Y/n couldn't help but yawn as he stood outside of the building that Toman's meeting was being held in. He was currently being the look-out, as much as he hates it. Don't get him wrong, he is more than willing to do whatever it takes to keep his Toman safe, but look-out job was just so boring. Everything seems to be going ten times slower than normal, and there was no one around for Y/n to tease or even talk to. The silence other than the occasional bird chip ate Y/n from the inside.

However, as the silence never ceased, Y/n's thoughts wondered. The other day he ran into Inui and Kokonoi, both of which who are in the Black Dragon gang. And it was the same day he got a call on how Takemichi was attacked by Black Dragon. Y/n wasn't going to point fingers, but he had a hunch on who beat up Takemichi. He couldn't help but feel a 'little' pissed about that.

Y/n rolled his eyes in boredom, wanting something exciting to happen, or for something for him to do. Y/n doesn't usually get bored so easily and quickly, but once he does, some choices may be made that can affect others. However, Y/n didn't really care, as long as no blood was spilled and no bruises are formed, nothing bad ever happens.

Despite being outside, Y/n could hear the mumbling and grumbling of people talking and chatting inside. He could hear Takemichi begging Mikey with - what seemed like - food. He could hear Hakkai wanting to leave Toman. To this, Y/n frowned. He knew that a certain someone was behind Hakkai's request to leave. As much as Y/n wants to intervene and object Hakkai's request, he kept it to himself. He gazes up at the clouds watching them shift, form, and reshape themselves. Y/n raised a brow.

The door to the building suddenly opened. Y/n looked to the side and noticed that Hakkai, Mitsuya, Takemichi, and Chifuyu walked out with a determined look in their eyes. Y/n tilted his head slightly, catching Mitsuya's attention. To this, Y/n smiled, his eyes squinting with slight mischief.

"Shi-Chan~" Y/n sung as he walked up to the purple haired boy. "I'm bored~"

Mitsuya, Hakkai, and Chifuyu froze up at Y/n's statement. They carefully glanced at each other in slight worry and alarm. However, Takemichi tilted his head in confusion. The trio that knew what's going to happen tried to turn away from Y/n. Quiet, silently, and hopefully pretending that Y/n didn't notice them. Takemichi sweatdropped.

Y/n pouted at the lack of attention, but his eyes sharpened at Takemichi, making him his target for now. "Take-Chan~ Where are you going?"

"Uh..." Takemichi stuttered for a moment, hesitating because he can see the other three shaking their heads at him rapidly, almost like they didn't want Y/n to go with them. "No... No where."

"Lies. Tell me the truth, Takemichi..."

Takemichi gave a pointed smile as he looked away, giving his friends an apologetic look. "To... To Black Dragon..."

Y/n blinked for a moment. "Oh? Great then! I have been meaning to meet up with someone there for a while now! Isn't that right, Hakkai..." He said with a pointed smile as he looked at Hakkai. Hakkai flinched before lowering his head in defeat. Y/n smiled. "How about I tag along, yes? What are you guys doing?"

"Uh..."

"Talking to the leader, right, right. I heard the whole conversation earlier, no need to hide it from me. Unlike a certain few..." Y/n glanced at Mitsuya, Hakkai, and Chifuyu. "So, I'm coming with~! Mikey wouldn't mind anyways."

Y/n had cartoon flowers around him as he walked behind the group of boys. However, it wasn't enough to have the looming tense atmosphere disappear. If they were going to be honest, the group was kinda glad that Y/n was going with the. With one of the top three of Toman going with them, they couldn't help but feel a bit safer than before. However, the cheerful attitude from Y/n scared them a little bit to what Y/n will do.

"Taka-Chan... Y/n-San," Hakkai spoke up as he slowed down his steps. "Maybe... it's not a good idea to meet with Taiju after all. Nothing you can say will get a good result out of him. He's a piece of shit."

"Oh?" Y/n mumbled out as he made his way next to Mitsuya. "So, you don't want help with your problem? Isn't he the reason why you want to quit Toman?"

Hakkai's eye slightly widened as he stared at Y/n. "I... How did...? It's just that... he's..."

