Update on another bad thing that happens with my hallucinations. I sometimes lay down to sleep and I turn my music on with my headphones. And I like usually listen to pink noise or singing bowls and stuff, and then when I'm not paying attention and zoning out, and thinking, the music starts to turn to screaming. It's kinda dark but when I notice it, it goes back to normal.
