Battle!
(A/N) With any luck, this'll be the chapter where the battle starts. It should be. But hey, I do not control my characters, they decide what happens.
"Are they going to attack?" Kat wondered, watching the army cautiously, peeking out over the hill.
"If you keep looking at them, they will notice us," Ronan hissed.
"Where's Summaria? And Elizabeth for that matter," Emma asked.
"Invisible, they're scouting out. Elizabeth is terrified, so there's little chance anyone is going to see her." Colyn offered. "Kella, when do your families get here?"
"The Hunters will arrive when the battle starts, and our families are on the way." Ronan replied.
"And the camps?" Emma asked.
"Are getting here as fast as they can," Kella reassured them.
"And the little kids?"
"Well, Kaara is the youngest, and Illya is playing babysitter. She's injured, so she's taking care of the littlest ones that can't fight." Ronan said.
"And the rest of your siblings are fighting?" Emma asked.
Ronan frowned, looking away. "We don't have a choice."
Emma stared at him for a moment longer, then turned her attention back to the advancing army. "What's our plan?"
"Well, Emma, you and Colyn need to take out those two beasts." Kat said.
"And we have to take out the ghosts with your ghost hunters." Valda added.
"I guess the rest of the Fantasyverse team should just help kill the Senhir, you can't really kill the monsters with the weapons you have, and our city doesn't have an armory."
"We don't need your fancy weapons," Emma said, a dark orange staff forming in her hands. "Be careful with this, the ends are very sharp." She handed it to Kat, taking care not to hand it to Kat the wrong way. She handed a sword to Colyn, giving him the same warning.
"And what makes you think those will cut through and kill the monsters?" Kella asked.
"Well, if I'm important enough for celestial bronze to affect, my telekinetic objects should kill them, right? Also, let's keep Colyn away from celestial bronze too," Emma suddenly yawned, placing her hand over her mouth. "I've been awake for too long. I'm sleeping after this is all over."
"You'd better," Colyn muttered.
"Ronan, we're here." Ronan's mom said, her and her kids melting out of the shadows, all of them having transported one of Illya or Elyse's family members.
"I smell demigods!" One of the louder monsters roared.
"You'd be congested if you didn't." A girl's voice shouted back.
"That's Clarisse, Camp Half-Blood has arrived," Kella announced. "Wait a moment more, then attack them while they try and attack Camp Half-Blood."
Everyone nodded, shifting positions so they could leap into battle faster. Ronan's ears twitched a swiveled, catching all the sounds of the battlefield. Crickets, birds, and the snorting and stomping of hundreds of monsters and aliens and ghosts
Sounds of battle came from the other side of the hill, and the multiple teams launched into action. Ronan shadow traveled to Nico, who was fighting off a pair of Dracane. Their stygian iron blades flashed, catching the light as the pair dueled the two snake women. The two boys quickly won, dispatching the snake ladies to dust. Nico nodded to Ronan, then Ronan shadow traveled away, finding the regiment of hellhounds.
He dispatched the hellhounds, working in concert with a couple of hunters, and with a few Camp Half-Blood campers. Some Camp Jupiter campers joined, their legion having just arrived to help.
Ronan's siblings shadow traveled around, slashing at monsters with blades of stygian iron.
Rona finished with the hellhounds, getting the rare chance to survey the battlefield. The Fantasyverse team was split up, the ones with weapons cutting their way through monsters, the ones without, tackling the Senhir. Secilia, Danny, Valda, and Warde worked in concert to corner, then capture ghosts. Percy and Annabeth fighting back to back, Leo and Calypso on Festus busy burning enemies to the ground, Jason and Piper fighting together, Frank and Hazel fighting as one.
His breath was knocked out of him as he was tackled to the ground by an overzealous cyclops, but he recovered quickly, shadow traveling out from under the beast, then sticking it with his sword.
"Everybody needs to get away from Elizabeth!" Emma yelled telepathically. "At least 40 feet! No time for questions, just do it!"
Ronan shadow traveled away, quickly checking for anyone in that 40-foot range. There was no one, and he sighed in relief. He was still watching when a massive ball of fire exploded outwards, annihilating everything in that 40-foot radius.
(A/N) I'm gonna be cruel and leave this here...
