Pov Dipper

It's early morning and I'm still thinking about the letter that was sent to us. Was it on purpose of them living or do they have a reason?

I know why this is giving me a headache. I remember the last thing they told me before they left. ' Become stronger '

That's what I did to survive to become stronger. It's late evening. It's about 5 and I'm getting ready to do my daily heist.  I wear a mask so people won't recognize my face. They only see my mouth and down.

When I do these, I never let me Mabel out of the house. It's too risky.  I stole her with work to do in the house, and since she's such a procrastinator she won't get them done by night.

" Goodbye Mabel. I'll be back as soon as possible, okay. " I said letting out a small yawn.
" Okay, dipper, just be careful out there. " She smiles beginning to sweep.

I leave the house and go straight to my shop to gather some weapons because in a heist you need them.

I grabbed a portable one. They're hidden easier than regular ones.
I make sure that no one knows me, see me. I walk in the bank around the bank and find a hallway that no one's in. Since I know where ever cameras placed, I know were safe.

I feel sorry for the mayor. He's a way, too gullible. That's what I like about him. He's easy to trick. I put on a mask and wear a different shirt. The security here is pretty bad, I don't have to worry about that.

The law enforcement in this town is shitty, but the idiots that call themselves criminals get caught. I wonder what they call me in the criminal world. I never gave myself a name. My mask has a small pine tree on my left cheek.  I always hide my mask to make sure no one ever sees.

I want to make this classy, not gonna be sneak about it. I don't really care, they never catch me anyway. I want to make this old school like in the theaters.

I walk in the middle of the bank where everyone is and shot my gun up and fired. That is very satisfying.

" No one move. "

I make my voice all but deeper because almost everyone in town knows me.

" What do you want? " The bank teller tells me.
" I will make this a little bit easier. Give me the code and I'll be gone. " I smile pointing my gun at him.
" The code is 556908. " He stutters trying not to make a fool of himself.  Pathetic.
" If you lie to me, someone will get shot. "

I do my thing turn off the security cameras taking the footage,  getting the money. Yeah, all that stuff.
I see someone is trying to be brave and stick up to me, oh, this is gonna give me a huge headache after.

One look at them and he melted back on the floor. This is gonna make me laugh pathetic. They're all so trust worthy. It's going to make me laugh, but it's sick. These people in this town are dim witted, they can even stop a mouse from eating their treats if they even tried. These people need to grow a backbone or get better security. I mean, really, this is pathetic.

I hear the cop sirens and all that stuff that doesn't worry me.

" Well, thank you gravity falls, hope you enjoy your day and thank you for the easy money. " I bowed at the end leaving.

Thank God there weren't any new recruits. It was just the same old people. One of the men got his gun out. Then, when he shoots, he misses me several times and, I guess is wrong his aim sucks ass.

I was being a bit too cocky that's me for ya. One of them with terrible aim shot my chest. It hurts like hell, thank God it wasn't near my heart. It would have killed me in of seconds.

Since I am one of the people in this town, who has the gift.  I made an illusion of myself that went up the hill.

They follow the illusion and once I knew they were gone I raced back to my shop.  I take off the mask place everything in a cabinet. I closed all blinds. 

I took off my bloody shirt and it wasn't that deep. I forgot to lock the door and I hear someone go in. I looked at the door. It was star. Isn't she supposed to be with one of friends?

Why she even here?

Pov Star

I heard about the robbery. I got worried that it must have been Mr. Dipper shop so I raced there without even telling anyone.

I think Andrew might have seen me. That's when I know I'm screwed.

" Mr. dipper, I heard there was a robbery. I got worried-"

I see him shirtless and I see blood on the left side of his chest. Please don't tell me that I was too late. I broke my promise.

" Nice to see a kid. What are you doing here? " He asked trying to act like I can't see the blood on his chest.
" What happened to you, your shot? " I asked walking up to him.
" Don't worry about its Star I'm fine. Just a little injury from doing work. " I'm so sorry, Mr. Dipper.

I went up to Mr. Dipper and healed him with magic. Then I see a bullet.

" Star you don't have to waste it on me. " There is no talking me out of this.
" Where's your first aid kit?  I need bandages. "
" in the cabinet under my desk. "

I walk behind his desk, there's two cabinets. I opened the right one because it already opened.

"Don't that open that one. " Too late.

I see a bag full of gold,  jewels and money, of course. What really catches my eye is the mask with a Pinetree on it.

" You weren't supposed to see that no one was. " Why is he trying to keep his criminal record a secret from the criminal world?
" Why are you keeping a secret from the criminal world? " I asked
" so they won't hurt her. " Who's here?
" Your girlfriend? "
" no, my sister. I can't let her know that I'm a criminal.  She'll be hunted down to hurt her and I can't let that happen. They already took too much away from me. " He seems like he's in pain. After saying that.
" I promise I won't tell, but why didn't you tell that you were criminal? "
" I don't know. " He seemed so sad about reputation.
" Does anyone else know? " I asked
" gleeful. He is the only one who knows, h-he found out. " He used to work with bill.

I dropped the conversation about him ever being criminal because it's a little bit touchy for him. What happened this past that made him want to hide his criminal identity?

He has tattoos all over his arms. He wore short sleeves, so he comfortable with his tattoos. There Pine trees and triangles. There is one that looked exactly like ours.

" I like your tattoos. They look nice. "
" thanks, but there not actually tattoos. " Mr. dipper said smiling.
" They're not.  But they look so much like tattoos. " I said wondering. What could they be?
" I'm one of the gifted people. I had these when I little. They grow over time. And they stay with me. Mines are pine trees and triangles. It's a mystery to me why my marks were those two. " He said looking at them.

Mr. Dipper told stories of him and gravity falls. They are very interesting to hear. When I finished healing the injury, the door opens. And it wasn't Andrew. It was William. I think Andrew must have told him I left.

" Star. What do we tell you about leaving? " I know I'm in trouble.

Pov Will.

So this is where she was. Why didn't Andrew, go after her sometimes he's such an idiot. I look next to her and Dipper, I believe his name was. I see a bloody shirt on the floor and some more blood on the floor.

" What happened here? Was she hurt." I said raising my voice.
" Don't worry she wasn't just me. " He gets up and walks up to me.

I see tattoos all over his arms. Why is Star helping him.  I don't trust him at all.

" Answer the question of what happened and was she involved? "
" she wasn't involved in whatever I was doing. It was a simple robbery at ended. I got shot. She got worried that robbery was in my store and she came when she heard about it. " He can't be one.

He can't be on the radio, it  said one of the highest of security bank was robbed today.  We couldn't even get in that bank.  How did he get in that impossible?

" Come on, star were leaving. " I said grabbing her hand.
" Can I have a little chat with her before you take her. " I let of her hand go.

POV Dipper.

She went up to me and smiled. I gave her a ring to remind her, that I'm here for her.

" Star, you have to stop running off without telling them. " Her face turned into annoyance.
" You too? That's not fair. "
" they're your family and they care about you. So you should at least tell them where you're going. " I said laughing at the end.
" I'll try. " They're lucky to have this one.
" Their family and family sticks together. "

I know that's really cheesy, but it's true. That's her family and they should really stick together, mainly her. I held my hand out after saying that.

" Thanks your not so bad. " She giggled
" neither are you kid. "

She hugged me and went to Will I believe his name was. After they left, I went to put the money in my safe. That's in the back.

After that I went back home to get ready.