"Would you stop?" Mitsuya butted in, cutting Hakkai off. "You always try to handle everything yourself. By the way..." He looked back to Chifuyu and Takemichi. "...why are they tagging along? I get Y/n, but them?"

Y/n raised a brow. "So, they're not supposed to come with us?"

"What? I was there when it happened," Takemichi spoke up.

"I'm keeping an eye on him," Chifuyu said, pointing at Takemichi. "He's a moron, you see."

"HEY! Who you callin' a moron!? I haven't forgotten about your shitty plan!!"

"Hah! Isn't this a good result, thought?"

Mitsuya and Y/n couldn't help but laugh at Chifuyu's and Takemichi's dynamic. However, Hakkai looked down at the floor in worry. He couldn't help it. Not only is he basically going in blind with Mitsuya, but he was also 'dragging' Y/n with him too. He didn't want anything bad happen to the people he admires and cares for in Toman. Y/n, noticing Hakkai's silence, glanced at him. His smile slightly faltered for a second.

In a blink of an eye for Y/n, he was now sitting on the couch with Mitsuya as the infamous Taiju was sitting on another couch across from them. Chifuyu, Takemichi, and Hakkai were standing behind the couch that Mitsuya and Y/n were sitting on, and Inui and Kokonoi were standing behind the couch that Taiju was sitting on. It was obvious that everyone in the room was tense with how lowly Taiju was glaring at Y/n and Mitsuya. However, it seemed like only Y/n and Taiju himself were relaxed at the moment based off the way they sat.

Although Y/n may have a smile on his face, the irk mark on his cheek says otherwise. His eyes were narrowed as his chin was tilted down. It was obvious that Y/n did not like being in the situation he was in now. Taiju have taken notice to this. He has to admit, he heard rumors of Toman's powerful, scary yet kind medic. It makes him wonder why a person like Y/n was in such a lowly gang like Toman.

"So?" Taiju decided to start the 'meeting'. "What did you wanna tell me? Better keep it short."

"I'll give Hakkai to the Black Dragons," Mitsuya claimed, going straight to the point. "I'm not gonna see him again."

"What??" Takemichi whispered harshly. "You can't be serious, Mitsuya. Hakkai is-!"

Y/n raised a hand, cutting Takemichi off for a moment. With a single glance, Takemichi gulped and went back into line. Y/n smiled as he nodded. "I apologize about him." He turned back to Mitsuya and Taiju. "Continue."

Taiju couldn't help but laugh at Y/n's power but then turned to Mitsuya. "Didn't you come here to stop Hakkai from joining us?? Did you come here to stop that from happening?!"

Mitsuya narrowed his eyes. "In exchange, set Yuzuha free."

Y/n raised a brow as he looked at Mitsuya from the corner of his eyes. Hakkai seemed to have been surprised by the sudden declaration along with Takemichi. Taiju, however, did not like that idea. His smile fell from his lips as he gritted his teeth. Viens poked out of Taiju's skin as it was obvious that he was angry.

"Taka-Chan... Why are you...?" Hakkai's words failed him.

"Taiju," Mitsuya spoke up. "You're having Yuzuha do something, aren't you? Hakkai's been protecting Yuzuha this whole time. From your domestic violence."

Y/n's eyes snapped to Hakkai, but he made no move to say anything.

"What a fucking joke!" Taiju shouted with an unpleasant smirk.

Mitsuya's brows furrowed. "Hakkai's not leaving Toman because he's scared of you. He's doing it to protect Yuzuha!!"

Taiju suddenly stood up and made a move to punch Mitsuya. Mitusya was quick to raise his arm to block Taiju's attack, but it never came. Taiju's eyes couldn't help but slightly widened when Y/n had stood up and blocked his attack for Mitsuya. Everyone's voice was stuck in their throat as they waited for what Y/n had to say.

Y/n smiled. "I believe that it's my turn to make a proposal," He claimed as he calmly pushed Taiju's fist down.

"You're not with them?" Taiju questioned, gesturing to Mitsuya.

Y/n chuckled as he sat down, Taiju following suit. "Of course, I'm 'with them'. I just have another idea in mind."

"Y/n, what are you doing?" Mitsuya whispered, however he was ignored.

Taiju tilted his chin up. "I'm listening."

