Grey Freaking Elliot
Chapter 18:
(Kerri's POV)
We walk inside, side by side, but not holding hands. God I wish I could slap him. At the moment, I wish he would fall over dead. He is the most stubborn, irritating, arrogant, and exceedingly jealous guy I've ever known.
He pushes through the crowd of bodies to get us a drink I guess.
"You can only have one drink, you'll probably get drunk off of that, seeing as you're practically a nun," Grey laughs, which I don't find it funny at all. I push him into a guy who doesn't like that as much as I did and told him to watch himself.
I laugh and he glares at me.
"You pissed off the wrong person tonight, buddy." I shake my head in disagreement.
He just glares at me in which I return the glare, until we get to the kitchen.
"Are you just gonna pass me up like I'm just a little nobody geek?"
Grey turns around and his face morphs into a smile. I turn around and stay still, watching their hug.
The guy looks just as dark and dangerous as Grey. All of these people do. They are all wearing dark clothes and most of the girls are wearing barely any clothes, and are all over any guy that walks by. I've seen one girl change three guys since I walked into the door.
Grey's back is turned to me and the guy opens his eyes mid hug, scanning me up and down.
I feel uncomfortable and tap Grey's shoulder.
The guy decides to interject," who's this?" His suggestive tone makes me want to puke as they pull a part and Grey is back by my side.
"That's Kerri, she's my...," Grey trails off but I answer for him.
"Friend."
The guys laughs," mhmm, I see."
Grey darkens his soft face and tension grows between the two. "Jackson, Kerri is off limits. She's not yours to have to fun with."
"Well then buddy, you have fun with her and tell me all about it." Jackson's reply doesn't make things better and I pull Grey away from the guy.
"I want a drink," I state in hopes of getting his mind off of that.
He nods and walks over, taking a drink from the guy handing them out.
Grey takes a drink and is unaffected. I, however, choke it down.
"Don't take such big drinks, dumbass."
I give him a murderous glare and shove him into the hallway wall. We had entered a more secluded area of the house, a much quieter hallway.
"Don't make fun of me, this was your idea," I spit.
"Don't give me a reason to." He shoves me into the wall on my side.
Eventually it turns into a shoving and pushing war and I end up on the ground laughing.
He sits down beside me and takes my drink away. "That's mine," I state.
"I don't care, I don't want you to get drunk, you're already laughing your ass off and thinking you intimidate me," he replies with a grin.
I glare at him. I do feel kinda bubbly, my head's kinda spinning.
"Can't I at least have the rest of it, there's almost nothing left."
He nods after my puppy dog eyes and I down the rest of it.
I stare at him and watch his eyes waver over my face. He looks at every detail and crevice in my face before placing his hand on my cheek.
"You're so beautiful," he whispers.
I cannot believe that I am at a party with Grey freaking Elliot. How is this even possible?
I lean into him and close the space between us. The alcohol is running through my veins, making me more courageous than normal. I'd never get this close to Grey purposely.
"Kerri, you're drunk, this will go in the wrong direction, fast," he mutters but it doesn't make me back off.
I press my lips to his and let the alcohol talk. I lift his shirt slightly and drag my cold fingers across his hot skin before being pushed away.
"No, Kerri. You're drunk."
I absolutely do not care at the moment.
I press my hand to his chest and try to kiss him again but he manages to slip out from my grip.
"Kerri, you'll regret it. You know you will. You just aren't thinking straight. Lets dance," he states, flipping a switch in my brain.
I go from angry to excited. I jump up, slightly wobbly from the alcohol, and grab onto Grey's shoulder.
Multiple people call out Grey's name as we walk through the crowd but one is specifically inent on getting his attention as she grabs his hands and pulls Grey into a kiss.
I am just standing there, completely drunk, watching Grey struggle in the wild haired girls embrace.
"Nadia, let me go," Grey struggles under her grip.
I finally realize what is going on and every ounce of my body is put into motion. I push the skinny blonde haired girl away from Grey and start bashing in her face on the floor in the middle of the dancing crowd.
I continue to slap and punch her in the face a couple more times before being pulled off of her by Grey's strong arms. I am thrown over his shoulder and in complete shock I hit Grey a couple of times before noticing it was him.
"Damn girl, you're a different person when you're drunk off your ass," Grey states when we exit the loud house.
I still feel the rapid beating of my heart in my chest and I just want to rip out her blonde hair.
"Don't make it worse. Who is that?" I mutter with venom.
I watch him walk across the porch, he says nothing, just glances at me every now and then.
"I'm going back in there." I walk up to the door and try to grab the doorknob but Grey pulls me away from it.
"Do I have to tie you to the porch?"
"Yes."
He rolls his eyes at me and I just smile at him. "Please, I won't try to fight her..."
He stares at me, trying to find out if I'm being truthful.
I wish he'd just let me go inside and kill her. And then he can explain why she kissed him. At least explain who it is, it'll drive me crazy.
"Let me in the house. You've already screwed up tonight enough. Lucas isn't here, you took away my drink, and now you're being a party pooper. I thought you were the bad ass?" I spit and raise my eyebrow.
He places his hand on my cheek," I am the bad ass. But right now, you're being a dumbass and I refuse to let you be one. Therefore I am the bad ass who is taking care of you."
I grin at him and giggle. "Awh, bad boy has feelings."
He looks away," god you're a pain in this state. You're never drinking again," he mutters, which makes my whole outlook flip.
My face morphs into anger and his face softens. "What?" he questions, letting his hand fall to his side.
I am leaning against the porch railing, not evening looking at him.
"I will drink if I wanna. Let go of me now."
He pulls me over to sit in one of the benches against the wall," you're not leaving."
He loosens his grip some on my arm and I slip out of his hands, running into the house. I shoot straight past the front door crowd and run into the dancing crowd in hopes that he won't see me there.
The music is loud and blaring in my ears but I'm too pissed off to care so I just dance to the beat.
"Hey there," a deep voice comes from behind me.
Kinda a sucky chapter, I think anyways, but tell me what you think. Comment and Vote. -C
