Everybody is created by Allah
DO NOT INSULT ANYONE on the basis of their appearance particularly
DO NOT MOCK AT PEOPLE. For verily Allah created you and He created them too.
When an artist made painting and you made fun of the painting. Remember that you are not mocking at the painting you are mocking at the one who created it.

Similarly Allah fashions every creature. Do not mock  because He loves His every creation. So before commenting on anyone's appearance remember its not they who created themselves it is The One The Most high Al-Musawwir who loves His every creation. Remember He listens the pain of every heart and you will get back to Him soon.

For Allah says in Qur'an in surah(chapter) NOOR when He proves innocence of Aisha(r.a) when people are whispering about her chastity behind her back and Allah was angry at them because of their whispering 'MAYBE IT'S NOT A BIG THING FOR YOU BUT FOR ALLAH ITS A BIG THING'.
This is a threat so remember whatever you are thinking small its not at all small for Allah.
Beware of your small actions that can hurt someone.
