Henry's pov

After Jasper left,I got thinking,I just can't do it. I would have to forget about Charlotte somehow. Then an idea hit me,to forget about Charlotte I just need a distraction, and what could be better than a new girlfriend. I've not had a girlfriend since Bianca ditched me for that stupid reality show, yes it was a perfect idea,tomorrow I'm getting a new girlfriend.

Time skips to the next morning.......

I woke up to the alarm clock blaring, I then remembered my mission to get a new girlfriend. I had my bath put on my signature denim outfit. Then I gave Jasper a call

H: hey bro, are you ready?

J: yeah,see you in a few.

I ended the call took a final glance at the mirror and headed downstairs, I had to meet Charlotte and jasper at our spot. And with that I left the house,skipping breakfast.

Charlotte's pov

I woke up to a massive headache, I couldn't sleep last night I kept thinking of what Piper said,if I tell henry how I feel there's a lot that could go wrong, I could lose my best friend, over my silly fantasies "okay char it's s new day, forget about those stuff and focus, today is a student council's meeting you have to prepare" I told my self. I got up,took my bath put on a crop top over a pair of jeans, tied my hair in a bun. then I saw Jasper's text

J: hey char, waiting at the spot with henry.

Henry!! No I can't see him now, so I texted Jasper

C: go on without me,will be a little late.

Okay, that's over. I went downstairs for breakfast. (Intentionally) slowly.

Jasper's pov

I just got the weirdest text from Charlotte,it said she would be late, Charlotte page late for  school, well that's new. I turn to face Henry

J: Charlotte can't make it bro, its just you and me

H: that's good, I really need more time.

J: so have you decided what to do?

H: look bro,can we talk about this later?

J: sure thing

H: good now let's get to school I have something urgent to do.

At school....

Henry's pov

I walked up to Amy, rumors had it that she's been crushing on me since eight grade so she was perfect.

H: hi Amy

A: hey henry, what's up?

H: nothing much just wondering if you'll like to grab a smoothie tomorrow, just the two of us.

A: like a date?

H: sure

A: omg, gosh yes

H: really, great. I'll pick you up by say seven.

A: okay see you then, bye.

H: bye...phase one completed.

I then walked up to Jasper and Charlotte by our locker

C: hey hen.

H: hi char.

J: I could see you were talking to Amy.

H: yeah, I was just asking if she'd like to go on a date with me.

C: oh..

J: what?really dude?

H: yeah,tomorrow I'll go pick her up.

J: dude you're so lucky,Amy is so....hot

H: I know right,char what do you think?

C: um....I got to go

H: class doesn't start for about fifteen minutes.

C: I know but I have to go to the bathroom to....powder my hair.

J: powder your hair?

C: yeah so bye.

H: but Charlotte why....and she's gone.

J: yeah so tell me the real reason why you asked Amy out?

H: what do you mean by real reason?

J: we both know you don't like her,you love Charlotte.

H: and we also know that nothing can happen between me and char so why not give other girls a chance? And by doing just that I will be able to forget about Charlotte.

J: I think this is a bad idea.

H: relax dude it's a great idea, trust me.

J: if you say so.

Charlotte's pov

I made my way to the girls bathroom, and mentally slapped myself for letting that affect me so much. I agree I was mad that Henry asked out Amy but do I really have the right to be mad?it's not like there's anything going on between us anyway. I guess I just felt sad knowing I had no chance with henry, after school I would just go to work and try to forget that the love of my life is going on a date with another girl. just then the bell rang I have to get to class.
