Jude was now nine months pregnant and she was ready for her babies to come out now.

She had experienced horrendous pains in her back as her doctor explained that she could still be having Braxton Hicks contractions. Her doctor also said that Braxton Hicks comes and goes, but actual contractions could last awhile.

Jude was in the kitchen, making dinner and an apple pie when Kit came in from work as he smiled.

"Baby, I'm home." Kit announced as Jude smiled.

"I know darling, now it's almost time to eat. Go shower and change your clothes." Jude said as Kit wrapped his arms around her as his hands laid on her butt.

"Okay baby." Kit said as Jude smiled and he made his way upstairs to shower and change into something comfortable.

Jude was about to set the salad she had just made when a pain hit her as she leaned against the counter and table.

"I don't know whether that was a fake or a real one. I'll let daddy time them when he comes downstairs." Jude said as the pain settled down as she held onto her chair and rubbed her stomach.

Kit came downstairs to see Jude with her eyes closed and doing her breathing exercises as he knew it was almost time to head to the hospital.

"Kit, after we have dinner, I will need you to go upstairs and get our bags and the babies things. I believe I'm going into labor." Jude said as a back contraction slowly crept up on her.

"Okay." Kit said as he kept calm for her but was freaking out on the inside.

"Honey, it's going to be alright. I will go call Vivien and we'll sleep in the guest room down here."

"Will Vivien be sleeping in the other bed?"

"Yes. I wanted to keep Roy and Jane from tearing each other's clothes off.''

"I know."

"Just think... Josiah and Kennedy are almost here." Jude said as she smiled.

"I know and I can't wait to meet them." Kit said as he gave Jude a kiss.

"I hope your meatloaf is good. I got it out the cookbook Vivien got me for my birthday."

"You know, if you're still wanting to induce labor by having sex, I'm all for it."

"Do you think it will help?"

"I believe so."

"I will go call Vivien and have everyone come here."

"Okay."

Kit went to call Vivien as she said she would be there in a little while.

"She said she will be here in a little while."

"Hmm... Good." Jude sighed as she focused on her contraction.

"Let's time these bad boys." Kit said as he sat beside her and waited for her next contraction.

"Even though I have been wanting my own children for so long, I also want you to know, I'm scared." Jude said as Kit held her hands.

"I know babe, because I am too." Kit said as Jude stood up and balanced herself as she walked to the stove.

"What's wrong babe?"

"Let's go to the bedroom. I want to hurry them along."

"Okay." Kit said as he lifted her off her feet.

Kit carried her into their downstairs bedroom as he laid her down on her back.

"Great, now I have a foot cramp." Jude groaned

"Any second thoughts mommy before our babies come?"

"Yeah, I need you baby. Come here daddy before I start getting bitchy again."

"You're not that bad." Kit said as he took off his clothes.

"Me next and I guess you're right, now come here." Jude said as she motioned for him to cradle her tummy.

""You know? I've never seen a woman more sexier with a tummy like yours."

"You mean a pregnant woman with twins?"

"There is nothing sexier than a woman carrying babies."

"I need to ask you something that's been heavily weighing on my mind lately."

"Okay darling, anything."

"Do you want more children after we have these little angels?" Jude asked as Kit started kissing her collarbone.

Kit was scared of what to say as he just wanted their babies they had now.

"I just want these two, unless you want more."

"No, it took me this long to have children and I am not going to screw this up like everything else that I did at one point in my life."

"Baby, things got tough and people fucked you over and over again."

'And I was a whore with a drinking problem."

"Jude, I hate that word."

"Well, I was."

"Jude baby, that was ages ago and you went through a hell of a lot to get where you are now."

"Sweetheart, I'm not going to hide anything from you."

"And you haven't. Baby, everyone has a past and never once did you judge me after we all got out of that heinous place."

"But... I did when we were there."

Kit seen the worry in her eyes as he kissed her as she felt another strong pain in her abdomen area.

"Hmm... Baby, time... this one." Jude mumbled.

Kit started timing it as Jude did her breathing as it was stronger.

"Alright, let's not waste anymore time. I want to meet our children." Jude said as Kit pulled her up to face him as he took off her silk red night gown as he slipped his hand into her matching underwear as she moaned.

"Oh my God!" Jude moaned as she started rocking back and forth on the friction of his hand while he was kissing her neck.

"Seems like the babies are calming down."

"They are, but mommy's not." Jude said as Kit smiled.

"Is someone on a wild spree tonight?"

"To hurry our children up because I want to meet them. I want to see their little faces and see whom they take after."

"Maybe we were right about Josiah taking after me and Kennedy taking after you."

"We'll find out when and how we can hurry these damn labor pains up. We've tried everything from walking, eating weird things and even sex, but these babies don't want to come." Jude said as she started tearing up.

"We haven't tried everything."

"We haven't?" Jude asked

"Remember the list of things that the doctor gave us?"

"Oh yes, where is it?" Jude asked as Kit turned on the light.

