Gxxod's POV

It has been a week that we have been filming for what to me seemed like an eternity.  I had been having difficulty concentrating on my scenes because I miss Bas so much because my texts and video calls with Bas have been lessening maybe because both of us have been so busy with our individual work schedules.

Yin Yue has continued to be nice to me in spite of the fact that I had rejected her confession of love.  I must credit her for her professional manner and attitude.  She can be an excellent actress when she puts her mind to it.

There was one particular scene where I had to have several takes because I kept messing up my lines.  Thankfully Yin Yue was very patient and understanding.  I really must make a video call with Bas as soon as the filming wraps up today.  I miss my darling so much!

"Cut!  Perfect!  I'll see you guys tomorrow.  Be back here on the dot!" announced the director.

I ran like the wind to my trailer and started calling Bas.

"Hi, P'Josh!"

"What did you just say?????  What did you just call me?????"  I was beside myself with rage.  I was seething so hard that I didn't realize that I had hurled my phone across the room.  It was a good thing that it had a protective covering otherwise it would have cracked with the force that it sustained against the wall.

I picked it up and noticed that Bas was gone from the line.  Did he hang up on me or did the force that my phone sustained make me get disconnected.  I dialed Bas' number again.

"What just happened?" he asked.  "Did you hang up on me?"

I didn't answer his questions.  Instead I asked, "Have you been cheating on me with Josh?  Tell me the truth, Bas."

"Why would you think that?"  he asked.

"Because you just fucking called me by his name!!!"  I screamed on the phone.

There was a long silence on the phone.  I was starting to have a sinking feeling in my heart like he was about to tell me something that I did not want to hear.

"P'Gxxod," he finally spoke up.  "I'm really offended that you would accuse me of cheating on you."

"Then why did you call me by Josh' name?"  I demanded.  I was starting to get angry again.

"Maybe because we have just finished our photo shoot and I said good bye to Josh just before you called me." he explained.  "Was it very wrong of me to make that mistake?"

I calmed down a little.  "No," I said, "it's just that I'm feeling a bit insecure because I am not by your side and you're working so closely with Josh.  I'm so afraid that one day you will announce to me that you and Josh are a couple."

"That would never happen," he hastened to assure me.  "Why do I have to keep reminding you that I consider P'Josh to be just a co-worker and nothing more."

"It's just because I really don't trust that guy.  He's such a smooth talker and very good at pretending that he has only innocent intentions towards you.  Please, Bas, please try to stay away from him as much as you can.  Don't let him persuade you to spend any extra time with him apart from the photo sessions."

"I promise, P'Gxxod," he said.  "I miss you. Come back soon."

I wanted to say "I love you, Bas" but I was saving it for the day when I was planning to ask him to be my boyfriend.
