Hiei's POV

I ended up staying at Kuramas as well with Max, botan, Kuwabara, Yusuke and Genkai.
"Hiei time to wake up" Max shook me.
"Eh" I rolled back over. "Ten more minutes"
"Yack yack up now!" She pulled the blankets off of me and laughed.
The sun burned my eyes and my side hurt from me falling asleep on my sword. I didn't remember much from last night.

Last night

"Hiei lets play a game of truth or dare!!" Max yelled from the other side of the apartment.
"Come on Hiei, we're practically family" Kurama laughed.
I grinned my teeth and narrowed my eyes.
"Fine but I'm sitting by Max" Botan came out with her cat face.
"Did I hear truth or dare!!" She made this creepy purring sound.
Soon we were all sitting arround in a giant circle.
" I'm staying out of this kids" Genkai surely informed us and walked to the couch.
"Aww come on grandma!" As fast as ever Genkai hit Yusuke on his head.
I laughed and looked at Max.

Max's POV

I laughed my butt off at those two. Genkai sat back down in the corner of the couch and dozed off.
"Let the game begin!!" Botan was excited, a little too excited.
"Hiei goes first" I yelled and looked at Hiei who was looking at me.
"Ok Botan I dare you to jump across the circle and hug Kurama" I did a little laugh.
Botan gave me a crappy look and tackled Kurama.
"Oh dear" Kurama fell over laughing.
"My turn!" Botan said. "Max hug Hiei, it's a dare"
"Oh please this isn't a dare" I reached across and hugged Hiei.
Hiei laughed and I sat back down, crossing my legs.

Present

Hiei's POV

Oh right I had fallen asleep on Max's shoulder after 12 rounds of truth or dare, I blushed.
"Come on slow poke" she took my hand and led me to the kitchen.
"These are sooooo good Max!!" Yusuke yelled.
I looked and saw like a billion pancaked on a stack.
"You cooked all those" I was totally flabbergasted
"Yep took me like an hour" I didn't even notice her apron covered with flour.
Dude my girl can cook, I could smell the pancakes for sure now.
"Go on dig in!" I sat with everyone else and ate.

Botan gave Max a lift to the boat while the rest of us ran.
I was full and FREKIN exhausted.
When we arrived on the boat Yusuke and his lazy butt fell right asleep agents the wall.
"Idiot" I hissed under my breath.
Max was hiding behind me and attached to my shirt.
"There just demons" I said it so casually.
"There huge!" She loosed her grip thank god.
I rolled my eyes and sat by Yusuke and the rest of the gang.

The announcements came over the loud speaker.
"Welcome to the death boat!!" He yelled. "One team will go to the tournament."
Demons from all over turned to us, the human team.
"Begin!" This was life or death,
I Unclipped my sword and started slashing demons. Max to my surprise used her powers and was slaying  demons right and left with some magic star looking object. That's my girl. Kurama jumped in with his rose whip and everyone else was battling the demons.

Let's see who will win the spot. To the dark tournament!