Kit searched for it on his side of the bed as Jude grabbed her glasses as he found it.

"See?"

"Mark sex off the list."

"We tried three times already."

"I know and it didn't make it any easier." Jude said as Kit marked it off.

"We have three options on here."

"Dancing, I like that one."

"Want to try it tomorrow?"

"Sure, but Vivien is on her way right now probably."

"I know, but she and the girls usually go check on the library."

"Okay, then we have a option of spicy food."

"Can I eat shrimp,? The reason why I am asking is, because I am craving it." Jude said

"I don't see why not, but it has to be spicy. Also, raspberry tea."

"One of my favorite things to drink."

"We'll make some tomorrow and get some spicy shrimp, plus dancing and we'll see after it's all said and done. Hopefully, these two will make their appearance soon." Kit said as he rubbed her stomach.

"I can't wait to hold them in my arms and see them on my chest."

"Me too sweetheart."

"What if we have some fun tomorrow?"

"I love that idea!"

"Like we'll take a walk just for fun."

"What if we just not on inducing labor on our own, maybe if just pops up out of nowhere. Maybe that's the problem."

"Perfect!"

"I know."

"Are you tired?"

"A little. What about you?"

"Yes."

"Okay, well let's get some sleep."

"Sounds great."

"I love you baby." Kit said as Jude smiled.

"I love you too darling." Jude said as Kit kissed her.

Jude laid down on her back as Kit laid on his side with his hand on her stomach, feeling the babies move around.

The next morning

Kit woke up to see Jude was resting peacefully, which was rare as she always woke up to the babies being super active. It was nice to let her sleep in for a chance, especially since Josiah and Kennedy will make their appearance any day now, maybe today, he thought.

Kit walked out of the bedroom and into the living room to see Vivien in the kitchen with Violet, Pepper, Jane and Roy.

"Good morning y'all."

"Good morning Kit. How's Jude doing? Any progress on when the babies are coming?"

"We tried to induce labor again last night, but they officially developed their mother's stubbornness."

"Don't let her hear you say that."

"Yeah, we know all about her feisty side."

"Shh... She might be asleep, but she has been a light sleeper lately."

Kit and Vivien made breakfast as Jude awoke to the babies telling her it was time to wake up.

She showered and got dressed as she put on her green floral maternity dress as she stood in front of her vanity mirror, curling her hair and putting on makeup.

Kit brought their bags down, just in case she went into labor.

"Getting prepared?" Vivien asked as she snuck up behind him with two coffee mugs in her hands.

"Oh yeah. We though we would try the last three alternatives on our list."

"Did you try having sex?"

"Yes."

"It works."

"Nice to know."

"Anyway, the girls are expecting me at the library and I don't want to keep them waiting." Vivien said as she went to rinse out her cup and put it in the dish drain.

"If Jude goes into labor..."

"Call me." Vivien cut him off.

"Okay."

Vivien left as Jude came out to see Kit making a phone call.

"Yes man. Just let Jane know if anything happens, we'll call you."

"Are you sure?" Roy asked

"I will call you." Kit said as Jude laughed as she felt a contraction roll over.

"Hoo... It might not be too long." Jude said as Kit turned around to see her with her hands on her stomach.

"Alright, I'm going now. Call me and tell me as soon as she goes into labor."

"Okay man, bye."

Kit hung up as Jude smiled.

"Come here sweetheart." Jude said as he did.

"Keep breathing in and out sweetheart. You're doing great baby." Kit timed her contractions as they were close but apart at the same time.

"It won't be too long before they're here." Jude said as Kit sat in front of her with his hands on her stomach.

"Listen babies, mommy and daddy have been waiting on you for so long and when you get here, we'll buy you whatever you want." Kit talked to the babies as they started moving around.

"Let's try the spicy shrimp first." Jude said as she was ready to have their babies.

"Yeah?"

"Yes!" Jude said excitedly.

Kit placed an order for their lunch and hung up.

"Lunch is on the way."

"Well, let's take a walk around the yard until the person gets here. It's such a wonderful day outside and no need to ruin it." Jude said as she slipped on her shoes and sunglasses as they walked around their yard and Kit picked her a few roses from her garden.

"For the most beautiful rose in the world." Kit kissed her as they heard a car pull up as they went back in the house.

Kit answered the door as he paid for their food and the guy left.

"Now babies, quit being stubborn." Jude talked to her stomach.

"Tea?"

"Ooh yes."

Kit poured the tea in a glass over ice as Jude took itty bitty bites out of her shrimp and drunk little sips of her tea.

She could feel her abdomen tighten up a bit as she felt a contraction.

"It's working, but the shrimp is too hot. I need to cool it down."

"Milk." Kit said as he got her a glass.

She downed it as she felt better.

"Feeling anything yet?"

"A little bit of pain, but that's all. They're being stubborn." Jude said.

"Well, let's dance." Kit stood up as he helped her up.

