Removing it's influence,  killing off the others loyal to it and annihilating any chance of a return. For a while you saw the old Bruce instead of the One Babrbatos lead, and molded.

But he refused to accept your gratitude, your words... Everything to deny him being the lesser evil or close to his redemption...
