Lesser known facts
NOTE: Read this only after you've read the whole book or else you won't get a single word here.
These are some lesser-known facts about this book. This chapter will show how a writer's mind changes every now and then since they want to make their story the best. We decide on a different storyline with different events taking place when we begin thinking about the plot for the very first time. However, once we start writing, the story takes a different turn. A good turn I must say.
Now, let us jump into some interesting facts about this story.

1. Yoongi's father was supposed to be introduced in this book and Jia was supposed to be in touch with him.
I had also decided on who should be his father. However, I felt it would just complicate the story. The more characters, the more complications. Hence, I decided to show him moving away after divorcing Yoo-Jin.
Let me show you the picture of who his father was supposed to be.
2. Jia's character was supposed to be a b*tch.
Initially, I had thought to keep Jia's character as a bit childish, bratty, and possessive. In short, she was supposed to have a negative character. However, if she was portrayed in such a way, you all would have said, "Yes, she deserves Jimin. They both deserve each other since they are the same." It would have been no fun. I wanted to make you all feel sad for Jimin's current girlfriend. Hence, I changed her character into a positive one.
3. Jimin was supposed to be emotional.
I had decided to keep him emotional, who would always cry over the fact that he didn't treat Bora nicely. However, that would make his character a bit lovable and you all might have overlooked the fact that he hurt Bora and didn't deserve her. So instead, I show him being rude to Bora as if he didn't repent of his sins.
4. Jungkook was supposed to be Jimin's real sibling.
But then, if that was the case, there would have been no past haunting Hae-sook and Jimin. So I had to show him an illegitimate child of Jimin's father.
5. Taehyung and Aera weren't supposed to be dating.
When I decided on the storyline, Aera was supposed to be Bora's best friend who stayed with her because her family lived in a different city. They had practically grown up together. And Aera was supposed to have feelings for Yoongi and that would eventually make her feel jealous of Bora.
But no Asian family allows a young girl or a young boy to live with them if they have a young son or daughter respectively in their family. Asian families are really protective of their kids and it wouldn't look appropriate too, because in such cases, the kids end up dating while for the parents, they are like siblings. Such situations are complicated. So I decided to show them dating to end different theories or questions that could appear in the future.
NOTE: I'm not judging an Asian family and I'm not generalizing the situation too. Not every household is the same. However, I'm Asian too and since the time I began growing up, my brother stopped bringing his friends because he feared that they might not just look at me as their friend's sister. You know what I mean, right?
6. Yoongi and Bora weren't supposed to have so many moments together like kissing and all.
But since Yoongi was the second character and I wanted you all to root for him, so I decided to give you all some of them. Also, before I chose Jimin as the main character, it was already decided that Yoongi was the second lead and he would get the girl. I didn't change my mind while writing the book. Mind that! So don't just take the credit that Author-nim/Unnie/Didi did this because I wanted this. No! You got such an ending because I wanted to end the book like that XD
7. Hoseok wasn't supposed to be in one-sided love with Bora and Yoongi wasn't supposed to know Yoongi.
It was already decided that Hoseok was their university friend. However, I thought that if I showed it in this way (one-sided lover + Yoongi's friend), Yoongi would start diving deeper into Bora's past and that would reduce some chapters since this was a short story. I had no intention to make this a novel. Poor Hoseok was left heartbroken in the process!
8. Taehyung wasn't supposed to love and trust Yoongi so soon.
But then again, the story would have dragged unnecessarily and it would be more of Yoongi than Jimin, especially when Yoongi was the second character. You know, it would have raised doubts in your minds that why there were so many chapters of Yoongi and Taehyung. I didn't want to give away the ending, so I decided to keep things short as much as I could.
9. Jia wasn't supposed to hear Taehyung and Yoongi's talk.
Calling everyone in the office was supposed to be done by Yoongi. But that would break two people (Jia and Bora) at the same time. And rather than focusing on the revelation part, I would have to show more of Jia and Bora's emotions. So to make it less complicated and focus on crucial things, I decided for Jia to hear their talk and plan all this so she could prepare herself in the meantime.
10. The Epilogue was supposed to start with Bora's wedding.
I wanted to show her getting married and I almost wrote half a chapter, confusing you with who she was getting married to. And while taking the vows it was supposed to be revealed that it was Yoongi. However, I don't know what got into my head but I googled about Korean weddings since I wanted to describe the chapter well. And at that time I got to know that they (Koreans) don't take vows as Christians do. I might be wrong but I got to know this from a few Korean vlogs too. And if there were no vows, there would be no taking names of each other. So I decided to show the scene where they were already married instead.
