Anika opened her room door lazily for Shivaay and curled up herself on her fluffy bed again, while Shivaay shaked his head in disbelieve smilingly. He took seat beside Anika and caressed her hair softly.

Shiv : You okay? Feeling better?
(he asked while pressing back of his palm on her forehead)

Anika hummed and shifted her head to his lap. Shivaay's lips curled upward watching her cute antic.

Shiv : Wake up Ani. It's going to be nine and you have to leave for work.

Ani : Two days off (she mumbled in sleep)

Shiv : Haan?... But how.. I mean today is the wedding right?

Ani : But it doesn't mean i must attend the wedding.

Shiv : Why not. You can meet many people there. Including celebrities and your inspiration Maria Grazia Chiuri is coming too.

Anika woke up and sat next to him.

Ani : I won't be comfortable there Shivaay and I'm not in the mood to go also. You see, rather than spending time with strangers, why not i spend these two days with someone i know ; Someone who ditched his own busy schedule to meet me, not forgetting the lies he pulled up to his family. What say? (winked)

Shivaay's face delighted to her reply. He slowly grabbed her left hand and kissed it.

Shiv : My pleasure.

Ani : And about my inspiration, she is going to assist us on our next project that is Toronto Fashion Week. The Joyce Fashion house is participating and I'm going to represent as one of their new face designer. Can you imagine, I'm going to work with my both favourites, Representing Ms Blonde's fashion house while my another inspiration Maria Garzia Chiuri is going to assist us ( she talks while her eyes twinkled with excitement).

Shiv : Woah... I'm so proud of you Ani. Big big Congratulations baby (he took her in a bear hug).

Shiv : So what if we celebrate this happy news?

Ani : yes but not now. Let me sleep Shivaay. Please. I'm sleepy.

Saying this Anika again placed her head on Shivaay's lap and hugged him by waist.

Shiv : Ah, finally you're here. Come in madam.

Shivaay said while opening his room door for Anika. Anika frowned to his taunt.

Ani : Oh hello, i already wake up long ago. It's you was missing in action for past two hours. Care to explain mister?

Shiv : Why you didn't call me then? Since you are sleeping i thought to give a little visit to my friends office. Anyway do you have any plan today, if not can...

Ani : I'm hungry (came Anika's reply instantly)

Shiv : Get ready. Let's go out.

Ani : No, i want you to cook for me. Will you?

Shiv : What you want to have? (He asked while marching towards kitchen and opened the fridge) hmmm... i have chicken here, are you okay with chilli chicken?

Ani : serve me already please. I'm very hungry.

Shiv : If you don't mind eating raw chicken (he chuckled making Anika to frown more). Okay you go and freshen up by then your food will be served.

Anika went back to her room happily in thoughts of having food made by Shivaay after so long. After a relaxing shower Anika entered Shivaay's room only to found him nervous/sad.

Ani : Oye.. what happened?

Shivaay didn't spoke anything but gestured his eyes to kitchen area. Anika walked into kitchen with a confused face. As soon as she open the wok's lid, the whole building hollered with Anika's scream. Shivaay closed his ears tightly knowing what's coming up next.

Ani : Shivaay, what you have done? OMG ... How can you be so careless?

One thing that no one can separate from Anika is food. Her love for food is indescribable. While people says "Eat, sleep, repeat", Anika used to say "Eat, burp, repeat". Today Shivaay has awaken the monster inside her by burning the food. Point to be noted, she's hell hungry.

Ani : just one easy dish Shivaay. You can't even fulfill one simple request of mine.

Shiv : Ani I'm sorry yaar. I was too excited to cook for you. I was arranging the table for us and this happened.

Ani : But you, the Shivaay Singh Oberoi and burnt food...didn't make sense. I suspect.

Shiv : It was not intentional, believe me. I'm sorry.

Ani : Hell with your sorry. Idiot.

Anika cursed him while walking back to her room hurriedly. Shivaay followed her back scratching his forehead. There he saw Anika on call, ordering food.

Shivaay is driving the car with an angry Anika seating beside him. Few minutes back, in hotel, Shivaay stopped Anika from ordering food from hotel. He forcefully took the telephone receiver from her hand and cut the call. He ask her out for dinner. After a lot of pleading, Anika agreed with a promise that he should buy her something light to eat till they reach their destination. Shivaay instantly agreed but his fate again played its card well. When Shivaay thought to buy some doughnuts for Anika, much to his disappointment, only two mini doughnuts are left. The moment Anika received the packet, it was thrown out from the car by Anika. She shot a furious glare to already scared Shivaay.

