A/N:  i would like to apologize in advance that this chapter will be shorter than the others.  I have started writing this story (and my other stories "Six Moons in Manila, "He Loves Me...Not?" and "Undecided Lover" while I was on vacation.  Sadly my vacation has ended but I will try my best not to have long gaps between chapters.  Thank you for your understanding,

Gxxod's POV

I could not decide whether to go back to Bas' house or to wait outside the building until the promo shoot was over.  If I went home without Bas, his mom would surely ask questions. I decided to wait it out until the shoot was over.

I found a bench to sit on and kept my head down in case some passersby recognized me.  I kept myself entertained with going through social media on my phone.

I texted Bas that I didn't go back to his house but that I was waiting outside the building.

It seemed like an eternity before Bas texted me.

The shoot is over.  Where are you.

Instead of texting back I called him instead.  He picked up my call and I guided him to where I was waiting.  When he reached me he had an angry look on his face.

"Before you say anything," I said, "I want to apologize for my behavior.  I just meant to warn Josh to keep away from you but it went a little out of hand, I guess," I ended my speech with a rueful smile.

Bas sighed before speaking, "P"Gxxod, please try to understand.  Josh is my friend, he will never try to do anything to harm me.  In fact he was being helpful to me earlier.  He saw that my tie was crooked so he helped me to adjust it."

I ran my hand through my hair in frustration.  "Bas,  you don't understand.  He may look friendly to you but he is a wolf underneath a sheep's clothing.  He will use every trick he knows to take physical advantage of you.  Before you know it his hands will be all over you!"

I wanted to say some more but we heard his mom honked her car at us and motioned for us to get in.

"Are you guys okay?" his mom asked after she noticed that there was a tense silence between Bas and me.  We both smiled at his mom and assured her that we were okay.

When we got to Bas' house, his mom said to me, "make yourself at home.  Lunch will be ready in a few minutes."

"Thank you," I said, pressing my palms together and bowing, "is it okay if I join Bas in his room?"

"Of course," she said, "and please tell Bas not to eat any sweets.  I know he keeps a stash in his room.  Remind him that it will spoil his appetite."

"I will,"  I said and proceeded to Bas' room.  I knocked before entering.  He was sitting on his bed with his arms folded in front of me, looking at me with an angrily.

I quickly sat beside him and hugged him tight.  "Please don't be angry with me,"  I begged.  This is my only day off to be with you.  I want to go back to China with only happy memories."

Thankfully, he hugged me back and before I could stop myself I found myself covering his mouth with mine.  I parted his mouth and he willingly obliged.  I tentatively inserted my tongue and to my pleasant surprise he did not protest.  We kissed long and hard until we both had to stop to catch our breaths.