"I want Hakkai's and Yuzuha's freedom," Y/n claimed. "They will be free to do whatever they please without you intervening, that even means no more... hurting them, yes? On top of that, I want you to leave Toman alone. However, if they were to start a fight with you, that's a different story. I'm more than willing to go deeper into this offer if you accept."

Taiju laughed loudly as everyone stared at Y/n with confusion and wonder. "I have to admit! You have jokes, medic!! But what can you possibly offer in order for me to accept anything from you?!?"

"Myself."

Taiju's laughing stopped at Y/n's words.

"Y/n, are you nuts?!" Chifuyu shouted in retaliation.

"You can't do that!" Hakkai claimed in desperation.

Y/n only shook his head, smiling calmly. "I'm offering myself to join the Black Dragon in order for Yuzuha's and Hakkai's freedom along with Toman's immunity. I can be whatever you want me to be, Taiju. A secretary, an advisor, or even your own personal medic, it's completely up to you. However, that is only if you agree."

Taiju thought for a moment before standing up. "And if I refuse?"

Y/n stood up with Taiju. "Simple. You can either accept Mitsuya's deal, or it's an all-out war."

Taiju smirked as he held out his hand. "You start tomorrow. We got a truce!"

Y/n gave Taiju a closed eyed smile. "A pleasure doing business with you, boss~"

"YOU'RE AN IDIOT!!" Mitsuya shouted as he shook Y/n back and forth by his collar. "Offering yourself up like you're an item to be won, are you kidding me, Y/n?! Who knows what that guy can do to you!!"

"Shi-Chan, I'm getting dizzy..." Y/n groaned before shaking his head as Mitsuya finally stopped shaking him. "Besides, what's the problem? You guys still have Baji and Red-Chan to take care of the gang, and Hakkai is safer now along with Yuzuha. We gained more than what we traded; one person for Toman's immunity from the Black Dragons!"

Mitsuya breathed in as he let go of Y/n harshly, almost making him stumble. "That's not what I'm worried about. This is Taiju we're talking about."

Y/n narrowed his eyes slightly. "I really don't see a problem, he's just another tyrant. You guys still have a medic, Toman now has immunity, Hakkai and Yuzuha are safe from Taiju, and no one got hurt. What more do you need, Mitsuya? And why are you three so quiet??" He turned towards Chifuyu, Hakkai and Takemichi.

The trio looked away from Y/n, having a guilty feeling in the gut of their stomach eating away from them. They couldn't help it. Y/n had basically traded off his whole life just so that Toman would be safe. Not only that, but they cared for Y/n, a lot, and now they might not ever see him again.

Y/n sighed. "Look," he said, "I know what I did, and I know the situation I put myself in. I'm not an idiot. But if I have the chance to make sure that Toman is safe, I'm going to take it. Hakkai, you're not going to get hurt anymore, you nor your sister, isn't that what you wanted?"

"Yes..." Hakkai let out softly. "...but offering yourself up?"

"Ugh, please, it's like you guys don't trust me on this."

"We do! We do, but..." Chifuyu hesitated. "We're just worried for you."

"Yeah, like, did you see Taiju try to hit Mitusya because he didn't like his proposal?" Takemichi added.

Y/n blinked for a moment before he laughed. The other males stared at Y/n for laughing. Why was he laughing? It seemed like Y/n was laughing at his own demise that he put himself through. Why would anyone laugh at this?! This is no laughing matter!

"That's what you guys are worried about? Taiju hitting me??" Y/n laughed. "Oh please, like I would let that happen!" He claimed as he looked at his friends. "I promise you all, everything will make sense. Just consider it my Christmas present when it comes around!"

'Christmas?' Takemichi thought in wonder. 'Why Christmas?'

"Ah, but that doesn't matter now. It's late and I need to get ready for tomorrow. A new job awaits me!" Y/n turned to leave but waved and winked at the four males. "See ya!"

And with that, Y/n disappeared in the dead of night. Leaving Mitsuya, Hakkai, Takemichi, and Chifuyu to their lonesome. Despite hearing Y/n's cheerful voice, they still couldn't help but have a sickening feeling in their stomach. Like, something bad was about to happen, either to them or to Y/n, they didn't really know, nor could they put their finger on it.

'We'll see you Christmas, Y/n...'