After few minutes, they jump on their seats due to sudden jerk of the car. And the car stopped abruptly after few times of continuous jerk. Shivaay ignited the car but it didn't start. Gathering all his courage he turn to face Anika. Shivaay can clearly see smoke coming out from her ears, her face look so red. Shivaay gulped down while wiping off the sweat beads from his forehead.

Ani : Don't tell me your car broke down. I swear I'll kill you with my bare hands.

Shiv : Ani...

Ani : Are you happy now? Happy to see me starving and die out of hunger? I told you to have food from hotel itself. But did you listen? No. You was so adamant to eat outside. See what happened now, we are here in middle of the road of an unknown country.

She add in,

Ani : Let me tell you, don't scream Khanna's name now because he can't help you and I'm too stupid to follow you till here. Actually i shouldn't have agreed to you. But what to do, i was fooled by your puppy face. And the result is, I'm going to die starving.

Shiv : This is not what i planned. I'm really sorry Ani. Let's search for some restaurants nearby. I'm sure we can find one. Please..

Finally they manage to find one restaurant. It was classy enough. The music band was playing some soothing tunes while some were swaying their body to the tune. But Anika was too blind to notice all that, she was digging her food like a hungry cannibal. After filling up her hungry tummy, she looked at Shivaay grinning widely.

Most importantly thing is we shouldn't mess with a hungry girl, he thought. Anika's eyes darted around the restaurant. She found it beautiful and exclaimed happily. When she found people dancing, she looked at Shivaay saying "let's shake a leg" and dragged him to the dance floor. A romantic tune was played, they were dancing gracefully. Her left hand around his shoulder, his right hand around her waist, while other hands clasped together. They enjoyed the little silence, drowned into each other.

Then the partner changed, Anika paired up with a ginger haired guy, for her he looked alike Ed Sheeran. Her eyes went wide when she heard the song 'Perfect' playing in background. Understanding her shocked expression, the guy chuckled and said that he's not Ed Sheeran but just a group dancer. Suddenly the guy dragged Anika to a side and the light went off. Anika panicked but before she scream Shivaay's name the the place lights up along with a projector screen.

Photos of her's and Shivaay started to play in the projector screen. And there she saw Shivaay dancing with a group of people. The ginger haired guy that Anika was dancing previously was there too. Shivaay danced carrying his ever so charming smile. Her mind went blank for a second. It's too much to register all the happenings. Slowly everything make sense, the song, their photos and the guy claiming him as a group dancer, she realized what's exactly coming up. Her hands instantly cupped her mouth for the sudden surprise. She got confused on where to concentrate. Whether to Shivaay's flawless moves or their beautiful pictures that playing in the screen.

It's true she was expecting for this moment, but not such a filmy style proposal. She only watched them in films and YouTube. As a event planner, she herself had organized many events like this. But never dreamed of such things will happen to her. When it's really happening to her, she can't stop thinking how blessed and lucky is she to have Shivaay back in her life. She admired the certain blue eyed man way too much for his hard work to make her feel special and important.

Her sight was blocked by a beautiful red rose- white orchid bouquet. (Red Roses used to express our love while white Orchids symbolizes sincerity, strength and it also know as "I'm sorry flower" ). Anika hold Shivaay's hand which is holding the bouquet. "Shivaay", came her voice as whisper. Her eyes glistened and her vision went blur. Shivaay gently wiped off her ready to fall tears.

"Anika, i knew i fail to keep my promise in the past. To be by your side, to protect you, to love you, to respect you, to support you, to trust you, i failed, i failed in everything. And i know my sorry will not going to change whatever you went through. But now i promise with all my heart and mind that I'll shower you with all the love and respect you deserve. The day i broke my promise will be the last day of my life. I love you Anika and i will do till my last breath. Will you give me another chance to be yours again? To repent my mistakes? Will you Marry me Anika? I promise you'll never regret this time. Just say yes and I'm ready to be your life long slave. Will you?"

