"JinJin!"

A familiar voice called out for Jin when he was pressing the button of an elevator.

"Kenny!Aah- You came on time!I thought you're going to be late as always.",Jin teased his best friend.

"Yaah!! I'm one of the most punctual persons in this industry pabo!",Ken almost yelled while they finally stepped into the elevator.

Jin laughed heartily.

It was going to be a unit photoshoot.Jin was happy that he got Ken as his partner. It'd be so fun to work with him!And of course he'd feel a lot more comfortable with his BFF than any other co-model.

However, Jin was concerned about something else.SOMEONE else,to be precise.

Well he had done a lot of collaborations with Taehyung before;but that couldn't stop him from being.....

"Nervous?",Ken asked,his voice amused.

"Huh?!",Jin snapped out from his thoughts.

"You know him from your childhood Jinah!You're supposed to be relaxed today more than anybody else.",Ken said matter-of-factly.

"Who the hell told u that I'm nervous?",Jin defended as they stepped out of the elevator.

Ken gave him a pointed look.

"What?",Jin asked.

"Nothing",Ken shook his head and laughed sarcastically.

Jin didn't insist him anymore. Because he knew that if he does so,he'd be completely exposed by his BFF.

When Jin and Ken reached the shooting-spot after their dressing and makeup,Taehyung had already arrived.

They walked up to Taehyung and Ken bowed at him first.

"Good morning Taehyung-ssi",Ken greeted.

"Morning Jaehwan-ssi (Ken's actual name)",Taehyung greeted back.

Then he looked at Jin and gave him a slight nod with a smile.Jin unconsciously mirrored his action.

"Okay....let's begin! Shall we?",Tae asked enthusiastically.

JIN'S POV:

The shoot went awesome!Me and Ken had a lot of fun during the whole time.
I was getting a bit nervous time to time because of a certain someone, but Ken has mastered the art of calming my nerves down.

We were about to leave the shooting-spot and Ken was doing his everyday ritual of teasing me when I felt a burning gaze on my back.

I turned my head and froze when I spotted Tae staring intently at our direction with an unreadable expression on his face.

'We need to talk',I thought.

"JinJin,I wanted to say something.."

I turned back to Ken and gave him a nod to continue.

Ken smiled widely and said,-

"Let's remove the makeup and go for a long drive!"

"Uh..Wha-"

"You thought a birthday message is all I'd give you on your 27th birthday(Korean age) ?! I mean...are you serious?",Ken chuckled.

I smiled at him but it faltered as soon as I thought about Tae.

'Damn it! What do I do now?!'

Ken kept blabbering while I looked past him.

'Tae is upset.Maybe from yesterday.Yes he WAS upset yesterday! I could sense it.I need to talk to him.But...But Ken...he would be disappointed if I say no to him.But Tae....'

My thoughts were interrupted when Tae came to us and cleared his throat.

"Both of you did a great job.I may leave now.Anneyong.",Tae smiled and bowed.

I could see that the smile was NOT AT ALL genuine.

Ken,however bowed and greeted back to him.

And Tae walked away.He didn't even wait for me to reply.No matter how he behaves with me when we are alone;Tae never misbehaves with me in the public.

'Screw everything!I HAVE to talk to him now.'

"I...I'm sorry Kenny.I have...a...an a-appointment with...with my doctor.I think I should leave now.Let's catch up any other day,okay?I'm really sorry Kenny.Bye~"

I rushed out of the shooting-spot before Ken could say anything. I KNOW he would be super disappointed with me,but I can't help myself from chasing Tae right now.

'I'm really sorry Kenny!'

I rushed through one of the corridors and finally spotted Tae in front of the elevator.

He was stepping inside it when I called out for him,-

"Taehyungaah!"

He stopped in his tracks and looked at me.I literally ran to him,still in my shooting-costumes.

I stopped in front of him and breathed out,-

"Do you want to talk?"

Tae looked at me for a few seconds and then,he finally nodded.

"Yes....A lot",he said in a cold voice.