"Maybe the dancing will help."

"We could try sex again."

"Okay, but after that, we'll wait for them to come on their own time."

"Sounds like a plan." Jude said as she led him to the spot behind the couch.

"Ready?"

Yes."

Kit turned on Fleetwood Mac as Jude smiled.

"Okay now, remember step back with your hand on my waist." Jude said as he did.

"I'm left, you're right."

"Got it." He went left as Jude went right.

Jude felt her side extremely tense up as she just knew it was probably almost time.

"Alright now, spin me."

"Are you sure?"

"Positive."

"Okay."

Kit held her hand as he spun her and caught her with both of his hands.

"Not bad Mr. Walker."

"These lessons have been wonderful, Mrs. Walker." Kit said as Jude felt something drip down her legs.

Kit noticed the puddle beneath their feet as a contraction painfully hit her.

"Babe?" Kit asked her nervously.

"It's time!"

"Okay, let's breathe in and out your nose and mouth."

"Go call Vivien and Roy."

"Okay." Kit said as he was more nervous than Jude was as she focused on her contractions and timed them with his watch.

Kit called Vivien and Roy as they were on their way.

"They're on their way."

"Good, I need to bathe and change clothes."

Kit helped her bathe and get into another maternity dress as she felt another contraction hit as she held onto Kit for support.

"I'm nervous."

"I know sweetheart, but we'll be okay." Jude caressed his face and kissed his lips.

Soon, Vivien arrived with the girls and Roy.

"Has her water broke yet?" Jane asked as Vivien helped her into the car.

"Yes." Kit answered as Jude was yet hit was another contraction.

"I'll clean it up." Pepper said

"Hurry please!" Jude said as her contraction subsided.

They got everything ready and were on their way to the hospital with Vivien and Pepper in the backseat with Jude and Roy drove with Kit in the passenger seat.

Jane and Violet were behind them, choosing to stay out of the unless Jude needed them.

They arrived at the hospital as they got out and went inside as they checked in and was escorted to a room.

"Here's your hospital gown and we'll be in shortly to put in your IV and discuss your options of an epidural, plus to put in your catheter." Her nurse said.

"Catheter?" Kit asked

"I'm not going to need that." Jude said.

"Once your contraction progress, you won't be able to go to the restroom unless we insert a catheter." Her nurse said.

"Goodness."

"I know, but we change them."

"Of course." Jude said as she threw her a smile.

"I'll be back."

"I can already tell you, I don't like her."

"You don't like a lot of people."

"I have my reasons."

"I know, but let's focus on these two." Vivien said as she rubbed Jude's side.

Jude had her IV put in and the catheter as Kit held her hand and made sure she was comfortable, even through the unbearable contractions.

Jude was able to rest during this time with a sedative they put in her IV to relieve her of any pain she had as she smiled at Kit.

"Thank you." Jude told him.

"For what darling?" Kit asked her as he laid beside her and caressed her stomach.

"For loving me."

"I will always love you baby."

"I know that, but after everything we went through."

"God put us together for a reason."

"Maybe he seen that we were both lonely on the inside, if not, then what for?"

"He knows that you were tired from all the hell you went through, from your young life and leading up to all your time at Briarcliff."

"Also, I thank God for bringing you to Briarcliff."

"Well, I hated it there."

"I know, but if you were never sent there, then we would not be together."

"That's one of the reasons why I needed to be there. Lana and Pepper helped me."

"I don't blame you for anything."

"I know that too, but those three quacks got what they deserved."

Jude still hated Arden and Thredson, Timothy was like a dangerous burning sensation in the pit of her stomach. She knew in her heart know that maybe it was for the best that he never rescued her.

"I can't believe we're going to have two babies."

"Well, believe it."

"Let's get some rest darling."

"Okay." Jude said as they got comfortable as she rested her head up against his.

Vivien decided to get some ice for Jude, knowing she was going to need it as she seen Lana walking towards her.

"Lana hey!" Vivien said.

"Hi Vivien. How's Jude?"

"She's resting. The doctor put a sedative in her IV so she could rest before it became too much for her.''

"I want to be here with y'all so she won't feel alone."

"She asked about you a few days ago."

"I know and she called me, so I'm here for y'all."

"Well, I was going to go sit with her, but since she's resting, let's go see what the girls are up to."

"Okay." Lana said as they walked towards the waiting room.

"Is Jude okay?" Roy asked

"She's fine." Lana said

"She's resting."

"Okay." Jane said as she drifted back off to sleep with Pepper and Violet.

"They look well." Lana said

"They were up all night, worrying if Jude went into labor." Vivien said

"She would have called."

"I know, but they were also making baked goods for her."

"One thing that I'm not that good at."

"It's alright, neither was Violet, but me and Jude taught all three of them." Vivien said as Kit walked out to see them.

"Vivien, it's time!" Kit said excitedly.

"Let's go!" Vivien said as she followed Kit and they were followed by Roy and the girls.
