"So" the guidance counselor asks me "have you given any thought about the colleges you'd like to attend?" even though I took the GED, I'm still in high school since I want to be a senior and to spend senior year doing something "You already have done a good amount of your Gen Ed's in community college, so that'll help with future colleges"

"Don't you" I ask "after taking a certain amount of college courses, some colleges don't care for what you did?"

"Yes" she nods her head "why?"

"I'm thinking about going to Whitmore College" explaining to her "my Aunt Jenna went there and...it's a place I want to go to"

"Okay" she nods her head "well given your grades, your extracurriculars—I don't see why the college wouldn't accept you. But what about your husband? Does he want to go to this college with you or?"

"Galen and I" it's been a couple of weeks and we haven't spoken to one another "we aren't—can we not talk about him? Can we just talk about college?"

From what Bonnie has told me the Originals are still alive because Damon turned Bonnie's mother into a vampire, Caroline still wants me dead for having sex with Demetri, so I probably lost my best friend, and Galen hasn't been seen since then since everyone knows he's a member of the Brotherhood of the Five. Gone into hiding I guess. Galen hasn't tried to contact me once and I know why, he's still angry with me for what happened between Demetri and I.

"Okay" she nods her head "what other colleges are you thinking about? In case you don't get into Whitmore?"

"There are a few schools" I say "Harvard, NYU, one in Italy..."

By the time I leave the counselors office and head home, to my empty house in Tree Hill. The first time in a while. I head up to the bedroom and on the bed is a note,

I need to go away for a while, the Mikaelsons know I'm the key to finding the Cure along with your friends. It's safer for you if I stay in hiding, this doesn't mean I am not still angry because I am. How could you think a vampire was me? Also how could you think I cheated on you with your twin? I never did that. You know your own twin, how she hurts you and you know I'd never do what you did to you. Until things cool down I'll be gone, as for us? I need time away, I think that's what is best for us, time and space.

Tears run down my face as I look at the note, putting it away I stare at the bed and then go to the drawers and closet to find most of Galen's clothes gone. "He moved out?" Looking over to Caroline who is in the doorway.

"I wouldn't be surprised if divorce is in the pictures" looking down to my hand where the engagement ring is "Why are you angry with me for the sex? You're with Tyler aren't you?"

"I am" she confirms "and it's why I'm so upset, it's hard to explain but when I looked at Demetri it was like everything fell into place. Then he left and...I'm sorry"

"Why are you sorry?" Going over to my bed to sit down "you're not the one who fucked up her marriage..."

"No" she confirms "but I have been a shitty friend, Galen told me he never cheated on you and Elena" she growls "she is just—Jeremy is on his way here. Bonnie called him and told him what happened"

Looking to Caroline crying some more, she wraps her arms around me "I thought...with how angry Galen was, I thought—I thought he'd want to get back at me for what I did. So him sleeping with Elena? Where are you going to college?"

"Whitmore" she says "you?"

"Same" she smiles before screeching.

"This will be amazing" she held her hands up "the both of us at the same college—by the way, Elena has become a pariah amongst us minus Stefan and Damon since she told you that she slept with Galen"

"You're pregnant" Caroline and I share a shocked expression when the doctor tells us this, I've been throwing up for the last few days "when was the last time you had sexual intercourse?"

"I don't know" shaking my head "when the baby was conceived"

"Her husband" Caroline explains "go at it like crazy"

"Then let's check" she has me lay back, lifting my shirt up and squirt this blue gel on my belly. She moves the wand around and we see on the screen two small screens "Here are your babies, do twins run in the family?"

"Yeah" nodding my head "I'm a twin"

She presses a button and we hear the rapid heartbeats "The heartbeats are so fast" covering my mouth smiling.

"Yes" she frowns

"What?" Caroline asks

"This one baby's" she says "is slower than the other, I'm going to order you to bed rest. You might be close to suffering a miscarriage"

"What does that mean?" pointing to the screen seeing something "the two being on different sides or"

"They have their own placenta" she explains "though one does appear to be bigger than the other, so there's a rare chance that the two were conceived at different times"

"What about different fathers?" I ask

She nods her head "Yes"

Looking to Caroline, she compels the doctor "Why" Caroline asks "do you think they're different fathers?"

"I've been craving blood lately" explaining to her "when I was looking at my friend, my eyes just went to her neck and I wanted to feed  off her blood"

"Do you think Demetri got you pregnant?" She asks

Nodding my head "I do"

We had Bonnie visit and when she did some spell, she looks at me "different fathers"

"Oh god" breathing out as I look between them both sitting up "I can't have Demetri's baby, Galen might kill it since it's half vampire"

"He wouldn't kill a baby" Caroline shook her head "I once asked and even he has his limits, but I'm curious were you and Galen trying?"

Nodding my head, tears run down my face "We...we decided to start trying after Klaus almost killed me last year with his sun and moon ritual. For months we've been trying and nothing and now? The day I slept with Demetri, Galen and I were trying"

"All it takes is one good shot" Bonnie jokes

We laugh and I start to cry "Galen's gone and I doubt he's coming back, with those in Mystic Falls knowing about the Hunter's mark they've been wanting to kidnap him and force him to help them. Especially Elena"

Hearing a knock on the door, Jeremy is here and I go to my brother who opens his arms to me. "I'm so sorry to hear what happened Autumn" Jeremy rubs my back
