It was a nice day in konoha, the fourth Hokage's son was born that day. Itachi was at home with his two mouth baby brother, his mother had left him in charge to watch him while she ran a couple errands.

It was a peaceful night until the ground began to shake, itachi looks around stunned. He sees people screaming and running away, sasuke had began to cry.

" Sh sh sasuke, everything going to be okay ", he began to run where everyone was going. He saw a friend of his her name izumi.

" Izumi! " He yells towards her, " itachi? " She said back in a scared tone. " We have to get out of here, right now " he said in a Stern voice.

" B-but- ", " no we have to go now " he told her looking dead serious. " O-okay " he grabs her hands and his other held sasuke close to his chest.

They ran to where everyone was going for shelter, on the way he saw his father. He simply greeted him and went to go and find his mother he found her soon.

" Itachi!, Sasuke! " She ran up to sasuke and held them close to her crying a bit. " Thank kami your both okay " she said looking at them both. " Of course mother, I could say the same to you " he said in a gentle voice.

Fugaku had went to see how the Hokage and his wife were holding up. He gets there and sees Kushina Being escorted away with her new born baby.

" Lord fourth! " Minato turns and looks at him, a sigh of relief left his mouth. " Fugaku I'm glad you came, just in time ", " Lord fourth this is getting out of control!! " the third Hokage told him.

" I know this is only half, were going have to find someone quick to seal it in " minato yelled. Everyone was conflicted and didn't know what to do, they were in a tight spot at the moment.

" What if we were to get an uchiha, and seal this half in it? " Spoke Lord third. " That could work, but we need to act fast. Fugaku who would you recommend for a jinchuriki? " Said minato at him.

" I really don't know, the only people I could think of are itachi and shisui uchiha " He said to them. " Do know where either of them are?! " Yelled Lord third.

" I'm not sure of shisui, but itachi's with everyone else " fugaku said. " I can go and grab him real quick " Yelled minato. " Are you sure about this? " asked Lord third.

" Positive, besides I had Kushina and Naruto escorted away from here. We have no other option " Minato said. Minato uses a jutsu to disguise himself to blend in. Luckily he spotted itachi quick. He ran up to him and grabbed his hand, itachi looks at him confused.

" Itachi Uchiha come with me urgently, your father is summoning you ", " oh, uh okay " he said feeling hesitate but went with him. They got there quick and itachi was confused, why would his father summon him into the battlefield with no experience.

" Father? " itachi said looking at his father with a confused expression on his face. " Itachi, your a good boy and know you will never betray this village and the uchiha's. I'm sorry for the hardship that will happen, but we had no other option. We're going to have to seal half the Ninetails inside of you " fugaku spoke looking him dead in the eyes.

Itachi was shocked but knew his father has a reason to have picked him. " I see, I shall not let you down ", " very well ". So they began to do the proper seals, and get the Ninetails under control.

It did hurt as they did a seal, itachi held back his screams and tears. Soon it was over, the process took a toll on itachi's small body, he had passed out.

" It's done, you sure you're okay with this fugaku? " Minato told him. " Of course, I know he's young. But I know he was the right choice, I just hope he won't hate it and what's to come with this new found power " fugaku said looking down at his body, that he held.

When everything was over everyone pointed fingers at the uchiha's. Of course minato said it wasn't any of the uchiha's in the village who did it, instead of a man who wore a white mask with black swirls, a long black cloak, and had chains around his wrists and short black spiky hair.

But they decided to calm down the tension to have there own little compound in the village, minato agreed. When word got out half the Ninetails was sealed into itachi, people gave him the cold shoulder and dirty looks.

It didn't bother him, his mother got more overprotective of him. Currently he was training when he felt someone was watching him, he turns around and looks.

" Come on out!!, I can sense you!! " He said and held a kunai knife close to him. Shisui comes out from a bush, and smiles itachi put down the kunai knife.

" Shisui I've told you to stop doing that " itachi spoke to him, shisui laughs he walks over to him. " You're getting better at sensing me " he said smiling at him.

" You've been doing this lately, did my father put you up to this? " Itachi asked looking at him. " Nope I'm just concerned about you, plus your dad told me to watch over you " he said in a casual way.

" What did I just ask you, sometimes you still amaze me " he said looking at him unfazed. " I need to watch after you, you don't know how many people would die to get that half of the tail beast from inside of you " shisui said looking serious.

" I know shisui, that's why I need to train. To control it, and I don't care what others think or say. My father choose me for a reason, and I won't let him or the village down " he said looking serious. " I know, now let's get to training " shisui said to lighten the mood. " Right " and the two began to train, unaware of the mask man watching them from afar.

What you guys think, another obita. I have a good plot for this, I really hope you guys are going to love this story. Well I have to go see you guys later author-chan out, bye!
