A week has passed since Zane had introduced himself to Ro. Although they had just recently met, Zane wanted to know more about her. As a friend level of course!

Zane had introduced her to the other residents on MyStreet; who of which; were very nice to her. She was very bubbly around them and always seemed to have a happy aura beaming around her at all times. 

Zane didn't find her as attractive on a love-like level. He knew that Nana will always be the one for him. Nothing could change that! 

He did notice however that Garroth, Laurence, and Dante gave her a look of interest. As if a spark of like-like-ness had sparked inside of them. He had found it weird because they JUST met her!

But whatever.

It was now the second week of April with the spring-summer air had sparked the little refreshments stands of lemonade, ice cream, shaved ice, and many others to appear throughout town. 

Whenever Zane and Kawaii~Chan would go out in town, they would pick up a drink or an ice cream serving to enjoy. Of course, they would mess around with their food like some couples do. But they would sometimes get "Aww!"s from pedestrians that crossed them. 

They had made sure to keep their relationship under the radar. Only Katelyn had known about them. She promised not to say anything and respect their wishes. 

With a lot of convincing....

But never the less, they still acted like the cute  couple you would be envious of....in a good way! Haha!

I have friends that are like that. Everyone looks at them like "OMG! #GOOOAALS!" and "UGH! I WISH I HAD THAT! ;-;" I just sit there. Doodling and keeping to myself. XD

On a warm Wednesday morning, Kawaii~Chan stirred awake to her phone buzzing loudly. She rubbed her eyes and grabbed her phone off from the other side of her bed. 

"Wha...?" She mumbled, squinting her eyes. She found a new text message notification from Melissa. Her eyes sparked with joy as she squealed at the top of her lungs! 

"Oh my Irene, yes! Ahh! This is the best day ever!!" She boomed, overjoyed by what the message read. She flailed her hands around giddily as she read the message. 

" Hey cutie! Just convinced my dad to let you join us! Make sure to get everything packed my May. You guys will be heading to Starlight before Aph, so yeah! Hope to see you soon! "

Nana couldn't believe it. She did it! Now she can spend summer with her darling Zane! 

She blushed slightly at her own thought. But she couldn't help herself! Why wouldn't any normal person react the same way?

But then again, who said she was normal?

Her bedroom door swung open with a loud thud as her head snapped in the sound's direction. She saw Katelyn with a look of aloofness. Her grouchy frown and glaring eyes made Kawaii~Chan hide in her covers. 

"Why are you squealing so loud at this ungodly hour!? C'mon KC, let meh sleep!" Katelyn whined as she stormed out the room. "Sorry!" she shouted and closed her door after Katelyn had left. 

She spent the rest of the morning freshening up for the day and doing random things in her phone.

Later that day, Kawaii~Chan came back after a hangout with Zane. They went out to a summer fair close to their street and enjoyed the festivities. 

When she returned home, she noticed Katelyn chatting with Ro. 

"Ugh, at least he could take a hint! Imagine being the main target of the biggest flirt on the street!" Katelyn spoke with an austere tone. 

Ro laughed in a lax tone as she took a caramel candy off the coffee table. "Honestly Katelyn, you have it rough. Haha!" 

Katelyn's eyes shifted to Nana who stood in the kitchen, whipping up some pastries. She dismissed her placid presence and continued her conversation. 

"Oh! You said that you would tell me more about you! You promised me earlier when we first met." Katelyn said. Ro's eyes grew worrisome; even though it wasn't noticed by Katelyn. 

"I'm not that interesting, y'know. Just your average person." She laughed weaker than before subsequently. Again, it was dismissed by the eager blue haired female. 

"Just tell me!" She begged and looked at Ro with curiosity. She felt slightly coerced by Katelyn, and submitted to her. "Fine, I'll tell you." She groaned. 

"Yes!" she boasted and made herself more comfortable on the couch. Kawaii~Chan crept in the living space as well, sitting on the spot next to Ro. 

"Where should I start?" She asked nervously. 

"At the beginning." Katelyn cooed jokingly. 

She took in a deep breath.

"Well..." Ro began. "It all started when I was born in IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII and I was born in a family of 4. But I never really grew up with my dad. Just with my mother and sister. Which kinda makes us 3, I guess." 

"What happened to your dad?" Kawaii~Chan asked. "We don't speak of him." She replied in a lax way. 

She continued. "But my mother is the sweetest thing. She would always know what to say all the time. But couldn't say the same for my sister..." 

Her gaze shifted away from the girls. 

"My sister wasn't the best sister. As we grew older, she pushed me away more and more. Although it was never announced, it was there. Everyone around us plus ourselves knew it." 

Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan had a look of empathy, and Ro noticed this. "I don't need your empathy. It's fine, really. We don't talk much these days though. Umm...." 

Nana was about to speak but decided to hold her tongue. For the best at least. 

"I had an average life growing up. Met new friends, lost some, was back-stabbed a few times, but hey! That's just life!" She rushed. Her countenance turned brighter and more cheerful. 

"My life growing up wasn't like yours. Likewise for every single person. But that's how I got here. How I lived my life. Heh." She concluded, twisting a curly strand of her ombre hair in her finger. 

The room was filled with silence. 

"..."

"Let's talk about something else, shall we?" Nana suggested. The other two girls nodded. 

They began to talk about their day. Kawaii~Chan couldn't help but fangirl over her day with Zane. She began to talk about it until Ro interjected. 

"Wait, Zane is your boyfriend!? Why haven't you told me!?" She yelled. The other girls laughed at her disbelief until she started laughing too. 

"But that's great to hear! And I totally ship it~!" Ro cooed, making Nana blush. 

A ding went off.

"Oh, pastries are done! Let's eat them!" Nana panicked, flicking her hand ans she rushed to pull them out the oven.

"Yesh!" Ro threw her hands in the air as she got up to enjoy the freshly baked goods.
