The two were still stuck in the forest. "Here, try rubbing my arm." Hoshi held her arm out for the man to rub. "Okay..." The costumed man started rubbing her arm. "You never told me your name, sir." "Oh... um... I guess my name would classify as Sun Pirate, um, Hoshi" Forgetting she was wearing her name tag, she was astonished he knew her name. "Um... What an odd name. You can stop now..." 

Sun Pirate didn't stop right away, but quickly stopped once he felt the same burning sensation he felt earlier. "What did you do that for?" "I didn't do anything. But you clearly know how to mind read!" It was quite a confusing chat. "I don't know how to mind read. You burnt me again, though!" Hoshi finally stopped talking. "I never burnt you. Maybe it's this forest... Come on. Do you have any idea on how to get out?" 

He sat and thought for a moment. "Let's use our way in to get us out!" She quickly stopped him. "It wouldn't work. I can't remember how I got in here. And you came from the side of the forest. If we went that way, it would get us even more lost!" She pointed towards an open field.  "Because of this open area, we'd probably just walk in circles." 

She slid down next to a thin tree. "Maybe we could try calling for help!" Hoshi stopped Sun Pirate before he could continue on with his plan. "No way. we're in the middle of a forest, and the closest building is, what, 10 miles away? We'd waste our voice."  Hoshi continued to ponder the many options.

 After maybe an hour, the two had finally run out of ideas, debunking them all. "This is the only way I can think of." She looked in her pockets for something, seemingly panicking. However, Sun Pirate was pacing around, trying to think of other ideas. He eventually tripped over something, knocking over Hoshi. They found out that they were at the edge of the forest, and him tripping caused them to exit the forest. "We're out!" She silently cheered. "We've been in that forest forever. You have a family, right? They're probably panicking, maybe as much as you were for some silly thing in your pockets." 

He pulled her to the restaurant by her arm. "This would be much easier if you stopped burning me and cooperated." "I'm not burning you at all. You probably touched some poisonous plant. How many times did I tell you that?" The two kept fighting all the way to the building. 

"Mom! I'm sorry for coming home so late." She burst into the building, able to break out of Sun Pirate's grip. "Hoshi? Where were you? You've been gone since two-thirty. Please stay in your room. And make sure not to let anybody in your room." Hoshi's mother ran down in her night clothes. "It was weird. There was this tree. It started glowing." "Don't forget, you kept burning me every time you touched me!" Hoshi's mother guided the two to Hoshi's room. "Don't make too much noise, and don't stay up too late. Tomorrow's a popular day to eat out!"
