Katelyn Nakajima, one of the older cousins of the weretiger also known as Atsushi silently read a book in her chair located in the guest room of her house, where she lived with her sisters and father. She heard groaning of someone waking up, causing her to pry her eyes away from her book and towards her cousin who yawned before looking around to see where he was, but jumped a bit when he saw his cousin. "Kat? Why are we at your house?" The younger male asked the girl who placed her book down to face him. "Well, after you met my friends yesterday, you ended up passing out again due to being tired so Cloe called dad who brought you here. You will be staying with us, from now on." She exclaimed as the silver haired male looked at his cousin in shock, he always knew his family loved him but part of him had a feeling that they didn't. "Sushi? Are you okay?" Katelyn asked her cousin who remained silent as he pulled her into a hug, she gladly returned the hug since the two couldn't remember the last time they hugged before yesterday. After a couple of minutes, the two pulled away due to hearing a loud ring causing Atsushi to freak out as he tried to answer the call but didn't know how.

His cousin giggled at him, before helping him put the call on speaker. "Yes, Hello?" Atsushi exclaimed onto the phone as he kept the phone close to his ear and his cousin's ear. "And good morning to you!" A voice uttered with joy, as the two quickly knew who it was. "oh...Hi, Dazai." He uttered, still tired and wanting to sleep. "It's another beautiful day. What do you think of living with your cousins and uncle again? Your uncle Luke kept on insisting on you staying with them, considering your his nephew." Dazai exclaimed as Katelyn smiled while wrapping her arm around her cousins who smiled back at her. "It's great, thanks. I mean, compared to sleeping outside, living with my cousins and uncle again is like heaven to me." Atsushi exclaimed as Dazai smiled through the phone but of course, the duo couldn't see it. "I'm happy to hear it. The change of clothes at your pillow is a gift from everyone at the agency." Dazai exclaimed as Atsushi looked at his new clothes before noticing it was similar to his cousin's outfit. "The outfits wasn't planned to be matching, Sushi." She quickly uttered as Dazai chuckled through the phone. "By the way, Atsushi, Kitten, I apologize for asking, but... I need help with a teensy weensy emergency." Dazai exclaimed as Katelyn sighed, before moving away from the phone already knowing what her friend was gonna ask. "Atsushi! Katelyn! Breakfast is ready!" A voice belonging to the girl's father shouted as the girl watched her cousin finish talking to Dazai on the phone before heading to the bathroom to change. Once he finished changing, the duo headed downstairs to the dining room which was part of the living room as they locked eyes with the girl's triplet sisters and their father.

The duo walked over to the table as they sat besides the two girls known as Cloe and Clary, Cloe who was the blonde haired girl doing what looked to be homework while the brunette haired girl was Clary was doing something on a laptop. "Sorry that we couldn't talk much yesterday, Cous. It was busy day at work plus school work involved made it more busy." Cloe exclaimed as Atsushi smiled at his cousin before shaking his head and hands. "Oh no, don't worry about it. I get it, I'm just glad that I am able to stay with you guys again instead of sleeping outside." He exclaimed as Luke, the girl's father placed their breakfast for them on the table and gave Atsushi his breakfast which he ate and thanked his uncle for. Once Luke made sure, his family was eating, he made himself his coffee before sitting down to eat and drink only to realize something. "Oh, I almost forgot. Dazai is outside, he messaged me wanting me to tell you four to meet him outside once you all have finished breakfast." He uttered as Clary and Cloe packed up their school work and things they needed for school while Katelyn and Atsushi waited for them by the front door, all ready to leave. Once the girls finished packing up, they all headed outside only to see Dazai stuck in a barrel type thing. "Seriously, Osamu?" Katie exclaimed as he only smiled at her.

After having Atsushi guess why he was in the situation, Dazai began to explain why he got in and explain his reasons for wanting to die but not wanting it to be painful. Both Katelyn and Atsushi rolled their eyes as they pushed the barrel to it's side, knocking out Dazai in the process while the other two girls laughed at it happening. "That's my sissy, for you." Cloe exclaimed as she threw her arm around her sister's shoulder as the two laughed.

'My name is Atsushi Nakajima, the three girls beside me are my cousins. The brunette with the blonde is Katelyn, the blonde haired girl is Cloe, and the other brunette haired girl is Clary. As you can probably see, they are fraternal triplets. Just last night, I turned into a wild tiger and went on a destructive rampage. This man, Osamu Dazai, brought me back to normal. Dazai has a special power, and he's not alone. He works with a team of people endowed with supernatural gifts in the Armed Detective Agency along with my cousins who all have gifts as well.'

