Fifteen: Your Guardian Angel

Elsa

"Don't even think about it.", I smudged my whole hand to Anna's cheeky face. She giggled and sat down on the couch.

"What happened?", she innocently asked while hugging a yellow pillow. 

I rolled my eyes, "Nothing... we just walked home from school."

"Wait... ALL THE WAY FROM SCHOOL?", she gasped.

I nodded, "Well, yeah... I missed the bus."

"Oh I see,", she mouthed an 'o'. "Well then, carry on with your story.". Her lips were curled up in a cute, but oh-so annoying smile.

"I told you.", I exclaimed. "Nothing else happened."

"But, you- oh!"

Before she could finish, I threw a pillow on her face. Anna frowned, "Oh, it's on!"

I formed a light snowball on my palm and threw it to her. Once she felt the cold, her face reddened. 

"Hey! No snowballs!", she huffed underneath the cold powder. I laughed until my stomach hurt, and Anna was just standing there... err... pouting?

"Sorry...", I said while catching my breath. I've never laughed so hard like that before. "That oughta teach you a lesson not to mess with my personal life."

"But that's the job of the little sisters!", Anna whined. 

"I guess you need more snow on your face then.", I joked.

She raised her hands up, "Okay, okay! I get it... I'm off to my room."

I laughed, "Oookay..."

My phone interrupted my Doctor Who marathon, "Hello?"

"Hey, Els.", Jack's cool and calm voice echoed out of the receiver.

"Hey...", I replied... Somehow, I'm not used to his voice in phone calls... it's so... gorgeous.

"You sound bothered.", he said.

"Well, I was in the middle of a Doctor Who marathon, and guess who just rudely interrupted me.", I smugly answered.

"Whoops, sorry Snowflake!", he said. "I just thought somebody wanted to talk with their boyfriend... I guess I should hang up now."

"Waaait!", I whined.

The only thing I heard was Jack's cute laugh... Just hearing it made me smile like a dopey duck. Wait, can ducks even smile? Oh, forget it! I bet you know what I mean.

"Okay... maybe I do wanna talk to somebody.", I admitted. "Doctor Who can wait."

"Okay, then.", he replied. 

Awkward silence...

"Well, what do you plan to do on your birthday?", I asked him.

"Nothing much I guess... I just wanna hang out with you.", I could hear the smirk from his face... I rolled my eyes. "I can hear you blushing from here, Els."

"W-what? I wasn't!", I denied.

"Tell me more about it, Els.", he joked. 

I threw myself on the couch. My heart was racing, and I couldn't think so clearly.

"Hyperventilating there?", he cockily asked.

"Ya know, ya should stop doin' that.", I made a failing impression of Merida's accent.

He chuckled, "Why?"

"Cause it makes me feel jumpy... or something...", I tried my best to keep all my girly squeals in. This is so abnormal for me... This doesn't happen to me everyday...

So this is what love does to people...

Jack

The next day came, and I was once again stuck with Merida and Eugene during lunch. The other part of the gang had classes, and I had to force myself to listen to Merida's endless archery lecture.

"And then I got this new bow.", she babbled. I stuck my head to Eugene... who was endlessly nodding at whatever the fiery redhead was saying.

"Yo, Fitz.", I whispered. He averted his attention to me.

"What?"

"Wanna bail?", I asked. He nodded, "God, I need a break away from arrows and targets."

We faced Merida again... who was now talking about how she trained herself in Scotland.

"Hey, Mer?", Eugene cut her monologue out.

"What?", Merida replied in her normal sassy accent.

Eugene gave me a quick look, and I just nodded at him, "Jack and uh... I have something to do in the..."

"The Computer Room!", I filled in for him.

She raised an eyebrow, "Uh, okay then..."

Eugene and I walked away swiftly from the cafeteria and hid somewhere in the gym. 

"Glad that's over.", I exclaimed. Eugene smiled. 

"What do you plan me to do?", a voice called out from the pillars of the gym. I motioned Eugene to the back of the wall. "You want what?"

"Who's that?", Eugene asked me. I shook my head.

His voice seemed familiar.

"So, you want to get revenge from Elsa...", the man said.

Revenge... Elsa?

Eugene's mouth dropped, "Dude, we have to knock the crap out of this douche."

"Hans? I think I've been spotted. Got to run.", the man called out... most probably to a phone. He must have heard Eugene, and decided to chicken out.

Once the coast was clear, we got out of the cranny. Elsa is in great danger... and it's Hans.

"Jack, we have to warn Elsa.", Eugene said.

"I'll protect her from anyone."

"But how will we know who's Hans been contacting?", he reasoned out.

I turned away, "I don't know, but his secret's going to crack someday."

Elsa

"Don't forget to bring lots of tape, Elsa!", Esme said. We were partners for the experiment in Biology, and so I had to bring some of that strips of adhesive... or for short, tape.

"Okay, I won't!", I replied. 

The autumn sunset was clearly visible in the sky. I didn't forget to bring my car now today... so that's quite an achievement.

I heard panting coming towards me, "Elsa!"

"Hey Jack...", I smiled. "What's up?"

"You have to be careful... Someone's coming after you.", Jack said in between breaths.

What?

"Who?", I asked.

He bit his lip, "I don't know, Elsie. But I'm here for you."

I tried to smile at him, and he pulled me over for a hug.

I just started a new life... a new relationship with Jack... and I didn't want Hans anymore in my life. I'm scared... I don't want anything to happen to me...

And Jack...

"I'll always be here, Elsa.", Jack said. "I'll be your guardian angel."

A/N: I'm not really sure if this thing was uh... a good chapter? I kinda rushed this thing, so I just typed everything that I thought sounded smart enough for you.

I bet you all know who is the dude... He's tall, dark... and handsome? NOT!

Haha, so I wish you all liked... or even APPROVE of how this chapter went, and I'll be updating again next Saturday... hopefully...
