Secilia Cross and Danny Phantom

Kora's head snapped to the window, the massive crash drawing everyone's attention. "Another portal has opened. I'm unable to sense where it goes, as it is not entirely within our reality. I can tell that the person on the other side is powerful. This might be all that this reality needs to allow it's magic to stabilize."

"What do you mean it's not entirely within your reality?" Metron asked, getting up and looking out the window.

"I mean, it's enough in my reality that it is being drawn on for magic, but I can't sense what's on the other side."

"Old world Demons can sense magic," Ronan's mom explained.

"Secilia, Secilia's on the other side," Kora said, darting to the window and sliding out. "And she, as far as I know, can't fly."

She leaped up into the air, soaring away.

"Now, I'm sad we don't have Elyse. She can fly." Kella muttered.

"And I can shadow-travel. It's okay if I go, right mom?" Ronan asked, looking to his mom.

"Because it involves Secilia Cross. And it's a weekend. Fine, yes, you can go."

Ronan smirked, grabbing Kella's and Metron's arms, while Daniel grabbed his shoulder. They shadow traveled, appearing on a roof right under the portal. Kora hovered in the air right above them, her massive wings casting a shadow that spread across the entire rooftop.

Kora watched the portal closely, waiting for the inevitable metal to fly out and slam into her. Instead, Secilia flew out of the portal and slammed into her without her suit on. Kora quickly grabbed Secilia's arms, preventing her from falling. "What are you doing without your suit?" She hissed at the barely conscious girl.

"I have no idea what you just said," Secilia said, phasing through Kora's grip, floating up in front of her.

"Secilia, watch out!" Someone else yelled, and Secilia shot up above the portal, whirling around as she did so. Kora was thrown back a little as a green blast hit her in the stomach.

"What was that?" Kora asked, still speaking in Greek.

"I have no idea what you just said," Secilia said again, flying back through the portal.

There were a few more green flashes, then Secilia flew back through the portal, a boy right behind her.

"Who are you?" Kora asked him, then realized he probably couldn't understand her.

"Danny Phantom," He replied, speaking Ancient Greek to her.

"You understood that?" Secilia asked incredulously.

"Yeah, most of Pandora's kingdom uses a similar dialect. Pandora had me learn it." The newly named Danny Phantom looked down, spotting the small group of teens. "Who are your friends?"

"Land and we'll tell you, a bit difficult to shout it up to you," Ronan yelled, his words only barely reaching the teens.

Danny and Secilia dropped down, landing softly, while Kora took a little more time, losing altitude slowly and using her wings as a sort of parachute.

"So, you can understand me, could you translate for Secilia? Any of you would do." Kora grinned at Secilia, happy that she couldn't do something for once.

"I'll have to see if Pandora can teach you Ancient Greek." Danny offered.

"Don't bother, I'm terrible at languages. Can't learn them worth a feather," Secilia frowned, looking away.

"You have a photographic memory, how can you be bad at language?" Danny asked as Kora stood there, tapping her foot impatiently.

"You're cousins, not siblings, stop acting like children!" Kora finally whisper-shouted.

"Secilia Cross is Danny Phantom's cousin?" Ronan asked incredulously?

"Well, not really, technically we aren't related, being from different realities and such, but I did receive a blood transfusion at one point, so it may be different."

"I don't think that counts," Kella volunteered. "But still, meeting Danny Phantom is really cool."

"You aren't going to try and stab me with that dagger?" Danny asked cautiously.

"No, Danny, they aren't the GIW," Secilia said, exasperated. "Ignore my cousin, he's an idiot."

"No, I'm not!" Danny protested.

"Cut it," Kora snapped. "Secilia, the portal has been closed, call Emma please."

"Kora said to call Emma," Danny said helpfully. "Something about a portal being closed."

"Drat, Colyn hates it when Emma needs to be called in." Secilia sighed, tapping on her left arm. "Hey, Emma, I'm a little stuck, could you come in and get me?"

"How stuck?" A voice asked curiously.

"Realities, it's a lack of magic problem," Secilia explained.

"Ah, be right there, Colyn's taking a nap, for now, so he's not here to get upset."

"See you in a minute," Secilia said, nodding slightly.

"Less than that," the voice said, a girl popping into being right next to Secilia. "Hey, the name's Emma."

"Hey Emma," Danny and Kora chorused.

"Emmarine Sandiego," Ronan said, breaking into a grin. "Cool."

"You're a shadow neko," Emma realized, grinning as well.

"Oh, joy, we've got a pair of nerds," Metron commented, smiling.

"Like you wouldn't believe," Daniel commented, rolling his eyes.

"Finally, the magic is stabilized, there won't be any more portals opening up." Kora stepped in between Emma and Ronan, effectively cutting off all nerd talk when she spread her wings slightly.

"If I stayed here, would I keep it stabilized, even if Secilia and Danny have left?"

"Yes, if you remained here, Emma, you alone could keep the magic balanced enough to prevent any more rifts from opening up," Kora said, nodding.

"How could the magic restabilize itself?" Daniel wondered.

"As far as I can tell, there's something here bending the magic around here. Something ancient, older than I am."

"Ew, what's that thing?" Emma wondered, staring over the edge of the building with a disgusted look on her face.

"I don't see anything," Metron said, looking over the railing too. "Except Loreley, she's a new girl around here."

"That thing is not human," Emma said, pointing straight at Loreley. "It's got flaming hair, a donkey leg, and a metal donkey leg."

"Oh, well, I guess Loreley really is an Empousa," Kella commented, looking over the edge too.

"And I guess that Emma's a clear-sighted mortal," Ronan said, looking mildly impressed.

"Alien, technically I'm an alien." Emma corrected.

"Right, well, I'm going to need more than a few hours of sleep, so if you could shadow travel me back home, Ronan, it would be appreciated." Kella smiled, making her way over to Ronan.

"Sure, see you guys in a second." Ronan accepted the hand she offered, the pair melting into the shadows, only for Ronan to return a few minutes later. "Passed out the second she laid down."

Emma snickered slightly. "There's a time difference, where I'm from, it's the middle of the day, not the middle of the night. I'm as awake as Onyx always is."

Ronan grinned at her, and she smiled in return.

"Well, now that we've established that you two would make the cutest couple, Danny and Secilia still need to get back home." Kora interrupted.

"Hey," They protested.

"Hi, we still need a ride," Secilia said, patting Emma on the shoulder.

"Just don't phase through me," Emma replied. "Carbonne decided your phasing would not work well with my armor."

"Got it." Secilia waved to the rest of them. "See you later perhaps." Emma grabbed both Danny's and Secilia's shoulders, then disappeared.

"So, Emma and Kora staying with you?" Metron asked Ronan. "None of our parents will probably understand."

"I got them, they can use the room next to my sister's, it hasn't been used in a while," Ronan said, nodding.
