This ship also didn't make sense to me until the one shots. And I teared up when reading the oneshot about them. So bascically Dally was gonna commit suicide by jumping in front of a train and Darry pushed him out of the way. And later they shared their feelings for each other which was surprising since theirs characters aren't really the type to show emotion though they probably have endured the most struggles.

Dally, I feel was the most broken character in the outsiders. I would tell you why I feel that way but it would take toooo long, you guys will probably lose interest. But if you are interested in why I do think he's the most broken then don't hesitate to leave comments asking question or requests for ships for me to respond to. Or fanfictions to  attempt to write.

TBH, after Johnny was in that fire, I had a feeling he may die. It was very brutal. It just hit me hard because when he was in the hospital, I was in denial to the fact that he may not make it!!
But Dally's death REALLY took me by surprise!! I didn't see that coming from a mile away.

Me: ... Oh * walks away like that never happened.*

Me: wow... I always natually have so much sympathy for the protagonist.. I don't take into account that their problems are minor compared to others...

Except for this time.. I always knew Johnny had it rough.
