To the person with suicidal thoughts,

What you're going through is not easy, and not a lot of people may understand that. But I do, and I'm here for you whenever you need me.

I know that, at times, the thoughts you have can be scary. They're loud and insistent and they want you to listen. You may have given in at one point, but you're still here.

I am so happy that you're still here and are reading this. You are such a gift to everyone you have interacted with. I know it may not seem like it at times, but I promise you that there's at least one person besides me that values you so much. 

Suicidal thoughts are hard to deal with, and you are so strong for making it this far. 

I want you to know that I believe in you. I believe that you can make it through today. I believe that you can make it through tonight. I believe that you can make it through tomorrow. I believe that you can make it.

You may not believe it, but I do. I believe in you.

And that might not mean that much to you right now, and that's okay. Just focus on getting through the next five minutes, then the next five minutes. You'll be surprised how far you can get.

If you ever need someone to talk to, whether that be ranting, venting, or talking about something random to distract you, you are more than welcome to message me. I might not respond immediately, but I'll respond as soon as I can.

I--and so many others--love and care about you more than you could ever imagine, and I want to do everything I can to help you get through this.