He confessed like a gentleman man and kneeled down. Anika was too overwhelmed with his confession. Her voice choked, she bite her lips to control her sobs. Unable to talk anything, she nodded in yes and helped him to stand up. Shivaay's eyes welled up in happiness and hugged Anika tightly. They felt peace in each others embrace. Shivaay feel complete to have Anika back in his life, in his arms. He parted from the hug and kissed her forehead, a kiss to assure that he'll fulfil all his promises. Then, Shivaay again went on his knees and slide a beautiful solitaire diamond ring into her finger and kissed there. The confetti rains down, all the dancers hoots and claps for them and Shivaay took Anika into another needed hug.

Shivaay and Anika are resting in Shivaay's hotel room balcony. The view of the city looks breathtaking and most of the parts were covered with white sheet like snow. Cold breeze hit their face. Anika's placed her head on Shivaay's chest and snuggled him while Shivaay wrapped his hands around her waist giving her enough warm.

Ani : So everything was pre-planned, right? (she ask breaking the silence)

Shiv : except brake down of my car.

Ani : So you deliberately made me to starve! You Cruel man. (she cursed)

Shiv : I'm sorry for that okay. But you're so adamant not to go out. I have no any other option. I just wanted to make you happy. Are you happy?

Ani : Very much...Thank you Shivaay.

Shiv : Thanks to you Ani. Thank you for accepting me. Thank you for coming back to my life. Most importantly thank you for forgiving me. You know sometimes i felt like i don't deserve you. You was very very transparent in our relationship still i failed to trust you. Despite being your strength, i made you more weak. The time you needed me the most, i left you to struggle alone. When i met you in OM after three long years, i taunted you there too. Then i tried all the disgusting ways to make you fall down. Even i tried to force myself on you. I hate myself for that. I felt disgusted on myself. My family stopped talking with me. Our conversations are very limited nowadays except for Omru.

He add in,

Shiv : You know Maa totally stopped talking with me. She loves you more than she loves me. Gowry too, she is totally right at her place as a sister. I totally agree with her. She told me that I'm taking you for granted. She is correct, at first i liked you, i proposed you, we loved each other, then i ditched you not knowing the truth, i tried to hurt you and when i came to know you're innocent i wanted you back. She's correct indeed I'm a selfish man who's taking you for granted.

Ani : Shivaay, it's okay. It's all past. See everything is fine now. Don't feel bad. (she told rubbing his back up and down)

Shiv : See this is your problem. Why you are so good Anika? I think i really don't deserve you. You deserve the best, not an idiot like me.

Ani : Still my heart only wanted this idiot. Yes i was angry on you, i told you that I hate you. Then i realized that my love for you is always one step higher than my anger and hatred. But promise me Shivaay, you'll never leave me again. I don't want go through the same hell again. Promise me you'll trust me in every situation. I just need you by my side, nothing else.

Shiv : I promise baby, i promise I'll be always beside you holding your hand tight no matter how hard our life goes. ( he said while leaned to kiss her forehead). When chandna told me about your suicide attempt, i don't know how many times i died. A life without you is unimaginable Anika. It made me more guilty. What if Reena didn't told me anything, i might lost you forever (he told while caressing the cut scar on her wrist and kissed there)

Shiv : Now i got my precious lady back and there is no word for back off. I promise to love you selflessly and shower with all the happiness. This ring is the witness of all my promises, so don't take it off. Everytime i saw this in your finger, it'll remind me of my promise.

Anika nodded and ask,

Ani : But tell me what you would do if i reject your proposal?

Shiv : I know you won't sweetheart. Whom do you think who give this whole proposal idea? Actually i thought to ask you after you came back from Canada, because i was still unsure about your feelings. Suddenly, Chandna came to my office and told me everything.

Ani : She did that? OMG... i think she got over excited due to her pregnancy hormones and mood swings. Mad woman.

Shiv : Thanks to her. Seriously speaking i was scared at first when I saw her in my office. Thank God she behaved normally. You know last time, she was so angry on me like ready to kill me right at the moment.

Ani : Wow, someone is scared. Good job Chandna.
(after a pause she spoke)
Shivaay, I'm sleepy.

Shivaay took Anika to her room and made her sleep.

Shiv : Sleep well hmm? Goodnight (he kissed her forehead)

Ani : Good night.

Shiv : I expect something else.

Ani : Expectation kills mister.

Shiv : You haven't say i love you also (He pouted)

Ani : Awww, so cute. You should earn it Mr Oberoi. Now.. Shoo shoo. Let me sleep.

Shiv : So rude. BYE

He said faking anger and move towards his room while Anika yelled "sweet dreams" from other side.
