Hello lovelies!! Finally, I'm here! First of all, I'm so so sorry I couldn't update for.. More than a week? As aforementioned, my finals were on so I barely had time to breathe, let alone write! Also, my means of completing the story was confiscated by my mother. So yeah... BUT as a compensation, I will he posting the last two chapters today!! Yay!! Tu iss ghar ki Lakshmi hai Annika. Tu chali gayi, toh hamari khushiyan bhi chali gayi. Shivaay ki toh baat hi mat poochh! Woh toh sab se itna door chala gaya, ki wapis hi nahi aana chahta! Kisi se baat nahi karta mera beta! OmRu! Iski jaan the, unse yeh baat nahi karta.. Dadi se baat nahi karta.. Meri toh poochh hi mat! Mere toh kamre mein bhi nahi aata hai yeh! Mera beta! Kaam kaam aur kaam. Bas. Annika, tu mat ja beta, kahin mat jaa! Shivaay Singh Oberoi ko phirse mera Shivaay bana de! Annika main haath jodti hu tere saamne! Mat jaa! (It was very wrong of you to do that. What do you think? You are the Lakshmi of this house, Annika! You went and so did the happiness from this house. Don't even make me start about Shivaay! He doesn't talk to OmRu!! He doesn't talk to Dadi, to Prinku! He doesn't even come into my room! Always involved in work work work and more work!! Annika, please don't go anywhere this time! Please give me back my Shivaay! I beg of you Annika!!) " Pinky says and falls to the ground. OmRu and Annika go to her immediately.
"Aunty ji, aap please, please aisa mat kijiye. Main yahan nahi reh sakti. Shivaay nahi chahte ki main unki life mein rahu.. Aap please uth jaaiye. (Please don't do this Aunty! Shivaay doesn't want me in his life anymore!)" Annika says, pleading her.
"Shivaay nahi chahte ki main unki life mein rahu!" He repeats in his head. Why doesn't she understand that the day he says that is the day he would die! He wants her. He needs her. But he still cannot gather courage to face her. 'Annika, don't go. Annika please don't go.' He keeps praying.
"Maaa!!!!!" Shivika comes running to Annika.
"Shivika? Tu yaha? (Shivika? You here?)" Annika asks.
Shivaay was stunned beyond belief. He turns around slowly, to find Shivika hugging Annika. Isn't she the girl Ansh brought home today? The one who resembled so much to Shivaay and Annika? He was utterly confused. How can this be? Shivika is his daughter? Their daughter? 'Meri aankhein, Annika ki smile, Annika ka restraunt!! Shivika's Catering.. Kanji aankhein! I should have known! Shivika.. Shivika.. She's my child, my daughter. Meri beti!! Meri..(My eyes, Annika's smile, Annika's restraunt-Shivika Catering Centre.. I should known! Shivika is my daughter!!)'
"Arre! Main aapko uss ladke ke baare mein bata rahi thi na? Woh ladka yeh hai.. Ansh Bhaiyya!(I told you about the guy other day right? This is him! Ansh Bhaiyya)!" Shivika points toward Ansh who was smiling.
Annika found herself staring at Ansh. He had grown so much! He was just a year old the last time she saw him, and now, he's 11!
"Annika, yeh tumhara Ansh hai. Iske liye toh ruk jaao?(Annika, at least stay here for Ansh's sake!)" Pinky pleads again.
"An.. Ansh? Mera Ansh? Mera beta!! Kitna bada ho gaya hai! (My son has grown so much!)" Annika says. She'd never felt so happy in her life anytime recently. She was looking at her son after 10 years! She knew not how to express it. She moved towards him, but stopped abruptly.
"Shivaay." No. She can't hurt him again. She will have to be strong. She cannot let Ansh know that she's his mother. She just cannot. She grabs Shivika's hand and turns to face the family members.
"Aap sab ko main aakhri baar thanks bolna chahti hu. Aur sorry bhi, agar mujhse koi galti ho gayi ho. Main yahan nahi ruk sakti. Shivaay ke liye, aap sab ke liye, yahi thik hai. (I would like to thank you for everything you've done and apologize for anything wrong I've done, for the last time. I'll have to leave. Its good for all of us.)" She finishes and upon reaching the end of the room, looks back one last time. With tears in her eyes, she looks at Shivaay for the last time. She wants to see him enough to last a lifetime. Shivaay wants to stop her. He needs her. He needs his family. His small family. He looks at Shivika and Annika from time to time, pleading with his eyes, not to go. He needs her. He desrperately needs her. Shivika, Ansh, Annika, Shivaay. He wants his family. But its too late now. Wiping her tears, she turns around. She's gone. She left him. He lost her. Again. He lands to the ground on his knees and stares at nothing. The tears won't even come out anymore! He just sat there, contemplating everything he just experienced. Was she gone for good? No. He can't let this happen again. It was his fault and he had to amend his mistake. He had to. He can not keep his son away from his mother neither can he afford to stay away from his Annika and Shivika any longer. He gets up, grabs his car keys and his son's hands.
"Chal Ansh. (Let's go)" He says as he takes him along.
