Karan's P.O.V

"Where are these two girls?" Ajay said, for the tenth time.

"Ajay please, kuda ki liye shut up" (for gods sake) I shouted also the tenth time, but instead of looking at me he was looking straight past me. I turned around to be met with the shock of my life, after me becoming friends with Ajay of course, was Nia, Kavya and Meera walking towards us, and Meera looked pissed.

"Good luck yaar." Ajay whispered, so I elbowed him in the stomach.

"Meera what's wrong?" I asked, completely ignoring Nia. Not because I hold a grudge against her but I don't think speaking to her first would make my life very easy.

"Nothing is wrong. Can we just get started." She breathed, clearly trying calm down. I nodded and we all sat down, including Nia.
We were in a circle. Meera was sitting next to me, next to her was Nia, then Kavya and finally our pet monkey Ajay.

"Okay guys what is our first plan of action going to be?" Kavya started.

Ajay's P.O.V

"I think that we should perform every ritual with Kavya seperatly and then on the wedding day we put Kavya in a wedding dress, that covers her face and then she can get married to Ajay." Nia said. It was really awkward for me because I noticed that Meera was about to speak before Nia started.

"Well actually I don't know about you but Rinki is still family we shouldn't humiliate her like she would do to us, we are better than that. I think that we should think logically." Meera said, more as a come back. I could visually see Karan tense up and Nia was ready to pounce. Me and Kavya exchanged awkward glances.

"Ok then, Meera tell us your idea and then we will vote." Kavya said, breaking the killer silence.

"Okay, think about it why does Rinki actually want to marry Ajay? Because he is rich, he isn't ugly and he is likes Kavya. To her he is the total package, marrying him would mean an amazing life and she would get 1 up on Kavya. Which is obviously her
main goal." She wasn't wrong. In fact she was completely right I am the total package, hot and rich.

"I totally agree with you Meera." I said smugly.

"It's because she indirectly called you hot." Kavya laughed, causing Meera to laugh as well.

Meera's P.O.V

"Okay, okay let me finish. If we find someone richer and hotter who is wiling to pretend to like Kavya. I guarantee that Rinki will drop Ajay for him." I said.

"Ouch Meera, ouch." Ajay said, with his hand on his heart. We all laughed at his gesture and carried on.

"Okay, so we have two great ideas, now its time to vote. If you agree with Nia's idea then stand next to her and if you agree with Meera stand by her." Kavya, Karan and Ajay stood up and chose the idea. Kavya and Ajay came to me, and my heart broke when Karan went to Nia.
A tear fell from eye but j quickly wiped it away before anyone noticed.

"Okay so I guess we are going with Meera's idea then." Kavya said awkwardly. I looked over at Karan, who was looking straight back at me with a sorry expression on his face.
I stood up and walked away from the area, with Karan following behind.

"Meera I'm really really sorry, but Rinki deserves it, she was totally wrong in what she did." I turned around to look at him.

"But if we take revenge on her we will be just like her." He held onto my shoulders making me face him.

"I know that, that's not why you're angry. Don't worry about nia I love you, please don't ever doubt that." I nodded and hugged him, we then headed back to where everyone else was.

"Now that everything is okay, we need to think about who's going to be our bait." Ajay said standing up. Everyone sat down thinking about who it was going to be when Kavya jumped up with an idea.

"I know! One if my friends from London, his name is Aayush, he will definitely say yes if I ask." She said excitedly.

"Okay then, now that's settled today's meeting is over." Ajay said, standing up. After that we all left.

Kavya 's P.O.V

Just as I was about to leave Ajay called me.

"Nia Di you go home, I'll come in a bit." She nodded and walked home, while I went to Ajay. He took my hand and pulled me with him, suddenly he stopped and pulled me into a hug. He pulled away and looked at me with his glassy eyes.

"I'm really sorry, I promise whatever happens I'll only marry you and no one else." I shook my head and wiped away his tears.

"Please please don't apologise, it's not your fault." I hugged him again and then went home.