Atsushi exclaimed in his brain as he remembered the previous night, when he first met his cousins co-workers and friends. Dazai kept stretching from being in the barrel for a long while before sighing as he sat beside the brunette haired girl known as Katelyn. "That was painful." He uttered as he threw his arm around the girl causing her to roll her eyes. "I owe you and the girls a favor, Atsushi. Without your ingenious help, I would've eventually snapped in two at the waist. Such Agony." He exclaimed as he noticed his friend was reading her book while he was talking with her cousin and sisters. "Why didn't you call your coworkers? Couldn't they've helped you get out of the barrel? " Atsushi asked the male who huffed. "Oh, I called them, all right. I told them I was at death's door. They didn't understand my predicament. They were all like, 'Well, congratulations! You're finally doing it! So my last option was Luke since he's your uncle I knew he would be able to give you and the girls my message." Dazai explained as Atsushi listened to him.

"Jeez. Anyone gifted with supernatural powers isn't totally right in the head." Dazai exclaimed as both Cloe and Clary agreed with him as the older male leaned over his friend's shoulder to see what she was reading about while Atsushi stared at both of them before looking forward. "Dazai. Girls." He exclaimed as the male and the girls all looked at the younger boy. "Everyone at the Armed Detective Agency...I mean, the private investigators... They're all gifted with powers, right?" Atsushi asked his cousins and their friend. "Right, we're an armed force taking on enemies the police don't stand a chance against." Dazai exclaimed as the girls nodded their heads, agreeing with him once again. "Then I don't stand a chance at joining the agency." The white haired boy exclaimed as both Katelyn and her sisters looked at the boy in confusion. "What are you talking about?" Both Dazai and Katelyn uttered at the same time, locking eyes with each other for a moment. "You are very gifted, Sushi. Sure, you found out about your ability last night but it doesn't mean you aren't gifted, Cous." Katelyn exclaimed with a smile as the male kept looking down. "That's just it, Cous. Yes, i do have the supernatural ability to become a tiger but what good is it if I have absolutely no control over my power?" Atsushi exclaimed as his cousins stared at him as they listened to him.

"I'm not even aware of it once I start to transform. And I can't will myself to change into a wild tiger. So I don't understand how I'd be of any use, even if I could join." Atsushi exclaimed as he stood up, causing his cousin to stand before placing her hand on the boy's shoulder. "Sushi, I get that but you could try practicing to control your ability? Mine needed control as well and now I can control it although, It depends on whose ability I take and if I can handle it." She told the boy who only chuckled nervously since he has never seen his cousins' abilities in action before. "What's your plan, then? If you aren't gonna join the Agency?" Dazai asked the younger male who smiled at him. "I've decided, I'll look for a low-skilled, low-wage job I can handle. I'm just a little afraid it won't be very easy to find." Atsushi exclaimed as he had his eyes close, so he didn't see Dazai whispering to his cousins about an idea he had. "I think we may know of the perfect job for you. We might even be able to help you get it." Dazai exclaimed as he grabbed Katelyn's hand while her sisters linked their arms with Atsushi as they followed behind the two brunettes.

Katelyn Nakajima, was walking beside her friend Dazai who still held onto her hand as her sister Cloe linked their arms together as Clary did the same with their cousin Atsushi who was listening to Dazai explain what they were doing. "I've been looking everywhere for you, Dazai! You too, girls!" A voice shouted as the four exclaimed looks of concern as their fellow co-worker Kunikida walked closer to them. "You bandage-squandering machine!" Kunikida exclaimed as Dazai jumped away from the male, as he pulled the brunette haired girl with him as he used his free hand to place on his face as a hurt expression fell upon his face. "Oh, you Kunikida. Why couldn't you come up with a better nickname?" Dazai asked his co-worker who just gave him an upset look. "Because you're delusional! You think you're the most trusted member of the agency? You get the most complaints than anyone else! People curse you out on a regular basis!" He exclaimed as Atsushi asked his cousins if it was true to which they all nodded their heads as Kunikida began reading what people said about Dazai to the male's face resulting in him being assaulted by Kunikida.

Katelyn laughed as she let go of Dazai's hand to head over to her cousin and her sisters. "Oh, right. I just lost a whole minute with this idiot. He's got a knack for wasting my time. We've gotta get to the agency!" Kunikida exclaimed as he still held a grip on Dazai's shirt. "We do?" Dazai asked as Katelyn noticed her uncle figure's emotions were a bit off than usual. "We have an emergency! A man has taken a hostage and threatened to blow up our office." He explained as Dazai's face quickly turned serious as the group headed towards the agency building as fast as they could. When they arrived, they silently entered the room that the bomber was in without him seeing them as they hid. "I can't... I can't take it anymore... It's all your fault. The awful Armed Detective Agency's fault! Now, where's the president? Bring me the president! If you don't. I'll blow everyone in this place to kingdom come." The ginger haired teen exclaimed as he grabbed the hostage he had, causing the girls and their cousin to worry. "Sounds like this guy has a personal grudge. That's inconvenient." Dazai exclaimed as Kunikida and the girls agreed with him before explaining to Atsushi what was happening and their plan to stop it. After, losing a battle of rock paper scissors, Kunikida stood up and walked over to the male with the hostage while they others remained hidden.

