Jungkook PoV

I properly sit in my swivel chair, and I'm now fulfilling my job as the new CEO and President of the Jeon Foundations for about 2 weeks now. Things have been going on well, except for the fact that I have to sign papers every day and night. 

Jennie-noona has been visiting my office frequently, with Taehyung-hyung, because she hasn't resolved her problem with Chaeyoung. While Taehyung-hyung's business with me is to scold me for always teasing them.

Ah, Chaeyoung. 

Speaking of her. 

We have been talking things through. Every week days, she and Jiyoon will stay in her house while every weekends, they stay with me. 

The 3 of us has been close, after that time when Chaeyoung went to my house in the late evening. I sometimes blurt it out, unconsciously, and she'd just change her mood from happy to sad. 

Yes, I know, I'm blaming myself for not being careful. She should know too, I was very hurt during those days. And if I were a man like Dongie-hyung, he would just push the girl who came back to him and tell her to move on. But I'm Jeon Jungkook, a man with heart. 

I put the paper I was signing on top of the other paper I was signing. 

Then I stumbled on 3 blue envelopes and I slap myself on the forehead. Damn! I forgot that Cole asked me to check on these envelopes!!

I grab one and open it. 

Dad's medical and court reviews with my uncle. Blah, blah, blah. I know that already. Of course, dad's gonna win. 

Wendy-noona, pregnancy test: positive. 

Wendy-noona...

As in Hoseok-hyung's girlfriend?

HUH?! WENDY-NOONA?!

Oh, my God. No wonder why she's try to avoid us lately. She's pregnant? With Hoseok-hyung's child or no? I'm confused there. But at least, my suspicions were right. She was hiding something, that's why she was running away. 

And then, I put the 2nd envelope on top of the first one, I quickly got the other envelope. I think it's the first court reading my dad and uncle has, but I also think I read the first court reading a long time ago. 

When I opened it, another large, blue folder was inside. The blue folder inside was labeled: "Top Secret, Operation Duration: More than 3 Months". 

I felt the need to open the folder more. 

I flipped the folder open, and I smiled as I saw the pictures of Chaeyoung. 

Ah. I see, it's the request I asked Cole to do. 

I flipped through the stapled bond paper, Chaeyoung's pictures and then Jiyoon's. 

After seeing the pictures, I noticed there were about 2 more folders inside the envelope. I got another folder and opened it. 

"Roseanne Park, youngest to have won the Science Competition in the United States of America, goes back to her homeland and pursues medicine."

I closed the folder, after flipping through the pages. 

And, finally, I got the last one. 

When I opened it, a thin, crisp paper fell out on the floor. I wasn't able to open the folder yet, because the paper fell out. 

I put the folder on the table, bended down to the side and grabbed the thin, crisp paper. 

There was a government's official stamp on it, as from what I can see from the back view. I flipped it around, and read from the top. 

A birth certificate?

"Name: Jeon Ji Yoon

Blood Type: O

Mother: Park Chae Young/ Roseanne Park

Father: Jeon Jung Kook"

My mouth opened wide. 

I read the text, again and again.

Making sure that was my name there. 

I grabbed the folder and looked at the other papers. 

A DNA testing result? 

Was my---

Rachel made me drink a glass of water? Or coffee? She made me drink something, and when I left, did she get my saliva example? 

How did Cole do this?

The DNA Test papers were put together in an elastic band, and there was a paper after the front page. A summarization of the test results. 

My eyes quickly read it. 

"DNA 1 (Jeon Jungkook) and DNA 2 (Park Jiyoon) is tested to be related, by blood."

My phone's screen opened all of a sudden. My head just turning to it, not processing what's going on. 

For a few seconds, I just stared at it and it came to point that my phone turned off again. Then Rachel entered my office, with my office phone in her hands. 

"Ms. Park just called, asking if you were free--" she stopped as she see the paper I was holding. 

I looked at the paper, "Jeon Ji Yoon? DNA Test Results, positive?"

"Sir Jeon, you finally found it," she said. "Your father and brother has been well informed of this. Cole didn't know how to tell you so.."

I changed my direction to hers, "So you let me find out, on my own? While everybody knew? Everybody knew why I felt so damn attached to that kid because she's my child?!"

"Sir, I can explain, please calm down."

"No!" I slammed the table. "Did she know? Chaeyoung?"

She nodded, slowly, "She was well-aware about her daughter's father. Her reason was because of your status in the society, and that she didn't want to ruin your life."

"So you're saying," I breathed. "She knew, you knew, Cole knew, Appa knew, hyung knew and no one bothered to tell me, eye-to-eye about this? About me being a father at such a young age? No one cared how'd I react about this news being so big? Especially because me and Chaeyoung just fixed things out?"

"Sir Jeon, please don't bring this unto her. She was so young--"

I stood up from my seat and pointed my finger at her, "No, I did not do my obligations as a father to that kid. And how much this pains me because of the fact we're biologically related."

I sit back on my chair and turned it around, facing the big window that oversees Seoul. 

"Get the driver, pick-up Chaeyoung and Jiyoon. When they get here, she is going to my office and you're babysitting Jiyoon, understood?" I commanded. 

The last thing I heard, was my office door closing. 

My insides boiling. 

I want to get mad. 

I want to shout. 

I want to scream. 

I hate this.
