You stretched with a slight squeak, your arms high above your head. Once you were done stretching, you let out a content, happy sigh. You still hadn't gotten your 3DS back from the older male, convincing yourself he was gonna keep it for another week or so. Not like it bugged you, you knew he'd take care of the Handheld System. You looked at the small watch on your wrist and groaned. 12:47 AM. The New Day had just begun, even though the Moon and Stars were still at their peak in the sky. Inwardly sighing, you rested your chin in the palm of your hands. You weren't even tired. It's not like you were an Insomniac. You actually craved your sleep! But considering Ken didn't need too much done for him today, you still had a good amount of Energy built inside you. Giving you the ability to keep your eyes wide open. You sighed unhappily before quickly getting to your feet. You slowly made your way downstairs, trying to not make the stairs creak, and you observed your father on the couch. His head was slouched slightly, and you could tell immediately that he was asleep. Sighing, you walked over to him and nudged his shoulder slightly. "Dad... Daadd... It's time to get up... You need to get to your own bed."
A groan came from him as he sat up and stretched, his eyes attempting to blink away the sleep. "I... I'm going, (Y/n)..." You slowly pulled him to his feet and pointed him in the direction of the stairs. "You better!" With a Chuckle, your Father went up the stairs towards his room. You turned off the TV, heading back up to your room. Closing the door and locking it, you looked towards your window when you felt a slight breeze come through your curtains. You went to close your Window and your curtains, but you hesitated. Maybe... Maybe a Midnight Stroll to that Ring of Fireflies would help exhaust you? Perhaps a little 'Vocal Practice', as you liked to call it? (Singing. I'm talking about Singing. *Insert Flashing Alarm with Flashing Signs here*) You bit your lip in thought before finally deciding you'd go to The Ring. You went over and put on your shoes and pinned your hair back with some Bobby Pins after running a brush through it. Sure, you weren't impressing anyone, but it physically bothered you when your hair wasn't brushed and out of your face. Sure, you had some bangs, but that was a different story. After double checking that your Bedroom Door was locked, you hopped out your window and started to slowly walk towards the woods. You didn't want to overly exhaust yourself, after all. Humming to yourself a small tune from a Video Game Series you loved, you smiled to yourself as the cool, night air refreshed you. Your Gentle Hums echoed throughout the street as you made your way, and you were perhaps a bit louder than you meant to be.

Ken groaned, slowly sitting up in bed, his messy brown hair sticking out under his hat. Whyyyy couldn't he sleep? He counted sheep all the way to 500, drank warm milk, everything. Yet here he was, wide awake. How delightful. Finally deciding to give up on sleep altogether, he walked over to his desk and sat down. Maybe a calming CPU Game could help. He reached for his headphones but stopped when he heard something. Thinking it was his phone, he stood up and walked towards the small device, but saw it wasn't coming from that. He frowned in confusion. His face then went to its normal expression once he noticed what it was, looking towards his window when he realized.
It was someone outside that was humming.
He went over to his window and quietly opened it, not wanting to disturb the Midnight Stroller, whoever it was. Pulling his blinds up slightly, he looked outside and was instantly greeted with you walking by his house as if walking around at midnight was completely normal. Then again, you two did run into each other and discover that the other was in Town at 2 AM.... So Ken really had no room to speak. He watched as you walked by, that peaceful humming definitely coming from you. Once you walked out of his sight, he frowned, immediately wanting to follow you. Speed-walking to his closet, he found a pair of jeans that would work for a simple walk (*Ahem* A simple STALK, if that's what you mean.) and quickly slid them on. He then grabbed his phone and slid it into the right-hand pocket of his Bear Hat, and walked towards his front door. He made sure you were away from his house before he dared to open the front door and exit his home. Closing his door, but not bothering to lock it, he started along his way, following your hums. When his ears told him you had stopped somewhere, he slowed his pace significantly, now going along with a slight walk. Blinking a few times, he walked towards the edge of a tree nearby and hid behind it, barely peeking from behind it to look at you. The Glow of Fireflies caused a smile to appear on his face. Of course, you came to the Ring. It was your favorite place when you two were younger. Seems you hadn't changed in that regard. But Ken was still wondering to himself day in and day out what all had changed about you.
Yeah, you had Physically Matured, rather pleasantly, might he add. Your curves were very... *Ahem* Distracting at times. But you had also Emotionally Matured as well. You weren't fussy or annoying like Cassie was, who had only changed Physically. He thought for a split second if she knew that (Y/n) was back. She probably didn't. She never concerned herself in matters that didn't seem important or involve her. Which was good, in a way... Ken didn't even notice that he had slid into a sitting position against the tree. He sighed to himself and was about to get up when he heard singing coming from the other side of the tree, stopping him mid-movement. His head whipped around and he peeked around the tree again to see that it was most definitely coming from you. All the fireflies that were in the Ring were glowing brightly, causing (Y/n) to glow with them. It was a rather enchanting and unforgettable sight.
"Memories of the Trees, in our Forest, you and me.
Let us Sing, at the Spring. Fairies dancing, you will see.
Think of me in Darkest Fear, I will come near, I'll keep you safe.
Call for me, I will appear. Young One, please be brave!
Time does fly... Say goodbye... To those good times, you and me.
For those days passed away. What must come is yet to see...
Think of me in Darkest Fear, I will come near, I'll keep you safe.
Call for me, I will appear. Loved One, please be brave!"
Ken blinked slowly a few times, temporarily forgetting his own name and face for a few moments. He remembered how you once sang. You were so terribly off tune that it made a few people cringe at times. Even Ken. But you always poured your heart into whatever you sang then, so Ken never had the Heart to tell you that you weren't good. You had DEFINITELY improved since then, having enough talent to render Ken speechless. I guess 8 Years would do that to a person. After a few moments of you staring at the Sky, and Ken staring at you, Ken decided he wasn't going to be a creeper any longer, and he pulled himself onto his feet, walking into the clearing. Which successfully gained your attention.
"Did you sing to yourself at Midnight when you couldn't sleep in New York? Or did (H/t) bring that out of you?"