"Hey. Easy does it, kid." Kunikida exclaimed as he tried to calmly to the young teenager who held the bomb but instead, to make sure he didn't use his ability the young male had him place his hands and feet on the desk so he would be able to see if he tried to use his ability or not. "This is bad. Because of his personal grudge against the Agency, he's done his research on all the members names and faces. If I go out there and try to talk to him, or even one of the girls it'll only make him more angry. Oh may...Whatever shall we do now?" Dazai exclaimed while looking at Atsushi as the girls tried not to laugh at the face their friend was making in the moment. Katelyn grabbed her cousin's hand in comfort as she locked eyes with him. "Sushi, please. That girl needs our help, what if it was me, Cloe or Clary? You would do whatever it took to save us, right?" She asked as the boy sighed before nodding. "She's right, Atsushi. You're the only option. You're not a formal member, and the bomber doesn't know you at all." Dazai exclaimed before going towards the door with Katelyn as they both got a certain about of props for the silver haired by to use as Dazai explained the plan to the male earning a slap in the stomach by Katelyn for mentioning her cousin's past at the orphanage.

Atsushi took a big breath before getting up from where he was hiding as he moved a bit closer to the bomber's view. "D-D-D-Don't do it!" He exclaimed as he walked closer despise being scared. "Wh-Wh-Wh-What are you hoping to get out of this? I...I bet this would make your parents really sad!" Atsushi said as his cousins watched him along with Dazai as they both saw the male was shaking very badly. "Who are you!" The bomber shouted, causing Atsushi to quickly fall down and mutter a sorry. "I don't know who you are. You're not with the agency." He exclaimed, trying to figure out who the boy was. "Uh! I-I-I'm a newspaper boy. I was just paaing by as I was on my route." Atsushi exclaimed as the other male kept a glare on Atsushi the whole time. "Why the hell would you get involved in this situation?" The bomber asked Atsushi who tried his best to stop shaking. "Because what you're doing isn't right. No matter how you feel, you shouldn't threaten to kill people. Think about the wonderful things worth living for." The young male exclaimed as the male raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, like what? What's something to live for?" He asked as Atsushi thought it before responding back. "Y-Y-Yummy tea on rice! Tea on rice is a reason to live! Oh, and sleeping somewhere with a roof over your head! Waking up under a roof is great. And when you open your eyes, every day is a new day... If you push that button,  neither of us will ever see another new day... and that's because we'll be dead." Atsushi exclaimed as the male returned to glaring at the other male after trying to not yell at him. "I understand the concept." He exclaimed as Atsushi groaned while placing his hand on his face.

"Wait!! Seeee...I really don't think you've thought about this from all the angles. I mean, if you die,  you're really dead! I'm sure you wish you were dead sometimes,  but there are many people who keep on living, even though their lives are completely awful. Oh, people like me! Even though I have three cousins and an uncle, I hardly go to see them growing up expect maybe once or twice and no friends either! I even got chased out of an orphanage. I have nowhere to go, and no hope for the future...or what to do if I ever lost my uncle and cousins. What's worse, I turn into a wild tiger. Yeah, you heard me right! In fact, it might be true that I lack redeeming qualities, and everyone expect my family agrees I'm a useless member of society. But I'm still alive and I haven't gone psycho!" Atsushi exclaimed as the other male was shocked and confused as he tried to keep his glare on his face but couldn't. Katelyn, and her sisters gave their cousin a worried concern since they didn't realize how badly he felt about himself. "Doing great, Atsushi. It's almost like this performance isn't just an act for you." Dazai exclaimed as Katelyn smacked him once again, causing him to grunt in pain while pouting at her. "It is real for him, idiot." She whispered, trying to be silent so the bomber wouldn't hear her.

"Now why don't you put down that bomb detonator..." Atsushi began as he began walking quicker towards the other male who leaned back, trying to not fall off the desk. "And we can look for jobs together, okay?" Atsushi exclaimed with an angry look on his face, slightly scaring the other male in the process. "No, thanks. I'm not exactly looking for work these days..." The ginger haired boy exclaimed as he began to lose grip on the detonator, allowing Kunikida to use his ability to make a wire gun to get the detonator away from him before knocking him down on the ground and kept him from getting up, as Dazai and the girls got out from where they were hiding. Katelyn and the girls ran towards their cousin as they gave him a group hug which he gladly returned as Dazai and Kunikida fight once again. Due to being distracted, the ginger haired male kicked Kunikida towards Dazai as he grabbed the Detonator, while sighing. "I swear, anyone with supernatural powers is not totally right in the head..." The boy exclaimed before pressing the button as the girls and Atsushi began panicking cause of the timer going faster, Kunikida tried to help but the boy tackled him into the table, preventing him from helping.

