Bas' POV

P'Gxxod has flown back last night to China to continue shooting his film.  We had spent the rest of the afternoon together in my room playing video games, reading mangas, eating snacks and kissing in between those activities just mentioned.  We took selfies in our room from his phone so that he could look at them when he goes back to China.

I did not tell him that today we had another shoot and that Josh would again be there with me.  I did not went him flying back to China feeling upset.

As usual mom drove me to the building where the event was to take place.  I was there early but someone else was there ahead of me.  Josh.

"Hi, Bas,"  he greeted me as soon as I entered the room where the staff was going to apply our makeup.

"I'm sorry about the incident yesterday with P'Gxxod,"  I said to him.

"Don't worry about it," he said, "it wasn't you who punched me so I have nothing against you."

"He is a very jealous and possessive guy,"  I explained.

"Is he your boyfriend?"  he asked.

"No," I answered but instantly I regretted saying it.  Josh quickly moved closer to me and asked if  he could treat me to a movie and dinner after the shoot.

"I...I can't, " I said, "P'Gxxod might video call me after he arrives in China."

"Oh, he's not here in Bangkok? He's in China right now?" he asked.

Shit, I should not have given him that information.  Now he has gotten bolder.

He took my hand in his, squeezed it gently, and said with his face very close to mine, "Bas, listen to me,  Gxxod is not your boyfriend, plus he is not even here in Bangkok right now.  What is stopping you from going on a movie date and a dinner date with me???"

I withheld my hand from his grasp and moved away a little from him.

"I can't,"  I said, "I am babysitting my sister tonight because tonight is my parents' night out,"  I lied.  My parents were not going anywhere tonight but I know that I would feel guilty going out with Josh even if P'Gxxod is not my boyfriend.

"Then how about I help you babysit your sister tonight?"  he suggested.  "I can stop by for pizza with your favorite toppings and bring some beer."

Jesus Christ, this guy is so persistent.  How did he even know what my favorite pizza topping was.

"My parents don't want me to bring beer inside the house," this part was true.  My father was never an alcohol drinker.

"Just soda to go with the pizza then," he offered.

I was starting to get annoyed but I did not want to be rude to Josh.  This was one time I wished so hard that P'Gxxod was here beside me.

"Let me think about it,"  I said.

"Don't take too long to decide," he said with a smile, taking my hand again in his.

The manager came in to announce that the shoot was about to start so Josh let go of my hand but not before caressing it and squeezing it gently, and then to my shock, he quickly planted a kiss on my nose.  P'Gxxod,  I need you right now!
