20 seats, and it didn't look like much. Once we took our seats, the employee said, "Enjoy the ride, if you survive..." without a smile on his face.
"What is he talking about?" I whispered nervously into Dylan's ear.
"It's part of the ride, don't worry," he held out his hand and I quickly grabbed it. Then the metal doors closed and it felt like we were going up. "Are we going up?" I whispered.
"Yup, and we are going to go down too," Dylan said.
"What?!" I asked and then we got shot down, it was like a ginormous frog-hopper ride, just one hundred times worse and in the dark.
I screamed my head off and grabbed onto Dylan's arm and squeezed it each time there was a drop. I heard him quietly laughing and I couldn't imagine what his face was like.
Once we got off the ride, I said, "Dylan..." trying to be mad at him, but it wasn't working out. I wound up bursting in laughter and he said, "Let's look at the pictures."
We walked to the picture kiosk and there was our picture- Total horror was across my face, and Dylan was laughing next to me. We bough the picture, and Dylan said, "This is totally going on our 'thank you' cards for our wedding."
We laughed and I had no choice but to agree.
Just like the day before, we spent the rest of the day on rides and having a great time. We left the park at around 9 and got back to our hotel room at 9:30.
When we got into bed, my back was towards Dylan's and then I felt his arms wrap around my waist and he placed a kiss on the back of my neck.
"Good night, sweetie."
"Love you, Dylan," I said and fell asleep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~

Today, we got to sleep in because we were spending our day at the beaches. We were also going to go back home later, so we had to go back to the airport at around 5.

After a wonderful day on the beach with Dylan, we arrived at the airport, got on the plane, and went home.