Atsushi looked around, trying to find something to cover the bomb with only to look at his cousins who were trying to keep the young girl calm however, instead he pushed the young girl that was the hostage towards his cousins as he shoved them all away from the bomb, as Dazai managed to catch them all before they fell, only to watch in shock as Atsushi grabbed the bomb before holding it to his stomach as he stayed close to the floor. Despise, the group trying to stop Atsushi he remained on the ground with the bomb but once the timer went off, nothing happened confusing him. "Jeez...You know I figured the kind was stupid,  just not that stupid." Kunikida exclaimed as the girls glared at him. "I think that was brave for him to do, not everyone would risk their life to protect someone else." Clary exclaimed as Cloe and Katelyn nodded their heads in agreement while standing beside the ginger haired male. "He even has the talent to become a suicidal maniac. Wouldn't you agree with me, Tanizaki?" Dazai exclaimed as he smiled at the boy who was pretending to be the bomber. "Sorry. Are you okay?" He asked Atsushi who was beyond confused, espically seeing the hostage girl known as Naomi run towards her brother Jun'ichiro.

Kunikida and Dazai both explained what was going on to the younger boy before their boss came out of a room, to meet the person Dazai and the girls wanted to join the agency. "Dazai and the girls came to my office saying his work had brought him in contact with a capable young man who ended up being the girls' cousin. But I needed more than his word, so I had him test your mettle." Their boss exclaimed as Dazai nodded. "You did well. I brought up the idea that the Agency hire you, which your cousins also wanted but since you've been designated a major threat throughout the ward, there was disagreement as to whether we should take you in." Dazai exclaimed as Katelyn offered her hand to her cousin to take, which he did as she helped him up onto his feet. "Then Dazai asked me a question. Which was, 'What if the most gifted person in the world came into your office, wanting to work here, would you hire them?' not to mention, the girls also asked me to watch you during the exam to see if you could join." The President exclaimed as Kunikida looked towards him. "With that in mind, are you ready to make your decision?" He asked their boss who everyone waited to see what he would say, however he instead allowed Dazai to decide before leaving. "You apparently passed the test. Welcome to the Armed Detective Agency, Atsushi Nakajima." Dazai exclaimed as his cousins cheered while hugging him once again after he put the fake bomb on the table behind him to hug them. "Thanks girls, but this job is way too violent for me, and you people are completely reckless." He exclaimed as his cousins smirked at him.

"Says the boy who used himself as a shield to protect our friend." Katelyn exclaimed as she walked over to Dazai who high fived her. "That's my bestie!" He exclaimed, throwing his arm around her shoulders causing her to laugh. "Your cousins are right, that kind of thinking takes a special kind of person. You'll do fine working here. Your cousins work here as well, sure it's part time but knowing your uncle, he will make sure you also do homeschool schooling." Dazai exclaimed as Atsushi sighed annoyed. Katelyn, grabbed Atsushi's hand as she brought him over to a chair so he can sit down along with the others so Dazai could explain the rules to him. "Now, obviously,...we can't force you to join. But if you don't, there are a lot of considerations that cause me to worry for your future. You'll have to vacate living with your uncle and cousins since it's technically an Agency-owned living accommodations since Luke brought it but that's up to him. You don't really have any specialized skills, nor do you have friends that aren't your cousins or any personal contacts in the city beside Luke and once again, your cousins... That would make finding a job very difficult. And let's not forget,  you are a wanted tiger with a bounty on your head. Should anyone discover of that that personal detail, you'd get fired...Or worst, you'd be captured, tied up and maybe shot dead." Dazai exclaimed as the girls smirked at his response.

"But, Sushi. If you were with us, the Agency, none of those things would happen cause we would protect you." Cloe exclaimed as Sushi groaned. "So, basically, I'm stuck here." He exclaimed as Naomi welcomed him to the team along with her brother as did Atsushi's cousins once again. "Remember, to follow the rules rookie." Kunikida exclaimed as Dazai smiled at Atsushi. "Well, I'm glad it's settled..." He told the male while high fiving the brunette known as Katelyn again. "Oh brother." Atsushi exclaimed, already scared of what was to come, working with his cousin's co workers.

A tall male with black hair that had white tips was walking towards a blonde haired woman who was leaning against the wall, as she was looking at a picture of a girl both herself and the male along with others had a thing for since the first time they met her as she showed the male. "The weretiger has been located. He seems to know, Katie." She exclaimed as the male took the picture while walking with the blonde woman as the two looked at the brunette with the silver haired male who is known as the weretiger. "I'll show him who she belongs to." The male uttered as his activated his ability who was ready to fight.
